These five stars are specifically for the lovely Brianna. My first time ever getting lash extensions and she was so sweet, so detail oriented and thorough. She made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen through the whole process, you could tell she really cared about giving you the lash set you wanted that flattered your eyes and the general care of my lashes.Overall a wonderful experience, the ambiance was relaxing and spacious, solid music choice and customer service. Can’t wait to go back and try their other treatments.

Cherie did my lashes and she was very sweet but my lashes started coming off almost immediately. No matter how much I tried to comb them and make them look neat they would always be tangled and facing all different directions (some even completely upside down poking my eyeball) with a huge gap between lashes. I paid 168$ for my lashes to be almost completely gone withing 5 days. Its now 12 days after Ive gotten them done and I have 4 lashes total. Definitely never coming back.

I am absolutely in LOVE with Lash & Luxe. Ive been coming in every 2 - 3 weeks since July of last year, and I love the service every time. Ive had my lashes done by Cherie almost always, and also by Donna. What I can appreciate about the salon is the quality of service, cleanliness, and the quality of the products used. My lashes always last until my next appointment, with minimal shedding. My mother in law also comes in for her lashes. She was going to a different place before and she said that with the last provider, she was never advised on how to care for her lashes at home. I love that I can buy the products I need here at the shop to take home with me to maintain my lashes until my next visit. I have also started a facial regimen with Haley, and my skin has responded so well. All of the ladies here are wonderful and I always refer all of my friends when they ask me where I go for lashes and facials.
