Worst visit, when I got to the Salisbury office there were signs on the door saying stay in your car, call them, when u r called 2 come n, go immediately to the bathroom n wash your hands. I called the number listed, the phone rang 40 plus times then disconnected, did this 3 times with same result after 15 minutes I left .if they r so afraid of getting covid or be exposed at an ent practice they just need to go out of business. R they going to reimburse me for my time, I had to leave work we dont have sick leave so it is time off without pay.

Dr Quinn is a phenomenal doctor! He will always explain what’s going on in my ears and why I am having the issues. His office staff was very helpful and kind.

Dr. Quinn is great. He has been treating my allergies for years. I have had surgery with him and been very happy when he has an alternative to surgery that will fix my issues. He has been great for me and my family.

Hes the best ever!....Unlike the doctors in clinics who rush you in/out and never really attempt to get to know your real medical problems, Dr Q knows his patients and has so much more knowledge than just respiratory concerns. He identified my chest problems that other doctors could not. He has treated me for many years and did surgery on my son. He has an office in Salisbury and Concord which makes it convenient for me.

My family has been patients of Dr. Quinn for over 20 years. He’s extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent care. I now take my children to him which is the ultimate seal of approval.

Dr.Quinn is a wonderful doctor. Both my children go there and have been through surgery with him. He is patient and has fun with them. His staff have been nothing but nice to us and have even played with my daughter when she was upset about the appointment. Great place to go!

Was a patient of Dr. Quinn for many years. Started having ear issues about four years ago and over those years he’s tried me on every nasal spray under the sun. I had hearing loss in my left ear only. He sold me a $3,000 hearing aid and every time I came in and let him know I was having issues he would look at my ears and say they look fine. I finally decided to just go to another ENT who immediately asked if I had ever had an MRI and found I had Vestibular Schwannoma - a benign tumor - that had been growing for at least two years. I called Dr. Quinn’s office to let him know about this and he never returned my call. I’ve since gone to Wake Forest Baptist to discuss options for treatment and they were shocked that an ENT never thought of having an MRI done for unilateral hearing loss. So yea. There’s that. If he had found this two years ago treatment may have been different. Thanks for never responding to my call.

Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, caring staff and Dr Quinn has been the best for me. Ive seen a lot of ear nose and throat Drs since moving here 22 1/2 years ago and he is the best. I do not understand these negative reviews. You guys must have been having a bad hair day. HAHA😉😉

I have been a patient of Dr. Quinn for over 23 years. I have never had an issue with wait time, staff, or proper care! Dr. Quinn is very thorough and precise with his diagnosis. I recommend this office to anyone who is concerned about their well-being in regards to ears, nose, or throat!

RUN, DONT WALK!Dr. Quinn did a procedure on my child in his office that should have been done under anesthesia. Im not a doctor so I wasnt aware of this. My child was only 7 years old and he wailed and screamed the whole time in pain. It was awful, my child has trouble seeing other ENTs due to this nightmare. I had to yell for the doctor to stop and he kept going. I then yelled, if you dont stop, Im going to make you. It ended after that. It was awful. This is a nightmare no parent wants to experience. Please trust me on this. I dont care to write reviews, even if they arent good experiences, but this is one I needed to write for another parent to be mindful of with this doc. Maybe hes good for an adult, I dont know, Ive never been to him for myself, but for a kid....ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT DO IT. Sine then, my child has seen another ENT and was told they shouldnt have been done and he would have been sleep. Ive had other ENTs tell me the same. Trust your gut no matter what any doc states. If it doesnt seem right, its not right. I really beat myself up for not going with my gut on letting this guy proceed with my child. Never again.

The time is now 4:32 I brought my husband here for a 2:30 appointment at 3:35 they said he will be next but they called another man before him about 3:50 they called him back and hes still back there who be at the doctor for over two hours NO ONE wheres the WOW card send me a survey

Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. Dr.Quinn is great doctor that I have went to since I was in high school. His staff is the issue. Bad attitudes, not friendly and even hang up the phone on you. They talk among themselves and gossip. I will no longer be recommending them.

I was very excited to go to this appointment because I finally got a large sum of money saved up to get some hearing aids. They seemed really nice over the phone but when I got there the lady finished what she was typing on her computer for about 4 mins before she finally greeted me. That should have been my first sign. Then after hearing the girls gossip in the hallway for over an hour, I left. I was never seen or taken back. Its not like they were busy, there was only 2 cars in the parking lot. Sad because I was ready to drop alot of money there. Customer Service is everything these days.

They charge a lot for bad service, expect to wait the first time you go. got billed for some extra charges I was never warned of. I guess they specialize in allergy shots because they tried to sell me on those. Surprise, they said it was all covered, got there and they wanted me to charge me. Left and not going back
