We phoned to find out if they could install our water filter system. The woman who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE and said the plumber doesnt like working on equipment that was purshased elsewhere. I told her the brand is Aquasana and that its brand new and still in the boxes. She then asked if hes done work for us before and when I said no, she said well then he wont do it and hung up the phone. I called back and asked her why shes rude and just hung up the phone, she replied You called back for thaaat? Wow extremely unprofessional and rude, THANK GOD we didnt do business with them! Makes me question weather they are competent to do plumbing work that they refuse to do BASIC plumbing work with that kind of attitude. Terrible professionalism (or lack of it).

Ive used this company more than once. In a time of immediate need they worked out fitting us in to their schedule same day. I keep them in my contacts because if I need plumbing or electrical work, I know who I can trust.

Called for them to get a lot of business. He replaced the basement tub faucet, replaced basement bathroom sink faucet, fixed leaky drain for upstairs tub with wax and repaired leaky toilet base upstairs with plumbers putty. Replaced kitchen faucet and it leaked for 2 weeks before I fixed it myself. He was suppose to install disposal which he didnt, Was suppose to come back and fix faucet leak didnt, was suppose to replace upstairs bathroom faucet and didnt. Was suppose to hook up dishwasher, didnt. Never showed back up and then sent this bill with 0 details and a big price! lol. These people must not being doing too well. This is how they treat Vets.

Powell is MY septic service from now on. I called, they came,problem solved,no mess, over and done septic clean out within 2hrs of my initial call. The 6 people living my home APPRECIATE POWELLs prompt popper pipe service!!!😀👍👍

Always friendly and helpful even when your a DIY person. Bruce at the counter knows his stuff and can find about anything you need to finish your job. The owner (Steve) is a great guy and helpful. He is an experienced certified shop owner that does the job right. Not the cheapest in town, but are the most trustworthy and do quality work.

Terrible customer service-I called Powells on a Wednesday to have someone come to look at my slow draining kitchen sink on Friday. I was told I was put “on the books” for Friday. When Friday came, I called to verify that someone would be out. I was told that as soon as they came in he would have someone call me. 1pm rolled around and no one showed yet so I called back again. I was told that they had never came back into office and he would leave a message for the owner to call me. I explained to him that this was the only day that I would be at home and I called 2 days ahead and was told that I was put on the books for today. That should have been a guarantee that someone would be there or at least call to let me know that they had an emergency and would have to reschedule. I know slow drains are not a major issue but it’s the point that I never heard a word from anyone and was told that some one would call. I called them back on Monday and told them to remove me from the books and I had someone else coming the next day to fix my issue.I actually receive a phone call from the new plumber coming to let me know that he would be there in the afternoon instead due to an emergency that came up. That is good customer service.Powell’s needs to practice this type of communication with their customers.

Love these guys! I know I can leave my door unlocked for them, they come in and do the job, clean up and lock the door on the way out. Fast, knowledgeable service and they bill you so if you are short on cash at the moment, no worries. All around awesome company.

They charge $200.00 minimum.... Just to mark the water line from service meter to the house!! Ill just rent the trencher and be done with the ordeal, on my own thank you !!
