Getting correct medication refills is a hassle and the pharmacist has had to give me a few pills in order to wait for the doctor to call in the prescription correctly. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me last time. Ive switched to another provider because Im not getting the proper care and spend hours on the phone trying to correct refills orders.

This place is a mess. The doctor has awful bedside manner, I never find out that I am due for an appointment or more medication until the pharmacy refuses to refill my prescription, the office staff are rude and unorganized, and every in-person appointment I wait in the waiting room for 30+ minutes. I had an appointment today and instead of getting the same medication I’ve been on for over 20 years they switched it and never mentioned it. So now, I will go into the weekend without the medication that I need. I’m so over them.

I would highly recommend Dr. Anita Bhat. She is a very caring and skilled doctor.

MedicalAssistants messed up my RX for the3rd time. Not even sorry and always try to reason out. I amDiabetic and my first line of RX is my Metformin. They messes up insisting they have already refilled. Horrible staff. Incompetent. KristiNP and AnitaMD were fine. But the staff. Ugghh

Now if this review were just about Dr Anita Bhat, I would rate her five stars. Unfortunately I had to deal with the PA, Lana. During video appointments she doesn’t even look at you, spends the entire appointment typing on another computer screen. She messed up my prescription refill twice now. I’ve now asked that she not be allowed anywhere near my file. She basically doesn’t listen to the patient and just makes assumptions, that’s not really medical care.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bhat for the past year and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is very l attentive, knowledgeable, and she has helped me navigate life post thyroidectomy with ease. I can’t recommend her enough!

Dr Bhat has the worst customer service skills. Her office does not send out appointment reminders and I didnt know I was on my last thyroid medication refill but when I found out I called to make an appointment and request a refill to take me to my appointment which is a month away doctor Bhat refused to refill my medication until I am seen even though this is the same thyroid medication I have been taking for the past 5 years with no changes. This doctor is in it for herself and doesnt have her patients best interests in mind. She claims she has to see what my this levels are before giving me the refill but doesnt think about what my thyroid levels will be with no meds for a month.

Dr Anita is very kind and understanding. She is my primary care doctor and an Endrocrinologist! Less than a 10 min. wait for the appointment and her staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve been to many doctors in my 60 years and she’s one of the good ones 😊

Dr. Bhat is a very compassionate caregiver. She is knowledgeable and an excellent listener to symptom complaints and concerns on both physical and emotional levels. I am under her care for Hashimotos Disease, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an endocrinologist.

I absolutely love Dr. Anita…She is a good listener and is always cheerful. She has really helped me through my over 30 pound weight loss, done over 7 months. Thank you Dr. Anita for helping me

At my 3rd appointment here. Just block out your day because it took them 45 min from my scheduled appointmenr time (I arrived 15 min early, so an hour total) to take me back today... Last time I was here, they left me in the room for over an hour before the Dr came in. I checked twice, the kept telling me I was next but I would see the DR out and about each time. If I could give this place less than one start I would. Stuck with this awful office for for now.First call: Waited on hold to speak to someone for over 15, was placed on hold while they looked me up, 15 more minutes went by, was then greeted as first time caller again. Then front desk refused to conference my Dr with me so I didnt have to wait on hold again. Terrible first experience in an already stressful situation.Second call: Front desk was unable to figure out how to take me off hold. Heard her talking then was out on hold 3 more times and the final time, I was transferred back to the beginning. Jannera from billing was unwilling to provide billing coding info for appointment. She said they only way to verify the coding they would give my insurance is AFTER my appointment. She was particularly rude about things as well, almost shaming me for asking. All of my referral info had been provided to them from my Dr so they know exactly why Im being seen and what my appointment is for. If they didnt have any referral info to go off of, this response might be more justified, but the delivery was still totally unnecessary and uncalled for.Trying to get a referral elsewhere. Completely unprofessional, unorganized and horrible customer service. I hear the Dr is okay, but the front desk is a mess.

The help all seems to still be in high school. The girl who took my weight asked me if I as a man or a woman. Besides being insulted i asked them for help with my neuropathy and got some b.s. about cymbals and it taking 3 months to show if it will work.

Dr Anita is a caring and patient doctor.I feel very comfortable with her.Since my diabetes and high blood pressure diagnosis three years ago,Dr.Anita has proven to be knowledgeable and gentle.Would recommend her highly!

I cant even give a review. I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. Dr. Bhat may need to speak with her staff about leaving people on hold for so long.
