I had been getting my eye lash extensions for 5 months, going about every 3 weeks. This last time I had my extensions put in, I had a PAINFUL and BAD REACTION. Photos attached. I googled my symptoms and apparently I had a chemical reaction. I called the salon to ask what I should do and they were CLUELESS! They said they had NEVER heard of a chemical reaction and since they are not doctors they could not give any advice. I had no idea I was attending a place where they are not educated on “if something goes wrong” such as a chemical reaction or an allergic reaction and claim to never even heard of it!!! They asked me to send some photos to their email of my eye and NO RESPONSE. Which shows they do NOT CARE about their clients. I received no follow up phone call, text or email from the company or from the girl who always did my lashes. As a business owner myself, I’m appalled at how little they care. I had pain in both of my eyes for 3 weeks. I had blurred vision and could NOT see to even drive for 1 week. I had to get this special PRESCRIBED ointment JUST to get relief and get my vision back!! I will not be making anymore appointments with this company! Even when the lady who did my lashes got glue in my eyes a few times, the cleanse they used felt like pin needles to my eye. She said something a long the lines of ..”This is made for cleaning the eyes, but I don’t know why because it burns” I will not mention the ladies name who did my lashes because she was very kind, which is why I was surprised she didn’t contact me unless for some reason the company never told her. Which I would be very surprised and would just make the situation look even worse. I hope they get their employees who do lash extensions educated on this matter!! I’m not going somewhere where they are not educated and simply don’t have concern or care for their clients!! Especially when dealing with EYES. Your eyes are very important to have! Not worth it. Once my eyes are fully healed I will be looking for a new lash company. Would not recommend this company for lash extensions.

If you wear hair extensions, Jesse is your girl! From color, to applying extensions, to sculpting them to your hair, she is the greatest and you will leave feeling your very best! Madison did my lash extensions and I love them too! Can’t go wrong at CC!

I went to CC&Co to have my hair colored. My regular stylist was not available. I had my hair cut and colored. Upon leaving the studio, I felt that the color was not what I requested and called the studio to inform them of my unhappiness. I was immediately rescheduled to come back in with the same stylist to recolor my hair. I did so and was very specific about my desired color. My stylists did a fantastic job recoloring my hair and I was thrilled with the final results! I continue to be a happy customer!

I walked in a few weeks back to schedule an appointment for balayage and a haircut. Instead of just putting me on the books, they had me do a consult with one of the stylists. If it is your first time scheduling I highly recommend doing the consult prior to scheduling! Kelsey checked out my hair and we just had a quick convo about what my hair goals were. Upon seeing how long my hair is and how much hair I have, she gave me an estimate on the cut and color and I scheduled a few weeks out to make sure I could fit it around my work schedule. I was so happy with the service from start to finish. Because I did the consult, Kelsey allotted a large chunk of her time to do my appointment which I greatly appreciated. Kelsey paid close attention to detail and was thorough. I showed her some pictures of what my hair used to look like before I let my balayage grow out for almost a year (yikes, never again) and worked with me the entire time. She asked questions along the way like what size money piece I liked for the balayage or how rounded I wanted my layers. The end result is having my hair looking absolutely beautiful and feeling like myself again! The pricing was very reasonable especially considering the quality of service I received. It took a lot of product to get my hair back to being blonde and not the dark brown/blonde ombré I was unintentionally sporting. Not to mention, I took up a lot of chair time. Kelsey was so friendly and easy to talk to as well. All in all this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in the chair and will recommend Kelsey to all of my friends!

I have been coming here for over 10 years now and I love it! My husband got my first massage from here for my birthday years ago and I have been coming here since. Currently I see Taylor for my monthly pedicure and Tammy for my monthly massages and both ladies are awesome! Taylor takes her time and our conversation always make me feel like girls night out. I dont get out much as i have small children so I def look forward to this monthly. My massages with Tammy are the best and i do mean the best! I have had massages many times before but by the time im done with my 90 minutes, im beyond relaxed... so much so, i usually doze off at least twice during the massage! Best ever! The spa itself is very clean and inviting and as stated I look forward to my visits each month and I appreciate these ladies so much!

I have been coloring my hair for years, for fun and for gray hairs and because I have dark hair I constantly leave the salon with dye on my skin. Kelsey has some magic or skills where this has never been an issue. I have only been seeing her for a year, but I will not change my stylist. She is great, having talked me out of things that would not work in my favor, so I trust her professionalism and her craft. She is absolutely amazing!

