This place is the BEST. I got a real bad cavity and went to see Dr. Dokko for the first time. He examined and scheduled me in for to get it fixed. During these time it is SUPER hard to get in. He is a perfectionist and did a excellent job with my tooth. Gentle and make sure I was comfortable with everything. Place was super clean and modern. He has a matching that can make the crowns there. After I was done Janette texted me to make sure everything was well and if I needed anything. Dr. Dokko is my forever dentist!!! The staff is great but the dentist was very rude and unprofessional today with my husband. My husband had 2 teeth pulled and developed dry socket. He went in today to get his partial and treatment. When my husband asked for pain medication the dentist quickly judged my husband and asked if he had problems with addiction. My husband had a whole conversation with the dentist about addictions and pain medication and the dentist agreed to prescribe some medication. When my husband left the office he was only given antibiotics and Ibuprofen. My husband had to call his personal physician to make an appointment to get pain medication. He then called the dentist office to cancel all future appointments and that he would leave a review of todays visit. Instantly the dentist called back and acted like the conversation in the office about medication was never had. I dont like leaving this review but these doctors and dentists can get away with treating their patients with judgement and using the power they have to make their patients feel bad . I also did notice the last time my son was in and having his first visit with the dentist, he reused his gloves. By this I mean when the dentist needed to take his gloves off, he took them off and laid them inside out on the counter where the clean tools were which now that i think of this contaminated the clean area. He then re put them on when he started the cleaning. And because the gloves were inside out the dentist had to do some maneuvering to put them on instead of just putting on a new pair. After today me and my family will not be going back to this office. I would urge anyone thinking of going to this office to find somewhere else to go where you will not be judged when asking for pain medication. If you do decide to go to this office make sure you ask the dentist to use new clean gloves anytime he takes a pair off.

My toothache started about a week ago and suddenly got really worse two days ago. I called Dr. Dokkos office to schedule an appointment. Though I was hoping to see Dr. Dokko for an urgent dental treatment, I did not really expect to see this happen given that most dental clinics would not be able to see you immediately. But to my surprise, the receptionist was so kind and helpful that she quickly scheduled an afternoon appointment on the same day I made the phone call! Dr. Dokko not only removed cavity from my tooth but also did root canal, filling and installed a crown on my tooth. All the treatments were completed within two and a half hours! He successfully rescued my tooth! Again, I was really impressed by his highly specialized skillsets as last time when he did tooth implant for me! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a dentist!

I have the worst dental anxiety stemming from terrible experiences with multiple bad dentists. However, Im glad to say that Dr. Dokko has been my dentist for a few years now and has continued to provide compassionate care and great service! A very clean and beautiful office. The staff is so friendly that you forget you’re about to have your teeth worked on. Dr. Dokku is wonderful. I had some bad pain in all my teeth just last night and he personally returned my call this morning. I’ve had other dentists before but nobody like Dr. Dokku. He is the most gentle dentist I’ve had and I love that he can take a joke. If you are anything like me and hate having your teeth worked on, then go to this practice and see Dr. Dokku because they make the process easier on you.

Hadnt been for a few years & I definitely enjoyed this office more than any of my other ones. Actually gave me good tips to improve oral health, and talked to me instead of talking down to me. Quick scheduling if you need a cavity filled, etc. Front desk ladies are excellent as well. Good handling of COVID with hand sanitizer, temp checks, waiting in your car until called in.

The office is clean and well decorated. I felt like the attitude was upscale but the faculty was down to earth and every kind. Everyone treated me warmly and I did not feel uneasy about the procedures I went through during my exam.

Cannot recommend Brighter Day Dental enough! After a bad experience else where Laura made sure my insurance, scheduling and everything was in order for my first visit. Courtney has cleaned my teeth both times and has been absolutely amazing and pain free with a great beside manner and attention to detail in educating me about proper brushing/flossing technique. 100% best dentist I have had.

Hadnt been to a dentist in a while and recently broke a tooth and a filling. Brighter Day took my call and got me in same day to xray and diagnose. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistants to the doctor were incredibly friendly, helpful and very quick! I am happy I found them; not only for the much needed procedures I have to have but also for any and all dental needs in the future. I highly recommend especially if you have an emergency. They were so helpful ESPECIALLY in comparison to a few other dental offices I contacted. Thank you again!!

Im so impressed by all the safety precautions taken since the COVID lockdown. They bought new equipment to suck up all the overspray, and unlike other dentists, I got a full dental cleaning not just scraping. I would highly recommend Courtney and Dr. Dokko.

Honest patient great people and service! I took my son to them after another dentist told us he had 8 cavities. Hes only 8! Took him to Brighter Day they did X-rays and realized he did not have 8 cavities. But did have a small one and told me if he flosses it will not get any bigger. They could have tried to gouge me for money like the other dentist did. But they didnt. Thank you Brighter Day!

I honestly love this place. I know, sounds weird. But I’ve had dental work done in the east coast by one of the best dentists in the tri state area for 20yrs and when i moved to california i was a little nervous. I had several dentists here before i found Dr. Dokko. This guy is top notch! I immediately felt comfortable. His assitants are very good and so are the weekend hygenists. You name it, ive had it done. All my fillings are still very much intact. He fixed “iceberg cracks” and a future “will chip” on my two front teeth. You cant even tell there’s any work done! He is always honest with me and suggests my best options but is also willing to let the customer decide what they want to do with their teeth. If you live anywhere near Concord and you’re not going here for your dental work, you’re making a mistake. Also, place is superrrr clean, not to mention they’re over the top w the covid precautions if thats your concern.

I have been going to Brighter Day Dental now for several years and i have only good words to say. The staff is great. They are personable while professional and they keep you informed. Dr. Dokko is one great dentist. He tells you like it is, does a great job on the dental work you need done , and is patient focused. Believe me I can be a chicken in the dental chair but I have no concerns with Dr. Dokko. I trust him.

Great office with a wonderful team. They have taken care of my teeth for years, I even kept them when I moved out of town.When necessary, they have worked with me on planning out services to maximize insurance benefits and minimize my out of pocket expenses.Today I had a cleaning done and met Diamond who recently joined the team. She did an amazing job, with a pleasant and funny personality. Also, Laura is a ray of sunshine whenever I call to make or change an apppointment. Over a year when in Im still in pain had had dentures done had Teeth pull that was good .chrge me for more Teeth that he did not pull .now want to charge me for impants that should have been done on consultation. We back 5 time for adjustments 2 days later same result. I spent over $5,000 for pain My Lawyer is Working on This Money .trying to drain your pockets on implants which dont have the facility to do it all in 1 Day 👎good luck

Front office greeted me with smiles and professionalism, xray technician was patient, warm and was thorough to get the best angles of xrays. Dr. Dokko saw me right away, very gently examined my teeth and explained all of my options afterwards, thoughtfully instructing me on how best to care for my teeth.
