So considering my visit from my previous chiropractor, I came into Love Chiropractic hoping to have a better experience. The staff was pleasant unfortunately up until I had to remove my piercings and the staff were talking unprofessionally to each other about piercings I did or did not have. Despite my ailment, staff was impatient with how long it took to remove my piercings. Starting out I felt comfortable but towards the end of my appointment I had a very unsettling feeling when leaving. Just know words hurt and you should never judge a book by it’s cover. I am a very compliant person to deal with and didn’t deserve that! That being said, I would like to give a shout out to my nurse and the Dr. who seen me. You guys are absolutely amazing, super nice and very thorough with my exam and for that I am grateful and willing to give u guys another shot. Just hoping for a better experience at my next appointment.

I am very familiar with chiropractic treatment and have been blessed with great, caring, and thoughtful doctors who truly improved my health and quality of life—so my comments come from 15+years of experience. Unfortunately, I moved away and needed to find a new local doctor in Concord, NC.I always look at reviews first and their good history gave me hope that I’d found my next great treatment center…Unfortunately, my experiences at Love Chiropractic were not what I was accustomed to and left me very disappointed.I did give them a few months to see if it ever got better, but my honest opinion is that this chiropractic office is more of an assembly line then a treatment center. While the people are all very nice, having treatment ‘cubbies’ (or closets) that are open to the entire waiting area during treatment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Also, the doctor sees SO Many people in-and-out throughout the day, I felt he barely ever even looked at my chart to remember why I was there and what my body needed. I had to remind him every time and there was never a personal connection — just crack-crack — thanks — and on to the next.If you are looking for customized holistic chiropractic care, I do not recommend this office.

I am so incredibly grateful to have pursued chiropractic care with this clinic. The staff and physicians are absolutely AMAZING and my experience so far has been beyond exceptional. The only regret that I have is that I did not consider this type of treatment years ago! I have had neck issues for a very long time, after years of medications and physical therapy, I thought this was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life. The relief and results after several visits is enough to really realize how beneficial this is to our overall health.Most people want to use a temporary bandaid or have a quick fix to cover up the underlying issue. If everyone really knew how much misalignment can effect our overall health, from our nervous system, endocrine/hormones, mental, and other internal medical issues that people are burdened with on a daily basis, starts with proper alignment of the neck and spine.The front desk staff gives top notch customer service, and the physician’s #1 priority is getting you back to health, and they genuinely care about their patients. Every physician I have seen is absolutely wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, gentle, and are very thorough with the entire process.Be patient, allow yourself to heal, and trust the process. They know what they are doing, and I am so impressed with everything about this place. I recommend them to anyone dealing with any kind of pain related issues. I am hooked for life and so incredibly thankful for each and every one of them.💗

This is my first chiropractic visit. I went there for two days. It is clearly a for-profit business. Everything they say is scripted and impersonable. today I had no conversation with the doctor or explanation of my x-rays with the Doctor before they are putting an 8 visit treatment plan in front of my face with no real explanation of what my personal problem was. Suzanne, who is very rushed and has an indifferent personality, presented my x-rays. She asked if I had any questions after she rushed through 2 shots. I asked her if she could go back to the first X-ray and explain what am I looking at. What does the arrows mean ? Does that indicate I’m leaning to the right or I’m not straight? She said you’re straight but your spine is not. I had to ask more open ended questions to try to understand and Asked if she could tell me a little more about that how this happens? She said “life” she looked Inconvenienced. I was confused b/c the pain is where my back was straight in the x ray. So I said is that is what is causing the pain? She said shortly “yes” and starts going back to the treatment plan documents reading verbatim the script printed on the sheets. I stopped her and explain to her this was the most impersonable service. She asked if I’ve ever had chiropractic treatment before and I explain to her again I have not. So she explain well this is what chiropractic treatment is and she is just doing her job.If Suzanne is trying to sell a service she’s doing a poor job of it.In the two days I was there, I saw more videos and listen to more pre-written scripts from the assistants. I saw tons of people going in and out getting adjustments and treatments. This is clearly a business of logging in visits and obviously they do not have time for personal attention and conversation about your specific needs.

