I’ve been coming to Naturally You for 7 years for hair color and cuts and have had nothing but positive experiences. My daughters are both clients as well! I love the natural approach to hair care and there is no pressure to buy products or services, although we love the Aveda hair care line. We love Debbie and her enthusiasm and expertise but have had good experience with other stylists when she is unavailable.

Naturally You is great! Ive been going there for 3 years, and always get a great haircut. I really love the warm and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon. Its the best Ive found in the area.

I was very disappointed with the service at Naturally You. I came in for a first appointment and brought two photos of the look I wanted- I asked for a face frame warm blonde partial highlight. The stylist put no more than 10 foils in my hair, which turned orange. She put a toner on top and I left with dark brown hair with no highlights at all except for two awkward pieces at the top of my forehead that remain an odd orange color now.Then when checking out, I was charged 180$ for literally 10 foils and a toner. I came home and did a color correction on the front to try to get it back to a normal brown instead of burnt orange.I felt that my request was not honored, the stylist messed up the highlights, put in a dark toner which changed the whole color of my hair from blonde to dark brown, and then charged me for a full highlight. The hair still doesnt look right and I resent the almost $200 I paid for it.Very disappointing experience.

Definitely book a massage and skin care with Fanny! I am an avid athlete with a persistent back injury. I have tried *everything* (acupuncture, physical therapy, etc.) but deep tissue massage with Fanny has been the silver bullet. Fanny is *amazing* at what she does and I highly recommend booking any appointment she has available. (She also does amazing skin care so consider treating yourself to that as well). You will not find a better massage therapist in greater Boston.

I initially wanted a balayage, and I had a four hour appointment and when I left my hair looked virtually the same. I wasn’t happy but after talking to the owner, Serena cleared her schedule and brought me back the very next day to do everything she possibly could to make me happy with not additional cost. After three rounds of bleaching, it was impossible to get out all of the pink that was in my hair. Serena worked with me and told me all the my options, saying we could go darker to cover the pink or dye it a different color. After spending countless hours to get out the pink in my hair, I’m sure it was hard on Serena for me to say the color I would most want in my hair was pink. The pink I had done at home was splotchy and horrible, but Serena was able to mix a beautiful pink to cover the disaster I had done by myself and lm get my hair to look more beautiful than ever. She kept my hair healthy, and worked with me for a total of 10 hours. Although I didn’t leave with the hair I initially planned on getting, Serena did an amazing job and refused to stop until I was happy.

I have been seeing Katie for 6 years. Her work is precise and meticulous and my hair has never been healthier. She is respectful and offers suggestions but does not push new ideas or products. Most of the other stylists have also worked on my hair at some point and all are similarly excellent. They work well together and there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.

Professional staff and an amazing experience! Katie and Jocelyn are especially great at what they do. They are two of my very favorite stylists! They care about what you, as a client is looking for but also know what looks are trending. If you go to either one of them, you leave the salon feeling fabulous. I always get compliments on my hair even when its grown out! They know what true customer service is. Highly recommend this salon!

I have been going to Naturally You salon for many years. I have seen probably every stylist there and also had my nails done there and it has been a wonderful experience every time. I always feel beautiful when I leave. Also I love Aveda products and that in general they use products that are are lower in toxins than in other salons.

Today was my first time at Naturally You. Jocelyn was so warm and welcoming, she truly took her time to listen to my concerns, due to the fact of my thick and curly hair. Previously I had a bad experience at another salon and turned to Jocelyn for a color correction, cut, bayalage and keratin. She took my hair goals into consideration and guided me down the path to ensure we did it the healthiest way. The end result was nothing shy of perfection, I will continue to return to Jocelyn and Naturally You!

Getting a haircut is normally a nerve wracking experience for me but I felt super comfortable here! The staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. My stylists name was Jocelyn and this was the first time I didnt second guess my haircut and actually left a salon happy. She did an amazing job and did exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Brianne has been my stylist for well over a year now and is amazingly talented but also a genuine and down to earth human that is wonderful to get your hair done by. I am new to Boston and was looking for a salon and this place happened to me near where I live and they are so amazing. Brianne was my stylist and she did a great job with my hair styling. I was attending an event and wanted to try something new.she helped me pick a hairstyle that suits my face and I received many compliments from ppl at the event.

I have been going to NuYu Salon in Concord for about 5 years now. I always book with Brianne and she is professional, courteous, kind and knowledgeable! She knows her stuff and make excellent suggestions on what she thinks would work best for my hair, cut and color. I trust her completely! From calling to make appointments, to being greeted when I walked in and paying on the way out, I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Debbie has been cutting my hair since I moved to Concord five years ago, and shes been cutting my boys hair since theyve needed haircuts. (Theyre now ages 3 and 5.) She does a great job on all of us, and shes terrific with little kids. No DVDs or other bribes are required to get the boys in the chair. Miss Debbie charms them while she cuts and make them look super-cute. I also love going to the salon on my own. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant - the stylists are professional and approachable. Naturally You provides a great cut, good company and a lovely cup of tea. Very refreshing!

