I have never rated any business with one star, judging by the reviews they seem pretty good. My rating is derived from contacting this establishment twice to set an appointment, and no one ever returning my requests via a phone call, text or email. I can only assume that their business is doing so well that they dont have time to respond.

Rob is an amazing hairdresser. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and he took control and did what needed to be done to my hair to make it look the best it has In years. I have been to the same person my entire life to do my hair and she moved further away, so I had heard great things about hairway to heaven and I figured I would give it a try! So glad I did! Kayla colored and cut and styled my hair, and Im loving it! Rob was very friendly and attentive, and I could tell he genuinely wanted my experience there to be great! Awesome atmosphere for people who love to rock out and just relax while being pampered! Definitely will be back!!!

So very disappointed in this place! I was told wonderful things about this salon so i thought Id give it a go. Went there for my scheduled appt time and when i got there there was nobody there i called him and he told me he was all the way across town and asked if i could pick him up! I was completely shook because i had never met this man! Went straight to another salon. Very unprofessional service here.

Just had my third cut from Rob and now consider him my permanent stylist. While his salon is a bit unconventional, I have learned that a fancy salon does not guarantee a good haircut-just a higher price. Hair cutting is an art and Rob is a master. His hours are quite accommodating for any schedule. I highly recommend his work!

Method is unconventional and with the metal experience very much relaxing! Uses excellent, top of the line products and my hair feels soft and conditioned! Did a great job using old school technique with his own spin!

I am very pleased with my color and cut. Rob does 1:1 time so that you are not sandwiched in between others. I decided to purchase a hair product and couldnt decide between a gel or a shampoo kit. He told me honestly Id rather you use a good shampoo and conditioner over the gel. The gel cost more than the shampoo/conditioner set so it wasnt about the money he could make. Additionally, he steered me to the smaller bottles stating it was because my hair is short. I can also bring my bottles back and get them refilled for no additional cost out of pocket! 💕

Rob has given me haircuts ever since I could remember. 18 years—great cuts.Plus he’s got pretty hair himself so if he can do his own, he can do yours too.
