I dont think there are enough words to describe how great Dr. Stephenson and his staff are. My brother is profoundly disabled and needed extensive dental work done. His entire office was kind and compassionate and got him well taken care of. The surgical staff at HCA Conroe were great as well. He is definitely the doctor you want if you want someone who is going to do the best thing for the patient and not just try to do unnecessary work.

I loved this dentist when no one else would pull my special need son teeth a couple of years ago he did.He was nice and very kind.I would recommend his office because they went above and beyond for my son and I appreciate it very much.

April of 2020 right when Covid had it the USA. My 30 yr old son living with autism had been in a lot of pain with his front tooth. Any parent with child past school age with autism knows its a challenge finding a dentist. Then you most likely have to pay out of pocket. Because they wont except Medicaid insurance. Well I was referred over and over ti Dr. Mark Steveson. I paid over $2000.00 for him to do the nesscesary dental work. Within threevweeks I brought my son back in because he was still having discomfort to get some advice. Mark Steveson was very cold. He didnt look or xray my sons mouth to see what may be the issue. He I will just pull it out sunce the impant dont seem to take. So I just gave you over $2000.00 and my son is still in pain. He didnt sudjust anything else no pain meds antibiotics are nothing.😢

Dr. Stephenson and his staff are superb! My son is special needs and from the first contact over the phone to the day of his procedure they were very personable and professional. I definitely recommend he and his team. We all are protective of our kids but when you are their only voice you become over protective in a sense. I was nervous in the beginning but after talking with Dr. Stephenson and the office manager my concerns were alleviated. They are very kind, caring, and truly care about the needs of the special needs community. They go above and beyond of what is expected of them and for that I am grateful. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will continue to see them for all of my sons dental needs.

I cant thank Dr. Stevenson and his staff enough. My daughter has been to see him twice and I wouldnt trust her in any other hands. His staff is extremely helpful and understanding. He is very conservative and wouldnt do any work that isnt necessary. I was afraid to take my daughter anywhere else for fear of them just crowning all her teeth because they see 1 tiny little cavity between her teeth. You dont have to worry about that with him.Thank you again for taking such great care of my precious daughter.

Dr.Stephenson has done dental surgery twice in 3 years on our special needs daughter he hasnt change a bit explains everything hes going to do hes very compassionate when every other dentist just took our money and said they couldnt see her he is an amazing doctor his staff is also caring and understanding keep up the great work guys

Dr. Stephenson is awesome! Such a kind and compassionate dentist. Took lots of time explaining everything and was very concerned about our comfort and understanding. Would highly recommend this dentist - he is wonderful!

Really nice guy, informative and pleasantly casual. My only real complaint would be the VERY limited hours and the policy of redoing all x-rays and such seems a little capitalistic and a waste of my time especially since thats all that is done in the first visit...i realize this is kind of the norm these days but its still annoying.

I have some good common sense as well as good people skills. Dr Stephenson seemed honest and conservative. In this tough economy I hear many instances of Dentist over treating (doing fillings that are not there or doing deep cleanings where only a regular cleaning is needed). Dr Stephenson told me what I needed and and explained it to me using the xrays.

Our 3 year old daughter had to have dental surgery today and as you can imagine it was a scary experience. However, Dr. Stephenson couldnt have been more kind and comforting. He spent a lot of time talking with us and sharing stories about his own children. My daughter was scheduled to have two extractions that he felt were not necessary and so he exercised caution and capped them instead. He is conservative in his work and gentle in his manner. This is the only way we would have wanted to do this nerve racking procedure and we would choose him again and again.

Dr Stephenson is a highly experienced, trained and compassionate Dentist. He is God sent for families with special needs children. Infact he is one of the few Dentist in the nation that practices in a hospital setting. Highly recommended and respected at Conroe Regional and we had nothing to worry. I hope more families of special needs kids in the country knew about Dr Stephenson and his practice.

I went to some other local dentist in the area and got these ridiculous treatment plans. I am smart enough to know when someone is trying to scam me. Thank goodness I found someone with some morals.

My Wife heard about this dentist and wanted to use them. I called and got some info on a thursday. I called back on Friday and they dont work on Fridays. I called back on Monday and guess what? Not at work. Called on Tuesday and HMMM answering service at 10:50 AM. This practice must charge soooo much that they dont have to work. Beware. Thanks for the heads up Mark Stephensen.
