Dr Jerry is awesome, I love him and the office.. His front office Haley is amazing and so sweet, never had any kind of issue... Im use to going to traditional chiropractor, never again!! I have never been a fan of the traditional twisting, pulling, popping. I have never heard of the activator method until I started getting treatment here at Pure Chiropractic. But man I love it. It has truly helped my health get back to normal. Honestly the best I have ever felt in years. Been dealing with a lot of pain in different areas and feel like a new person now. I will forever go to a chiropractor that uses the activator method. Thank you Dr P for all that you have done so far and all that you do in the future!!

I strongly recommend Pure Chiropractic. I have had back, neck and knee pain and mobility issues from various injuries ans work. Since seeing Dr. Pokorney I have so much more mobility and he has even relieved/corrected tons of issues I didn’t even realize. What a difference! Ive been receiving chiropractic care for YEARS by other practitioners but still struggled with pain. Dr. Pokorneys methods were more effective, and he had a clear plan for moving forward with treatment. **LIFE CHANGING!!** Before seeing Dr Pokorney I was ALWAYS in pain. I had horrible sciatic pain that wouldn’t allow me to sit, stand or even walk more than 15 minutes! I couldn’t sleep and was absolutely miserable! I had to change the way I did things such as sitting or even walking just to be able to function on a daily basis. Working was even a struggle as I have carpal tunnel and they ached constantly. After seeing Dr Pokorney I feel like a new person! I had relief after even my first adjustment! Not only did my sciatic disappear he also adjusted my hands which has been amazing. I can walk, run, sit and I am even sleeping SO much better!!! I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Pokorney is truly fantastic. My teenage daughter had persistent knee pain as a result of a soccer injury. After his examination, he showed us her body alignment as she learned to walk with that pain. Over the past year, hes not only gotten her back to normal, but he has taught her how to maintain that on her own as she plays a high impact sport. I like how he explains to me what hes doing and shows me how the adjustments are visible. His knowledge of the human body is astounding, and he knows exactly what needs to be done without hesitation. She feels SO much better. We genuinely love his fun personality and also LeeAnn at the front desk is very sweet and helpful.

After suffering from a pinched nerve in my left shoulder for 5 days, I finally called and got an appointment the same day. I had gone to my Orthopedic doctor and was given Prednisone and told to come back in a week. That did nothing for the pain. Dr. Pokorney talked with me and did some adjusting. When I left his office after 30 minutes I finally felt some relief and after several more visits the pain is gone. I recommend Pure Chiropractic to anyone.

Dr. Pokorney is a great chiropractor. He does a thorough assessment on new patients and provides a thorough explanation of the findings. He really listens to his patients, which is great! Dr. P. has helped me with neck, shoulder, arm, wrist and hand problems I was experiencing. Ive gone from a very high pain level to little or no pain in approximately two months. You need to go see him! Hes definitely my go-to doctor now.

I saw a set up at Farmers Day in China Grove and stopped by to talk to the lady who was there. Made my apppintment and got my exam. If I go in and have issues I leave feeling so much better. Dr. Pokernoy is very professional along with May. I am not one for all the cracking of the back and neck and love the procedure he uses. Highly recommend him if you are have issues.

Dr. Pokorney is a smart, kind chiropractor with super advanced techniques and equipment. I have visited his office for more than 10 times in the past year. He has helped me on my neck, arms, fingers, upper back, lower back and hip. His treatment method is very special and super safe (in my opinion). He will not bend you. He has a small tool that looks like a bottle opener (just the shape, not sharp at all), which can release small but precise pressure to your spots, that is enough to put everything back to position. The traditional usual chiropractic is not even close to his super technique. I have been receiving chiropractic treatment for years, both in China and in the United States. I have seen some very old Chinese chiropractor with high level reputations and I have also seen some other licensed chiropractor in the United States. In my opinion, Dr. Pokorney is the most special one. I am happy to be his patient and I recommend you to give him a chance if you need any chiropractic treatment.

I love love love Dr. Pokorney and May. I started going to them right after Easter and it is amazin what Jerry has done for my Back and Neck, I have suffered back pain for 15 years and chronic migraines and although the migraines haven’t completely stopped they are definitely few and far between. I had been suffering from shoulder pain, headaches, and lower back pain for the longest and after only a couple of visits with Dr. Pokorney the pain went down tremendously, I can hardly feel it! I can also sleep better and do things that I would normally not have done before. I recommend this office. They make you feel comfortable and the doctor explains everything clearly so you know what will happen and so you are well informed about your specific care. Dr. P is awesome! Hes reduced my lower back pain to almost nothing. He has a good personality and hes very patient and accommodating. Couldnt ask for more.

I was concerned w pregnancy but he has treated many pregnant women and also practices gentle chiropractics w an activator. The activator basically targets individual areas w a little device vs manually popping multiple areas. My hubby also started going...he has a manual labor job and used to work w a chiropractor as a massage therapist so has a lot of knowledge as far as what to look for and how an adjustment should feel. I went to Dr. Pokorney after dealing with sciatica for several months and upper back pain for a few days. I was hesitant because my last chiropractic experience left me in more pain than I started with but Pure Chiropractic had great reviews so I gave them a shot. I am so glad I did!!!! Dr. Pokorney doesn’t do the traditional manipulation (cracking and popping), he uses an activator to do adjustments and it is so much better than the manipulation to me! My pain was gone in just a few visits and now I go for routine maintenance to make sure my back stays in tip-top shape. Chiropractic has so many benefits besides just relieving pain so I’ll continue to see Dr. Pokorney on a regular basis and since I’ve seen such great results, I’ve decided to take my 3 1/2 year old for treatment of inward pointing toes; pigeon toes. Today we had her second visit and when we got in the truck she asked me to call Dr. Pokorney and tell him that she loved him! He was fabulous with her and very patient. I can not begin to describe the results and benefits I have seen from me time with Dr. Pokorney and Pure Chiropractic. Just like most working adults, I experience work/life stresses, both physically and mentally, which takes a toll on the body. In addition to that, I suffer from chronic back and neck pain and over 10 years of chronic migraines. I have been to chiropractors in the past but found the treatment plans only temporarily helpful or stagnant. I was never a big fan of what I in laymans terms refer to as twisting chiropractic practices and now I know why! Dr. Pokorneys practice utilizes and instrument called an activator which has pinpointed my problem areas and have given me the lasting results I have been looking for with out twisting and pulling my muscles. I could truly go on and on about this type of method. This is an amazing practice that really takes the time to get to know the patients problems and goals and adjusts the treatment plan as time goes on to best heal and maintain the body.
