My fiancé and I went here today and we were very impressed with how they took great care of us. We were also very pleased and impressed with the precautions they are taking for covid. Our NP was absolutely great! I couldnt have asked for a better one! She explained everything to us in a very informative way and was very understanding with us she didnt rush in and rush back out she took her time in explaining and making sure all of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend her to anyone! We will be back! Thank you for the great care you provided for us today!!
Would give 0 if possible they tried to make me get a COVID test for an ear infection 🙄
Usually,its a decent experience..until today.My son an I came,this morning.We were treated horribly.All because his doctor has been out an hes been coming here.Said hes abusing the system.They talked very harsh,rude,to us an alot of attitude.About made him cry.Never again.The n.p. Kirsten ewing was the worst.I thought immediate care was for anyone.As we were leaving they was hurled up..laughing and being sarcastic.
Amazing people and fast friendly service. They actually care and listen to patients..they do not treat you like its a hassle to see you !! Many thumbs up !!
They take there time, and the front desk people were extremely nice. Its a really good urgent care.
The girls who took care of me were so sweet even though they were working on Christmas Eve.
I would go to this urgent care if I cant get into my doctors office. They are so friendly and really take the time to listens to their patients.