My husband called to make an appointment as he had severe pain in his lower back due to a bad movement and at Love Chiropractic they told him that it would be $ 120 to attend to his discomfort and they asked him questions about the reason for his visit and something more. but when he arrived, they only took an X-ray and nothing else, that is, just to greet him and take some X-rays, it was a total of $ 260… a robbery !!! and the X-rays were delivered the next day because they werent ready. If they need to earn more money they are within their rights, but that is exactly what they should sincerely inform the client since the client is the one who decides whether or not to pay for a service they offer which they do not give, my husband not only came out with him same back pain but also added a headache and stress. I will never recommend this place !!! We are all free to charge for our work what we see fit; but you should never go over the needs of people, you have to apply empathy in this place.

My wife and I both, have been going to Love Chiropractic Center for a little over a year now, and we absolutely love it. From day one they really take care of you and focus in on you as a person and your individual needs. The walk you through everything and answer every question in detail, but also in a way you understand. From the young lady’s at the front desk greeting you and setting you up for the first part of your treatment that day, to each physician doing the adjustments, you know you are being taken care of. Each physician knows you by name and not just because it’s on a chart. They talk to you like family and care about you. We continue conversations from weeks prior because they really listen, and not just to where it hurts. Scheduling and rescheduling is a breeze, if you need to change times, come in late or early they do everything to get you in. This is the place to go!

Really bad experience I ask on phone for appointment and how much it was going to cost me on self pay they answer was $120 I asked if that covered the x rays they said yes. Got the X-rays no adjustment I get their point. And the end I pay $260 just for X-rays and no adjustment.

I have never been to a Chiropractor before and Im 63. What I have learned about the spine and my neck in just a few visits is so valuable. Love the doctors and office staff. Very professional and caring. Sincere caring is hard to find ! Fell off treadmill and ended up with pinched nerve etc. I feel better every time I leave and the xrays revealed problems in my spine alignment that had been going on for years. After I am “fixed” I fully plan to go on the once a month maintenance plan so that I stay aligned and out of pain, as I grow older. There is no greater gift than feeling great every day ! 😷❤️🌻☘️

First time ever going to a chiropractor and my nerves were all over the place. The staff walked and talked me through everything. I took x-rays and assessments the first visit came back the next day and had the best experience imaginable. I plan to continue services and get my body back on track.

I had injured my back lifting and pulling something that was too heavy for me. I was referred to Love Chiropractic, was able to get an appointment, met Dr. Lee who was very welcoming, concerned, kind and friendly. He manually adjusted my back alleviating my pain. I am grateful to have found Dr. Lee!

All the people there are very nice. Its a smaller space but its not crowded so its comfortable for everyone. They sanitize and take many precautions so its safe. I get no anxiety during the visits and always feel amazing afterwards.

The benefit of this place is that its clean and the people are nice.But the reasons to stay away are far more-They charge far too much money for lackluster service.They want you to do an expensive evaluation that makes absolutely no difference in your treatment.And lastly, the front desk, while nice, seems completely incapable of charging insurance properly, and when asked about it to their only available email address, nothing comes of it.Ive done a good two month stint here, and it helped slightly (but not as much as mobility, massage, yoga and exercise), and in a dire emergency returned once a year after being let down by their lack of customize care, only to be told I must be reevaluated before any sort of adjustment could take place.$90 dollars later, billed incorrectly, I went to my massage therapist (who I would have seen if he had availability rather than return to Love) and was instantly better, far beyond a 15m, base standard adjustment.The reviews here that are positive? They mean well. Perhaps this place is for you. But if you have any other option, I gain nothing in telling you to go elsewhere.I hope they figure out how to be customer facing, as much of the staff are personable and affable. But this service and billing cant be condoned.

