Okay, first of all this place was very, very professional. It was extremely clean, and the TCM Practitioner/Healer was a very enjoyable person charismatic and such. The reason for the low review is that he didnt do a treatment for the things I needed right then. I am a correctional officer, I go to acupuncture for stress relief and muscle tension. Now what he told me may well be correct. He said I had too much liver. Western tests have occasionally said one of my liver enzymes was slightly elevated. His six month plan for treatment which included about five needles may also fix what he said was wrong, but Ill never know... The thing is I told that man I was in pain and stressed and he said hell fix it through six months of treatment (that may work who knows), but he could have treated the symptoms to get my back to work and didnt even though I told him over and over Im having issues with muscles too tight to work. I cant take six months off work for him to heal me only from the inside out even if it would maybe eventually fix the issues. I was in pain and missing work on a normal basis before acupuncture (at a different clinic), and this man either didnt listen or didnt understand. He does not seem to be the type to not care. I wish I could give like 2.5 stars. This office was very professional and very clean and when dealing with needles that absolutely counts for something.
