This location is convenient. It can be a challenge getting in or out if you arrive when school starts or let’s out because the school is right next door but it’s not really an extreme wait. This location is NOT an urgent care facility it’s an actual doctors office. The front office staff are kind, patient & helpful with insurance info. The medical assistants are professional & attentive. It’s an efficient & well organized office. I’ve rarely waited more than 10mins for my appointments. They’re ready for me at my appointed time or very shortly thereafter. I always check in ahead of time from the link they text just before the appointment

I’ve been going here for Years now, I drive 80 miles each way to see them. The receptionist is Always nice, the nurse is super and seems very experienced, and Dr Ferry is honestly the BEST doctor I have EVER been to (and unfortunately I’ve had to go to MANY docs) . I also have gone to the Conroe location and I can’t say anything bad about them either! My only complaint is that it takes so long to schedule an appt. Probably because Dr Ferry is such a great doctor, so many people want to see her!

I made an appointment as a new patient not knowing that THIS IS AN URGENT CARE FACILITY not a primary care operation. They SAY they are primary but either because of its location in the boonies or a terrible marketing team the customers have dictated that this is an urgent care building. If you dont care; fine. But if you want an actual doctor-patient primary care experience for your once a year tune up youre gonna have to keep googling. AVOID.