About 2 years ago I was working in a warehouse when I heard a pop in my back. After that I had severe lower back pain and numbness in my toes and leg. I went to several different doctors all telling me it was just a pulled muscle. They never even did an x-ray or an actual examination, just told me to take some ibuprofen and Id be fine in a week. After about a year of this pain and my normal physicians calling me a liar, I went to Love Chiropractic. My first visit was an x-ray and full examination, within 3 days they found that I had pinched my sciatic nerve at the base of my spine. They immediately set me up with my first adjustment and after about 4 months I started having less pain. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, I love the work environment and I definitely reccomend it to any new comers. I have had adjustments from every DC in the office, and they are all friendly and wonderful people. I used to be terrified of going to the chiropractor from previous experience, but now I am always excited when I realize it is time for my next appointment.

I went to Love chiropractor because I was experiencing lower back pain. Come to find out I had a pinched nerve in my lower back. Also I have degenerative disk at the base of my skull and the doctors keep talking about surgery. I have been to quite a few chiropractors and I am very happy with Love chiropractic the people are very nice the doctors are great and help me with my back and and neck pain. Me and a couple of other vehicles got rear ended by a semi-truck on 485s construction zone. I took some hard hits and was in pretty bad shape. Dr. Conner did my assessment, which was spot on. Dr. Lee did my first adjustment. I got immediate relief. It was as if the blockage of my chi was removed and energy once again flowed through my body out to my extremities. As a once upon a different schedule yoga enthusiast, I have experience this many times before. Since my adjustment my appetite has gone down and I have lost weight. I have less pain resulting in greater mobility and confidence in doing things. Ill be back to yoga one day but it will be in conjunction with Chiropractic care from the excellent Drs. at Loves.

I have been coming to this practice for years but after being treated unprofessionally today by the front desk receptionist and then on top of that the office manager hanging up on me, they lost my whole families business forever. No one deserves to be treated like a number!

My insurance, though in network with them, only covered a portion, so I decided to go elsewhere. They now are refusing to give me my X-rays even though I had them done less than a week ago “because my initial exam was a discounted promotion” and “therefore I do not own MY c-rays”. What the heck? I even spoke to someone last week at my appointment when I found out how much it would cost ($960 for 20 treatments) that I may have to switch care and if I did, could I have my X-rays, and they said yes. But now they said I can only come in and take a photo of them on my phone.

Been going here for care for several years now and I appreciate the service they provide but more importantly the positive attitude they provide in the midst of lots of negativity all around.

Best chiropractor I have ever seen!! I started seeing Dr. Love about 8 months ago. I had previously seen another chiropractor but, I just did not feel like I was getting anywhere. My symptoms were not getting any better although my visits were not getting any less. I have been very pleased with the results that I have seen from Dr. Loves care. So much so, that I have recommended this practice to several other individuals, who have become established patients. They are also pleased with this practice. I like the way that Dr. Love takes the time to evaluate your health and determine a plan of action before he ever makes any type of adjustments. If he can help you, he will let you know. If not, he will suggest another plan of action for you to take. I also like the fact that at the end of the treatment plan, another evaluation is completed. At this point, the results are shared with you and the goal shifts from treatment to maintenance. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for treatment!!!

Dry needling has helped with my headaches and extreme muscle tightness. I have gotten more relief than I did at the physical therapist. Every week keeps getting better.

