Been trying for 8 months to make corrections to supply order, still receiving the wrong supplies. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the right supplies.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My son previously had a G-Tube with Hometown Oxygen sent us supplies for. When he had his tube removed, I requested them to stop sending the supplies and formula. However, they continued to send them. Then, when we had an insurance change they contacted me wanting me to update our insurance. At that point I let them know I had previously requested 2 times that the supplies and formula stop being sent. I told them I had all the supplies still in the original packaging and offered to return them and was told I could not do that. I updated our insurance (which doesn’t cover the tube supplies since he no longer needed that coverage) and I just got hit with $1000 bill in my sons name for supplies I had requested not be sent to me that were never used. I called up there to get it all cleared up and get the balance removed. I was told I would get a call back. No call. I called again last week to clear everything up and was told I would get a call back. No call. I called again today and informed the same lady that I still have not received a call and that I needed to get this all worked out because I was not paying $1000 for supplies I asked them to stop sending and offered to return. Again, she said she would have to email billing and they would give me a call back. I told her this is the 3rd time she has told me that and that I was getting impatient because $1000 bill in my 2 year old sons name is a BIG deal. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Could not ask for better people! My nebulizer died this morning, on the Easter holiday. I called the person on call and they had a brand new nebulizer delivered to my front door within two hours. Excellent Customer Care! Thank You So Much!

Need better customer service when dealing with insurance issues.

Horrible customer service, called several times and was told someone would call us back and never did. This happened 3 times over a 10 day period.

Hometown Oxygens staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