Prior to moving to N.C. five years ago, I had the same stylist for over 20 years and followed her from salon to salon from age 16 to 38. She was my match. As all women know there is that ONE stylist who just gets you. I must have went to 10 salons during my first 3 years here looking for that person. I have found her finally. Brooke is amazing and it only took one visit to realize shes my new forever stylist.The salon is clean, with friendly staff, and alone I would give it a good review. Brooke however, makes it amazing for me. Although given the professionalism of the company, I am sure all their stylists are great.

Mixed reviewI had the worst experience with lash extensions here and would not recommend. The lashes that were applied were a lot longer than my previous set even though I asked for a natural look and the lash artist had my previous lashes after removing them for reference. The lashes that were applied were awful, they were very thin and looked like they were weeks old and very whispy immediately after applying. After I left I couldn’t understand why some looked strange and I later realised they had been applied the wrong way, so they had an obvious bump in them. Would not go back or recommend to others.I would like to add though that I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the salon. I had 3 services over 2 days. As above I wasn’t super happy with my lashes but the staff were super accommodating and did a brow wax and tint for me the same day when I enquired about the service. The next day I was back (pre booked appointment) for a blow dry and curl for a wedding I was going to. I think the stylist’s name was Ashley, she had done my brows the day before. She was great and made the extra effort of additional hairspray and keeping my curls tight so that I could comb them later as the wedding was later in the afternoon.

Ive been getting my hair cut and colored by Kelsey. Im in my 50s, and dont want my hair to look dyed. Kelsey uses high/lowlights to help blend the grays, and make it look more natural.

Moved from out of town and CC was highly recommended. They lived up to all the good I heard. Everyone is friendly and Caitlin knows exactly how to handle my unruly hair.

I love love love this Salon I will go in and want my long hair cut off it comes out amazing I then i will ask for you to change me a whole different color and it turns out amazing my newest experience because I do like to go every 10 to 12 weeks and the convenience is outstanding Im only a couple blocks away from one of the many locations you can choose from but now at age 46 Im wanting my gray hair to show through in a more natural way and Again Jennifer my stylist I love her she Blended my dark hair coming through so it would look more natural as my gray started to appear. Jennifer cuts my hair and she always does an outstanding job! Shes also a genius at blow-outs!! I can make it look great but she makes it look incredible! The salon has a great atmosphere and energy... I highly recommend!

Alli Love is awesome. She has a laid back but very professional attitude. She listens to what I want and executed perfectly. I’ve never gone back to someone for a 3rd time because they usually cut all my hair off or don’t deliver and I even went to “premier” salons.The environment is also relaxing and comfortable. Worst experience ever!Horrible customer serviceThey lie about your check in time.They make you wait and then come back and say they will not take you in because you were late.This happened to me twice, only that the last time I asked for an explanation or a change , instead of doing the smoothing system that take 2-3 hours I asked to my root color instead because it takes half of the time and they “supposedly” had programmed 3 hours to work on my hair but as they didn’t have one explanation neither accepted the change and apparently they didn’t like me questioning I was told that they didn’t want to give their service to me anymore.The owner yelled in front of all the customers that she didn’t want to see me or any member of my family in her salónThe owner yelled at me and in a very humiliating way kicked me out of the salon calling the police on me.She totally acted like a psycho. She was out of control and honestly I don t understand how an owner that her business depends of her clients can treat someone like this and in front of her other present clients and staff. It’s insane!The police was very nice and told me I didn’t do anything wrong and I was not in any kind of trouble and that technically and legally they couldn’t denied service to my family since they were not there and had nothing to do with it.I think she will be hearing from my lawyer!Don’t go there, don’t waste your time.!!We go to salons and spas not only to get a different look but also to relax and take a little time to ourselves and as clients we don’t deserve this kin of treatment.By the way this place have a history of the same issue, I read reviews complaining about the same.Natalia Henry

