I miss Dr H but I am glad John is great too. Staff keeps changing but they are nice and helpful. Attentive for the most part. I am just glad I dont have to switch after Dr H left. It is hard nowadays to find someone that cares and takes really good notes. Follows up about everything.

Was looking for someone who took VSP and where I could get an appointment quickly. Foresight Optometry was able to.get me in the same day and the whole experience, from booking to exam to ordering my glasses was Awesome. Very friendly folks and not pushy. Very helpful with finding frames I liked in my price range. Will definitely return there again.

The ladies in there were so sweet & accommodating. I had to bring my 9 month old son with me which I thought would be an issue but they said it was no problem & they were so nice to us. Im so glad I found this place.

Foresight Optometry has superb customer service. I called on one of the weekends and they were able to accommodate me on the same day for my eye exam and prescription glasses.Everyone was great from frontline team and Dr. Joy Michelsen. They are all excellent and showed care for patients.I was already happy with the service. A week after I got my glasses I received a text from the office making sure if I’m enjoying my glasses. I mentioned that I am not too happy with my frame of choice. They offered an extra service to have my frame restyled. What more can I ask for?Excellent in every way!

Dr . Joy is caring, personable , and genuine. During my visit she addressed all of my concerns with empathy and compassion. Dr. Joy did a very thorough exam and found the perfect combination of strengths for my contact lenses. She spent quite a bit of time trying different lenses which I think can be frustrating but she remained patient and continued to work diligently to find the best combination of lenses.Dr. Joy’s staff is also just as caring. I was given a prescription for dry eyes and my insurance required a prior authorization. Dr. Joy’s staff jumped on it and got it approved within a day. I absolute love the efficiency and friendliness of the staff .

Dr. John was careful to explain the details about my eyes condition and recommended that I have a cataract surgery with a doctor he approves of. I received excellent care and was treated very well. i highly recommend the company and Dr. John to my friends and family.

I really like going there. Dr John always takes time to answer all my questions. The staff are really professional and nice. Eyewear selection is great and parking is easy. They do offer the alternative digital scanning as compared to eye dilation (you have to pay but totally worth it). Thanks!!

Recently moved to this area and found Dr. Hochstatter. I have some unusual eye care needs and the initial visit was very complete. Staff and doctor are very friendly. You dont feel like you are just another number being pushed thru an assembly line like other places I have tried.Jeanette took the time to explain the tests and the results she was seeing. I would recommend this eye care professional.

The doctor is awesome she is very nice and informative! As for the ladies answering the phones they seem to care more about u having inaurance then helping your actual needs. I recently changed vision care due to my work, and i had broken a pair of glasses so i called and asked if there was a warranty or maybe an exchange program that i could pay a certain amount and maybe get some new ones. Unfortunately not the case and thats fine but instead of the lady answering my questions she came back and first thing she said is you are no longer covered by vsp now that was not my question and i knew that i was not covered anymore, they are very unfriendly and almost bluntly rude! Guess its a blessing in disguise that we changed vision care!

I had a terrible experience. The girls are on the rude side and I had go back 3 times for them to redo my glasses. It was way too expensive and $400 later they still didnt get them right.
