I wish I could give more stars! Dr. Bailey and his team gives remarkable care every single time . I brought another child today and he took his time as if my child was his only patient and clearly he was not. He addressed every need and made sure I knew and understood the treatment plan. With me working in healthcare as well as understanding the behind the scenes makes me appreciate him and his professionalism even more. I definitely would refer Dr Bailey to anyone looking for not only quality care but a Doctor that too will treat you as family as well as a valuable patient.

The staff seems to prioritize patients by race. My family has showed up early and still have been the last family called back for treatment. Assistants will come by to let the ortho know that other patients are waiting, while he is working with you.

Dr Bailey is a great guy but this office is a disaster when it comes to communication and appointments. They never answer calls when you call and they may or may not get back within 24 hours. And if you miss the call back, it can be another 2 or 3 days till you connect. My daughter had to reschedule an appt and it was 2 months before they could fit her back in. I needed to reschedule one and it was over 4 months. Again, nice dentist. Competent. But the office is impossible. Go find someone else,

I was referred to this dentist for deep root cleaning. They wanted 263.00 for an initial exam which i had already had done at the referring dentist. I totally understand their having to re exam to verify, but when i asked for general pricing on a the cleaning they refused to give me an estimate stating they had no idea what i needed. I asked again stating I want my all my teeth done. How much is that? Again a refusal followed up by maybe you need an implant because of bone loss. Im going to do an implant, just the cleaning, how much is the cleaning for my entire mouth. I stated it is a valid question before i spend money on another exam. Again pricing was refused. It is our policy not to give out pricing and were not going to break that policy I think it is a valid question before spending money to find out if you can afford something or not. Then dont i was told. Thank you and i appreciate you time, have a great day was my reply. So much for the customer is always right!! I called a competitor and got an estimate OVER THE PHONE!!! I have an appointment with them.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are wonderful. He is very thorough and will walk you through every step of a procedure. He and the staff are warm and welcoming. I travel from Wiston-Salem for every appointment and the trip is well worth it.

We have visited a lot of dental clinics in the past but Dr. Bailey and all his staff are the most remarkable people in a dental clinic that we have ever met. Even when we moved several miles away from Concord, we still come back here and definitely the only dental clinic for us.

Dr. Bailey Jr. was so kind and he made my experience very good. I had seen him months later after the first consultation and yet he remembered small details about my situation. That attention to detail allowed me to realize he saw me as a person and not just a patient. He took that same element into consideration with my procedure. My smile looks natural and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results!
