This store is awesome, what makes it better than other vitamin shops or health food stores is the knowledgeable owner who is always there. You walk in thinking you know what you need and he always makes himself available to help. Through asking questions he gets you what you really need. The best place to get hard to find supplements and if Andrew doesnt have it in stock, he can usually have it the next day! Very knowledgeable of all his products as well. I recently went to another chain vitamin shoppe because I was out of town but left empty handed simply because the person behind the counter tried to push really useless stuff on me and talked down about the stuff I was trying to get because it wasnt the store brand. Unbelievable.So I left the stuff on the counter. This is what separates VitaSmart and Andrew ( the Owner) from other stores. Ive brought items up to the counter and asked him if it was the best thing and Ive seen him go and pick out another product based on my needs that was LESS priced than the one I took up too him.This right there showed me he isnt about just business. He cares for his customers. And he literally spun his computer screen around and showed me research on the product right there LOL. Now thats customer service! He deserves 10 stars.
