My father, who is in desperate need of a heart procedure in order to *maybe* get some quality of life, got approved through the VA to have Dr. Afzal do the procedure. After hours upon hours of fighting to get this approved so that he didnt have to pay out-of-pocket, we get to the hospital to find out that, although the VA approved the procedure a week ago, Dr. Afzals office refused to process it via anything but Medicaire, which will cost my father $1,500.It is absolutely pitiful, and I have no words whatsoever to say to such an inhumane, careless, and flat-out LAZY office.

Dr. Afzal explains things so simply so that anyone, with or without medical knowledge can understand, which is so important. Im so happy with the attention he gave my husband and I at his visit. He has also surrounded himself with a very efficient and nice staff. His assistant, Angelo, is wonderful and knows his subject really well. Front office staff was also very sweet. Dr. Afzal is very thorough and does not make you feel rushed or hurried. He takes the time to listen to questions and concerns which is hard to find in a doctor these days. Loved this practice and the entire staff.
