Ive had plenty of bad experiences with new salons, but she was extremely professional and made feel at ease.I got a deep condition and a simple hair cut, which were really nice. I had been looking for someone who could cut my curly hair and who understands the differences in curly and straight hair. Meredith did an amazing job on my haircut, having curly hair herself, she knew how to make it flow and give more volume. Did a beautiful blowout as well. I highly recommend her and will be going back again and again! Such a sweetheart too!

Meredith was an absolute angel!! I am so glad I randomly found this salon! Best thing I’ve ever done. The whole experience was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My full highlights (hair length is almost to my butt), toner, conditioning, trim, dry and style only took about 2 hours. And it was the best salon experience I’ve ever had!! Came in for my regular bi weekly cut and it always feels like home at Elements! Bathroom is always clean, and the climate is comfortable. Always pleasant to be able to give them a call. Someone always answers the phone and sets my appointment. You can even stop by to make an appointment. All are professional and do great work, and they have great management as well. Heather Childers is my stylist and she is amazing! Cut, style, color she is the best! Personally I will not let anyone else do my hair. Highly recommended!!

Heather Childers is one of the best Hairstylist I have ever been too! She listens, she does not get scissor happy like some do, she always get the color right and does a great job with eye brows! Their salon has been around for a while and are here to stay. I highly recommend them!

If you call to make an appointment, no one answers. If you drive 35 minutes to MAKE an appointment, you will not be welcomed to the spa, NO ONE will schedule you an appointment, youll sit there for fifteen more minutes before the vein in your forehead starts pulsing and youll wonder what you did with your day and why you didnt choose a real salon spa and youll be disappointed in how relaxed youre NOT feeling. Cute decor, but they do not want your business.

By far the best salon for anything u need. Hair cuts, Hi-Lites for ur hair, Or have ur Nails done, there are so many wonderful ladies in this salon. I’ve been going here for over 8 yrs & I love the staff and the atmosphere. They also do specialized hair styling for Young Ladies for their Prom, or Weddings. Lots of talents here. U gotta go check them out.

Parking stinks and the house is full of bugs. Left after a haircut and had to pick the bugs off my leg before getting into my car. Also heard some foul mouthed salon girls talking bad about another person who was apparently not there. I can only imagine what they were saying about me after I left. I will NOT return to this place.

Ashlyn did a great job on my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I got amazing results. Deff recommend her! The salon is cute and I loved the diversity in stylist and customers I saw. Made me feel comfortable.

What a horrible experience!!! It took over an hour for a 20 minute job. Cant remember the girls name but she messed up my hair up. She cut a layer on one side of my head and no the other and everything was so uneven. She even chopped off the back bottom of my hair to when I cant pull it up. I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed to the point the girl that fixed it said it looked like someone practice on my hair from beauty school. The manager was no help and didnt seem to care!

Ashlyn Garver was my stylist.She colored and styled my hair. Great prices for the service I received. She is very sweet and kind. Listen to me and helped with the vision I had for my hair. She will only be doing my hair from now on. The shop is so stylish and clean. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Diverse group of lovely stylists. 🖤🖤🖤 Thank you Ashlyn for my awesome hair.

I would not EVEN give it a 1⭐️! The person SAM/SAMANTHA can not color or cut hair! It took 3 hours to do a 1 1/2 hour job! It looked like a kindergartner cut my hair with safety scissors! She needed clippers and did not have any and asked me if I COULD COME BACK NEXT WEDNESDAY! The owner tried to help but she is not any good either! I left crying and I never cry!
