I was very nervous going in for the first time. Having never been to a chiropractor and being in extreme pain, I had no idea what to expect. Dr. Geoff and his staff quickly eased my fears and patiently went over my condition and treatment plan. Coming in, I was in so much pain I could barely walk or sit. My foot and leg were starting to swell in addition to lower back pain. I had to put my business on hold for over a month. After a few visits, I started to gain relief. I now look forward to my visits. I am back to working full time and even started bringing my 11 year old daughter. Highly recommend!!

This place is incredible. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Dr. Geoff is so kind and gifted.

This facility was highly recommended by a friend. However Ive concluded they must not value their patients. Because they sure dont value potential patients. I called last week left a message in regards to an appt. No call bacl went online and went as far as to fill out new patient forms and make myself an appointment with an email attached. No call back. My point is if they dont care enough to even make an appointment for someone how can i trust them with my back my body and my life.. Ill be seeking other accommodations for my back problems and strongly recommending anyone in search of a chiropractor LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! I WILL BE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place may be the greatest healing center on earth, but I could not get a coherent answer about pricing, family memberships, or information dealing with the cost. Maybe when the pricing structure becomes more transparent I will give this place a go. For now, the lack of information causes me concern.

Dr. Geoff has provided me with exceptional care since I began seeing him in February of 2019. The entire staff has always been friendly and welcoming with each visit. Highly recommended no matter what your needs may be!

Dr. Geoff is the best chiropractor in the Charlotte area. We tried 3 different ones before finally finding him! He especially has helped our now 1 yo baby boy. When we started going to Dr. Geoff baby boy was 9 mo old and waking up 3x a night after just 2 adjustments with Dr. Geoff he went to only waking up 1x a night!! Sleepless, colicy, or fussy babies, take them to Dr. Geoff!!

Dr. Geoff is absolutely amazing. He has transformed my life along with my boyfriends. Im a hairstylist and my other half works at a desk so our bodies are in rough shape and we had become accustomed to pain. Dr. Geoff has been wonderful with adjusting and accommodating us and is extremely respectful of comfort zones. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is my fourth pregnancy but my first time going to a chiropractor. Im in my 2nd trimester. Came in for lower back and tailbone pain. Dr. Geoff takes his time to listen to all my concerns and asks me if I have any questions regarding my health, pregnancy, treatment plan, and etc. First session was an eye opener. Im amazed what chiropractic care can do for me and my pregnancy. Getting chiropractic care during pregnancy include: relieving back and joint pain, maintaining a healthier pregnancy, nausea control (which I had during my first trimester and wish that I went sooner), and ultimately help with labor. For the first time in my life, I got really hurt. My sciatic nerve & an inflamed disc in my lower back made it almost impossible to get up & down. I was VERY hesitant to begin Chiropractic care. After praying, and encouragement from friends, God lead me to Dr Geoff. This place, these people... They are Awesome!!! So friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Wow.... just went for my first adjustment with Dr Jason Rose. Ive been getting chiropractic care my entire life. My great uncle was a chiropractor and my mom would frequently bring me straight from gymnastics over to see my uncle so I could properly turn my neck again. Ive tried many different chiropractors in this area over the last 20 years. Some adjustments were helpful, some were not. Sometimes it takes quite a few adjustments before you can start feeling a difference. This is the first time Ive been moved to write a review. I walked out of my first adjustment feeling immediate relief for back and neck pain Ive been struggling with for years. I am very confident that with continued treatment I will be able to able to obtain the long term relief Ive been searching for. I highly recommend Dr Rose! UPDATE: Woke up this morning, set my feet on the floor and to my surprise....no debilitating pain!

Weve been treated by Dr. Geoff for a couple of years now. I first went to him to relieve aches and pains during pregnancy but continued treatment postpartum because it makes everything feel so much better. I also took my son @ 12 weeks. He held his head more to one side & he had colic. After 3 visits I could tell a difference in him and by the 2nd week of seeing Dr. Geoff he had made great strides & was much much better! I was not raised in a family that had chiropractic care as part of our medical regime, so I knew very little about the benefits of this type of care. My husband had experienced using chiropractic care growing up and convienced me to go see Dr. Geoff one day when I was lying half off of the bed with a horrible migraine headache. I was pregnant at the time, so I couldnt take any of the medicine to relieve the pain that I was going through. I began to receive care for the migraines and sinus problems that I had had for most of my life...through college, I basically ate over the counter pain meds on a daily basis to deal with the pain. My family has been going to Carolina Total care for almost two years now. When I was pregnant with our third child I had a lot of back pain. I saw Dr.Geoff once a week and that is honestly the best Ive ever felt with any of my pregnancies!! Recently Dr.Geoff just starting seeing our 4 month old. My son would always be so uncomfortable with being held in certain positions and he was only happy when someone was walking around the room bouncing him. The doctors told us having gas was normal but we felt so bad for him! Our son has seen him a total of 3 times and He is like a different kid! He sleeps better, more comfortable and happy! I wish more people would take advantage of chiropractic care. I had back surgery for a ruptured disc in 2009 and still suffered from chronic pain for years. Dr. Geoff at Carolina TotalCare diagnosed me with hip issues (among other things that X-rays revealed) and began a plan of care that has helped me tremendously. My quality of life has improved ten fold. I can run with my toddlers, I have much more energy, my immune system is firing on all cylinders and I sleep so much better!Dr. Geoff and Dr. Jason are compassionate and actually care about improving your quality of life, not just treating symptoms. They get to the root of your issues and help you reach your life goals.Please, if you have back pain dont just eat fistfuls of Advil like I used to-get evaluated. You dont have to live in pain!

I have suffered for almost a decade with neck and back pain. In that time I tried over the counter medication along with prescription drugs. None of which helped other than masking the pain. I say this to explain the mere frustration and agony I felt just trying to complete daily tasks.Since I have been under Dr Geoffs care for a year now I have a holistic wealth of knowledge that he has shared with me. Dr. Geoff and his staff have been a Godsend for me and my family. We have been with them for almost 18 years. I tell friends and family all the time, if you havent been, you need to go and see and feel the difference. I truly believe that our pediatric appointments have diminished because of the Chiropractic care we get at TotalCare. During Allergy and Flu season, we get regular adjustments in order to stimulate our systems to fight off and be ready for the seasonal attacks. My older kids, when they come home from college, the first thing they say is, I need a Dr. Rose appointment. They feel the difference and you should too.

Being an athlete and Crossfit coach, I understand how important chiropractic care is for my body.I have the most respect and I trust Dr Geoff Rose completely.I had injured my leg from hip to ankle while running in a competition. Not knowing to what degree te injury was, I kept lifting and working out until one night I twisted my leg under me and the knee locked up on me.My first phone call was to Dr Geoff Rose. He was going to be the one to fix my leg or direct me otherwise.I hobbled into his office on crutches and was able to walk out on my own!!!!My IT Band and Vastis Lateralis were the culprit! With Dr Roses care and rest, I have healed!! He will ALWAYS be my first go to!!!!