I was very hesitant about leaving this review because the girl that did my hair is so sweet. This was my second visit to CC and Company salon. When I called to make my appointment the girl on the phone asked me what I was coming in for. I told her I would like to do the biolage color like I did last visit. She repeated back to me what I was coming in for and scheduled my appointment.The day I went in the girl that does my hair asked me was I going to do the same blonde, or was I going to do something different. I told her I wanted Icy blonde. I wanted it brighter than what I had. She proceeded to do the color and when she dried my hair it was darker than what I had before and nowhere near the icy blonde look I was wanting. She tried to convince me that it was icy blonde and it would look better outside in the sunlight. I ask her if she could re do it like I asked for and she told me she couldn’t do anything today but that I could come in another day. I showed her a picture of icy blonde on Google and she told me that was platinum. Her and the receptionist argued with me saying that the color was the icy blonde that they do for other clients. They kept telling me that’s the way icy blonde is supposed to look.The girl at the front desk made my appointment for 2 days later and collected the $100 that owed for that days appointment. The girl that did my hair said the next time she would need to do biolouge . I explain to her that I thought that’s what she was doing and she said no she did regular foil. I’m not sure where the miscommunication came from when I book my appointment to the day of my appointment.I asked her would there be a charge when I came back to correct the color and she looked at the receptionist and they agreed that it would be $125 to correct the color that I originally came in for!!I was a little confused because my hair looks nothing like what I wanted. The Picture shows my hair the day of my appointment with what is suppose to be icy blonde. And the other picture shows the icy blonde that they posted on their Facebook page from one of their clients. My hair is no where near what consider icy blonde on their FB page. I can’t believe they thought it was ok to charge another $125 to get what I originally came in for. I canceled the appointment and didn’t go back. I will never go back there again. This is not good business.

I never have any issues with the quality of my haircut, the service, or how easy it is setting up my next appointment. I am a full time student and I work full time as well, so its sometimes difficult finding a free moment to get a haircut. Ive never had a problem at CC and Company. It is honestly faster than the cheap chain places, yet the quality of the haircut and service is a million times better. To add to that, the price is very competitive for what you would expect. I would suggest CC and Company to anyone.

Just moved to Concord from Florida, first stylist I have visited up here, and stylist was hands down amazing! I have never met ANYONE who has been able to conquer my hair the way that Kat did at the Speedway location! Such a success and have received so many compliments today. It lays right. It feels right. It just looks 1000% AMAZING! Very fortunate to have found a new stylist on the first try and would highly recommend!

My wife and I went for couples massages one year around our anniversary. We were in separate rooms with different therapists but we both loved the experience. There was wine, soothing music and several different relaxation techniques. The therapists were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were both comfortable and well relaxed. I highly recommend this location for their massage therapy.

Six Stars! I met Jennifer two weeks before my wedding. My prev stylist (from somewhere else) called in sick to the appt to have my hair done FOR MY WEDDING. Needless to say, I was nervous, but then Jennifer did an amazing job. And that was ten years ago. She has kept me looking sharp ever since. She gives recommendations to keep my hair healthy, she makes adjustments to my color to keep it fresh but also appropriate in the season. Sorry to my hubby, platinum is NOT a thing for the fairest in the winter. She is flexible if I need to adjust my time. Recently I had a sudden job interview and she stayed late one night to get my hair spiffed up for this fancy interview. The salon is great, everyone there is courteous, they all do a great job. Many of them started as interns and have worked their way up to have their own chair. It is a relaxing environment, no grumpy employees. You cannot go wrong with this salon.

Had a 60 min massage with Darla and it was Amazing! I am a repeat customer and will continue using her. I drive a lot for work and play softball and my lower back and legs hurt a good bit. Darla knows exactly how to find the trigger points to give me the relief I need. She is very knowledgeable of her profession.

I got my hair done by Hana Reiko when I visited this salon. (She’s no longer there now) First time ever dying my hair and she made it a very enjoyable experience. I showed her a couple pics of my desired look and she got started right away while also telling me all the dos and donts of dyed hair. Couldn’t imagine a better experience and I absolutely loved my results! Everyone at the salon was very friendly and the environment was incredibly welcoming. I recommend this place for all first time clients looking to dye their hair! Their Instagram is a great way to find the perfect stylist for your needs.

I’ve had trouble with owner, receptionist and manager. Rude people. Manager ignored and never smiles. I got manicures & pedicures and few hair cuts for 9 years. Manicures for $32. Even if nail was soft or broken. Fixed in price. Last 2 manicures with different girl? Charged me $40 then last one $45 for gel polish. I took in my own polish and CND dip. Complained to receptionist about more charge. Plus using my own items. She tattled to others. Owner didn’t believe me on how I was treated. Blamed me on everything! Told me to never come to salon again. I’ve never lied! I’ve spent thousands in salon in so many years. Owner doesn’t even care. I’ve talked to others. They cannot believe how I was treated. Salons hiding higher prices until you check out. Due to tattling, girl who cut my hair text me horrible and refused to even cut my hair anymore. She foiled my hair wrong color twice when I showed her a photo twice of what I wanted.