I was suggested I try Naturally You as Id had trouble fining a salon to cut and treat my hair in a way that made me feel good after my visit. My first experience was a complete success, the cut what exactly what Id asked for and the color was perfect. I left feeling like a million bucks and received so many compliments on my look. Since then Ive returned several times and wouldnt go anywhere else. I drive over an hour and fifteen minutes to get there, but have found its completely worth every minute, as the service is wonderful. I feel pampered and well looked after during my appointment, and always leave satisfied with the end result of my haircut and dye. Definitely would recommend to others.

I started with Katie at Nu Yu and then followed her to the Naturally You location. Ive been seeing her for over four years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. She listens to my needs and promises she will keep looking young and I always feel that way when I leave the salon! Shes also always fun to talk to and catch up with whenever I come in. I also love that while Im getting my color done Bettina will do my gel nails and waxing... theyre great at making me feel pampered here :) Whenever someone I know is looking for a new salon I tell them they should go here, Ive never been unsatisfied and have a great experience every time.

HORRIBLE. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I had been seen in May by Brianne and it was a good appt no issues at all, she was professional and friendly. And then in August I see that they have a groupon available for a cut and a color.I call the location in Concord Naturally You and schedule the appointment, the woman on the phone says oh youve been seen here before with Brianne. She tells me Brianne doesnt accept groupons but you can see a junior stylist for that. I say okay that works. Then a few days before the appointment, I get a voicemail confirming it. When I arrive I speak to the woman at the front desk and I say I have this appointment and this groupon. She says okay great you were seen by Brianne before and I say yes. Then she seats me. Immediately shes a little rude insinuating the highlights that I have were tinted a muddy color. Your ends look tinted green whats up with that. I let her know that I had them done there in May, at which point she stops talking about it. We pick out the color. She goes to the back to mix the color and then comes back around ten minutes later. She says out of nowhere, Since you were seen by Brianne already we actually cant accept the groupon, you cant have been seen here in the past year to use it. Then she quoted me the price which was double that of the groupon. I say oh no I didnt realize that, I scheduled the appt and confirmed it and no one mentioned that to me. I drove 45 minutes to get here. All very friendly not angry. She basically tells me theres nothing she can do since the owner Helen is working at the Salon ten minutes away in Acton, Salon NuYu and that I can try to talk to her. No apology she just gives me the owners business cared.So I drive ten minutes to the salon where the owner is at. I come in start a friendly conversation and let her know what happened. I tell Helen that Im just confused that I was able to schedule the appt if I was not able to actually be seen for that. She then starts to raise her voice and berate me in front of everyone in the salon. Essentially saying I am a liar and that no one would have said that to me on the phone. I must have lied about being seen there previously or not have mentioned the groupon when I booked the appointment. I was shocked to be treated this way, especially by the owner. She goes on repeating this over and over, even though I tell her I am not lying. At the end of her scolding me she said while rolling her eyes, I guess you can be seen this one time for this, since we want to keep our customers happy. At this point I am almost in tears and have had enough, I tell her I do not even want to be seen anymore, I just hope she doesnt treat customers like that in the future. I would rather lose the money I already paid then spend anymore time around that woman. I let her know I would be writing a bad review given the awful treatment by both locations. Its one thing to be treated unprofessionally by the staff at the Concord location, but I am so shocked by the behavior of the owner.You are much better off going to SOMA in Somerville if you are looking for an Aveda Salon.UPDATED:The reply provided by the owner is inaccurate, I was asking for no special treatment. Helen- You should really be truthful with your guests. You may try to look professional in writing but we both know you acted appalling. Brianne- Thank you for your voicemail apologizing.

Very disappointing, I walked in the other day to get a cut, I saw two girls sitting next to the desk talking and it took a few minutes for them to greet me. They were so involved in their conversation of what to have for lunch rather than to see if I needed help. I didnt have an appointment so when I asked if someone could take me she said yes but seemed as if I was interrupting her, and I saw her roll her eyes at the other one. I was surprised to see that the place was basically run by young girls especially it being concord, I guess I expected a more sophisticated staff. A woman I work with had suggested this place knowing I love aveda and that I go to an aveda salon in Burlington but live in Carlisle this salon would be more convenient. I thought why not Ill try it out. Im used to being a pampered at my other salon and here I felt as if they couldnt get me out fast enough. When I had my cut the wash took about a minute where Im used to a small head massage. Then after my back being soaked during the fastest wash ever it just got worse. When I got to the chair the girl was so busy talking to the other staff the cut wasnt really what I asked for. I dont usually post reviews but after this I think people should know what They are walking into. Definitely will never go back.

The staff are down to earth and approachable, while highly professional. They take time to get to know the specific needs of their clients and tailor services to fit those needs. I enjoy my monthly trips to see Brianne and the other professionals at this Aveda salon. Brianne is a talented and skilled hair stylist and all-around delightful person. Service is excellent and conversation is great too. Often I ask to add this or that (moisturizing treatment, scalp massage, brows, mani/pedi etc.) and Brianne and the other staff make time to add those services. Staff are all so reliable. I feel rejuvenated every time I leave.