Let me start by saying that I had never been to a Chiropractor prior to my first visit, last December, 2013. Had terrible back pain and lower leg pain which my Orthopedic Dr. did little to help. Have to admit that I didnt know a lot about what a Chiropractor does and if and how one could help me. But I decided to give it a try. And, did I pick the BEST Chiropractor, Dr. Love of Love Chiropractic Center? I sure did! My pain has gone from an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, to about a 2 now. And I keep getting better and better. Professional, caring and always willing to listing, Dr Love knows and loves helping people feel better. Truly a doctor that cares. Needless to say his staff is excellent as well. I have been going for chiropractic treatment for over 40 years. Four out of the five chiropractic doctors I have seen in my lifetime have been graduates of Palmer College. Dr. Love. was recommended for this reason. He has always been professional. The office staff is great. I usually am in and out in about 20 minutes. This would be unheard of at most doctor offices. Although I usually dont spend too much time in the office, I never feel short-changed with the amount of time Dr. Love spends with me. Because my schedule is unpredictable, when I call for appointments the office staff always accommodates me. I have been a patient for over 5 years.

I have back problems for 50 plus years...with lumbar surgery years ago...pain was managed with anti inflammatory medications , muscle relaxants and chiropractic adjustments. in the last year and a half pain has been unbearable...I tried one chiropractor with no results...He made no X-rays...so as a last resort my primary physician referred me to Neurosurgery who immediately referred me to orthopedics...After MRIs. Scans and many X-rays..was referred back to Neuro...by this time I am in severe pain 24/7..and becoming more and more non ambulatory...I then had a spinal injection with NO results...then back surgery...with NO results...followed by two more spinal injections with No results.....I kept begging the Neurosurgeon to please make the pain go away as I had been requiring Percocet for pain. The Percocet did not relieve the pain only allowed me to rest an hour or two... The PA and one of the Dr.s seemed to care but I was treated horribly by their office staff. Constant pain for 13 months with no relief...and getting to speak with PA or Surgeon was more difficult than getting to the President....My last resort was to seek out someone to do accupuncture...I discovered the Love Clinic and noted that website was liked by my Minister...so I went in for an evaluation. I had XRay and eveluation by Dr. Ryan Conner...and we discussed dry needling....that day I had a spinal adjustment and had less pain with only and adjustment....my next appointment I spoke with Dr. Love and he performed dry needling...and after the first session pain had improved 50%...The next appointment with Dry Needling with Dr. Lee and my pain was 80% better and after the 3rd...I WAS PAIN FREE....Being a retired nurse and having pain management training at DUKE...I was flabbergasted,,,,I put my cane away and immediately (after first adjustment) did not require Percocet...the very drug that Neuro had been giving me from April to November...was no longer needed with much less invasive methods and painless unlike spinal injections. The entire staff at Love Center are kind and willing to help in any way possible....but I can never say enough about Dr. Timothy Love, Dr. Ryan Conner, Dr. Lee and Dr. Love...4 Dr.s of Chiropractic have done in 4 weeks what Ortho, and Neuro could not do in 13 months. Dr. Ryan and Dr. Love have been amazing in helping myself and my husbands aches and hurts!For starters after my husbands accidents the front staff wasted NO time working him in the very next morning to be treated, even though they had no openings. Since then (aprox 4 weeks) they have treated his back, neck and shoulder. His shoulder wasnt even involved in his accident and he stated that it feels better than it has ever felt.The staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door! I purchased one of their large ice packs and dropped it the same day, which caused it to bust. When I told the staff what happened they immediately replaced it at no cost. Who does that anymore these days?!My family and I strongly recommend Love Chiropractor to family, friends and anyone!

We have been in and out of chiropractors for years and none have helped us. My husband, myself, and our 5 year old son see Dr.Love and Dr. Ryan. They have helped my husband with his anxiety through acupuncture. I have scoliosis and other issues and was in severe pain every day. They have helped me through therapy and chiropractic to now go through almost 2 weeks with no pain or headaches. Our 5 year old son has severe asthma, he was on a inhaler and in out of the hospital every other month with a respiratory distress until we brought him for Chiropractic care and since he has been seeing Dr Love and Dr. Ryan our son has NOT had to use his nebulizer, inhaler, or seen a doctor in a year!!!!