I have been going to Jennifer for years to get my hair done. She does a great job and always goes the extra to find a solution to any problems you may be having with your color. Would highly recommend her!!

Been going to this salon for 7 years. Friendly staff. Kelsey is absolutely fabulous; she just gets it. She’s a great colorist. Salon is kept up well and I love the fact they also sell jewelry and clothing there to paruse while waiting. I’ve also gotten my nails and massage there. I can’t say enough great things about this salon.

Love Haley at speedway location!! She is so talented with color and very skilled with cutting THICK hair! She has recommended products for my hair that make it easier to style at home. Also love Harmony at the Manor Ave location! Shes so talented with eyelash extensions and nails! CC&co also supports some great charities that Im involved with. Theyre always willing to give back or donate in some way. Id rather spent my hard earned money with a company like this!!

Great experience. My friend was getting married and we all got our hair, makeup and nails done for the wedding and everyone loved the way they looked. I also got my hair cut and styled there on a separate occasion and it was a great experience.

I had the best experience ever at this salon. Heather Brown is a guru and made my hair look absolutely stunning with copper balayage. I will be returning to her for all future services. Highly recommend!! The salon itself was wonderful and I cant wait to try the spa.

I have been getting my hair cut at CC and Company for more than six years. I always get professional service , and attention to a detail cut every visit. They are the best in the Concord area, in my opinion. Recently, I received a stylized shave. It was done in a superb and expert manner by a master artist also. I have been going to Blair at CC & Company for almost two years. I always have a wonderful experience. Everyone is so nice and Blair is amazing. She has brought my hair back to life and Im always complimented on my color. If you havent tried CC&Company- youre missing out.

I won a free hair and makeup appointment when I was at a Bridal fair. I was so excited! It was very easy to set up my appointment and they were very flexible especially since my appointment was during prom season. Almost everything went great!! My makeup artist was amazing and asked for my opinion on what I liked or didnt like. She wanted to know what the occasion was and everything. VERY personal which was great. Then I got sent over to get my hair done. I gave the girl a few ideas of what I had in mind. She curled my hair (and did great) but when it came to styling, it was less that what I was capable of doing on my own. I simply (or so I thought) wanted a braid in my bangs and my curls to flow around it. After a lot of trying when she let me see her finished product it was terrible!!! My hair wasnt laying right, the braid looked worse than what my untalented hands could do, and there was no way I was walking out in public like that. I told her I wasnt digging the look, she took it down and attempted to pin some of my hair back on the side with TWO Bobby pins!!!! Now mind you I have some THICK hair and 2 Bobby pins are NOT enough. By the time I walked to the car the pins were already falling out. Needless to say, I will have them do my hair and makeup for my wedding but this particular stylist will not be in our group to help

I came to her on a recommendation from a friend after my previous salon had damaged my hair so badly that it was breaking off. 😢 It took time, patience and extensions for a while but my hair is now back to it’s original length all over without extensions and healthier than it has ever been. Great salon and ambiance but I can never get scheduled. They always offer me an alternative time that is nothing like what I ask for. Sometimes I just hang up and call back another day

Great massage and beautiful facility. My only complaint was I could hear the loud talking from the nail salon Throughout my massage. Made it hard to truly relax and enjoy myself.

So disappointed with my highlights. Instead of highlights I got all over blond hair. When I called to complain I was told no availability until Tuesday and today is Saturday. I am spending more of my money to get it fixed. So sad.I love the haircut but I DO NOT like when you tell a stylist what you want and it does not come out that way. No going there anymore.

I have been going to CC & Company for many years and keep returning because of their great staff and more specifically Jennifer Frye. Jennifer cares enough to listen to what I want and has taken the time to get to know me well enough to, at times, save me from myself!! She is way more than my hairdresser.... shes like family!

Really had a positive experience here. I went to the poplar tent location (I think they told me that they would be moving down the road soon) and got a cut and style with Courtney. I had never been there before.Right when I came in, I knew it was going to be a good experience. I was greeted, offered something to drink and shown to my stylist’s station. Courtney asked me what I was thinking and I had several pictures to run off of. I needed an updo that was going to *stay put* for about 12-16 hrs. Man did she deliver. This daring doo survived a 6 hr drive, multiple trips up 3 flights of stairs with luggage in tow, laser tag, DC bars, and dancing. And I still could have made it presentable the next day after sleeping on it had I wanted to. I don’t know what kind of magic she put into my hair, but it worked like a charm and I’ll be back to see them soon!
