Melissa saved my life when I started having severe back spasms and Ive been seeing her since. I was terrified of going to a chiropractor- I had these horrible images in my head of someone violently cracking my back... The good news is its NOT like that at all. She uses a small device that feels like someone flicked you (think: annoying kid sister flicking you on the arm) to do all of the adjustments. Its so gently but incredibly effective.
