They have the parking lot on the side for the clinic however I was not able to park there spent 20 minutes looking for parking. The receptionist told me to come back after 12:10pm and I come to find out she told me the wrong time. I was late anyway because of the parking situation but I am here for anxiety and depression, might lose my job, and this is only causing so much more stress. Regardless if I was late, she still made the mistake of giving me the wrong time and would have been late anyway. You have one job. Last thing you can do is give the correct appointment time.. :(Changing the review from 2 to 5 stars because even though this happened 15 minutes or so later I was called in for insurance. I didnt have any money to pay for my visit and just started a job and didnt qualify for medical. The young lady with the insurance (there every saturday) is probably the kindest most understanding person Ive had the pleasure of meeting. She talked to me and was so compassionate and gave me some of the best advice Ive ever had. She gave me hope when its felt like Im falling apart. And told me shes there if I ever need anyone to talk to. Thank you :)

I have been coming here for a while. Dr. Jamei is amazing however customer service (call center) are horribly unprofessional. I have been trying to book an apt with anyone that might be available and since 2 months ago they keep telling me that everything has changed and that the only way for me to get one available is until after November. This is wrong and as of this month I can no longer wait and will be letting MediCal know that I cannot be seen when necessary not when I have an urgent matter and will be changing clinics soon!

Everytime I come here I see receptionist doing a terrible job. I am also a receptionist and I want you all to know that I have been yelled at, have had medicine thrown at me (and everything in between), and I still maintained a professional attitude. I dont care how early you have to get up in the morning to go into a job that you clearly hate, BE PROFESSIONAL. Dont bring your personal problems to work. Never coming back here and I hope other people catch on, especially the people in charge. I understand that this is a low cost clinic but quality of staff should NOT be this bad.

This place has really poor service! The people at the front desk are so unprofessional and provide poor service! Had to ask them same question over and over and wait forever to get helped on something so simple. They are rude, inconsiderate and simply unprofessional to the patients! And not to mention the dentist there sucks!!! She shows no consideration towards her patients, seems like she cares more about quantity and her income rather than quality and the Well being of her patients! She doesn’t care to provide enough sufficient information regarding ones dental health!

Dr is great, unfortunately there is always the assistant who ruins it. Alejandra is rude, roll her eyes at you, calls patients she likes first, otherwise youll spend hrs there. managment ?? furniture old and in poor conditions. Needs more than 1 bathroom,

So I came here a couple months ago, and yes the staff is not very nice and do look like they’re having a horrible day everyday. Even with an appointment expect to wait a long time. I came here for dental work and I will say the dentist did a great job on my teeth and they did it at no cost, they were trying to charge me over $300 at Western Dental to do what they did for free which I was really happy about. I will be coming back here although they are not the nicest I don’t really care about that. I don’t know what the regular doctors are like though so can’t say anything about that.

I recieved no service and my child had a dentist appointment. The receptionist with glasses was in a bad mood and told me to go stand in line and wait. I waited and watched as two staff members socialized for quite some time.They purposely overbook too, so be prepared to wait a long time. I called twice to speak with a supervisor and conveniently the supervisor was not available to speak both times. Very unprofessional, poor service and staff needs to be retrained.

If you care about your health and families well being, I urge you not to go here. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and after my vitals, they said my Dr was not here. They gave me a Nurse that had no clue what she was doing or talking about. Ugochi Nnadozie did not check any vitals like a regular Dr would, nor did she do or ask anything about my condition. She couldnt even write a prescription because she claims she does not have her pad and said that none of the Drs. there could NOT help me at all because they are NOT assigned to me. What a shame this facility hires unknowledgeable staff. What a waste of time and money.

Im only putting one star because i have too....this is my 4th or 5th time going to this office for my sons dental. Every time that i go the service gets worse. Today was the finale staw. They are very rude and dont treat patients with respect. Im a single mother of 2 boys 5 and 3 since my older son isnt a patient there so they told me he cant be in the room with me and my younger son. What am i supposed to do? Then they told me to leave my 3 year old in the room with the nurses while me and my older son wait outside the room. I told them im not comfortable leaving him. The lady rolled her eyes and said hell be fine. It is unexceptable to make anyone feel uncomfortable and i was soo angered that they would even ask me to leave. I would never leave my children with anyone i dont care if u are a doctor. Anyways i will not be returning. This place should be shut down. They all seem miserable working here and they take it out on the patients. Soo sad.

The girl who answer the phone was incredible rude looks like she was having a bad day at work. She gave me a attitude and kept cutting me off and wasnt even able to get her name. Very unprofessional! 😡 But I know some of the other workers are nice.

This place is a lot much better than my previous doctor. Right here the doctors, PAs, NPs, etc. actually take the time to listen to their patients concerns and explain what is actually going on and are honest when they need a second opinion from their colleagues for some cases. The MAs from the nursing station are very professional, nice, and friendly. Also the waiting time is decent, even without an appointment (the maximum I waited is an hour and a half whereas at my other doctor I waited 4 to 6 hrs just to see them for 5 mins). I like how they schedule you for follow ups every three months, something that they never did at my previous doctor... Okay after all these wonderful things I just mentioned, why am I not giving this place 5 stars? The front staff! I have not had any problems with them personally but they need to change their faces and attitudes. I have witnessed how they have issues with other patients just for their tone of voice and their facial expressions. They always look like theyre having a bad day. Its understandable they can be tired (I work in this field at a front office at the window where I get the pressure of passing charts, answering phones, and assisting patients that walk in. Its a challenge). A simple smile and a nice attitude can make a difference. Other than that, I am very happy about this place.

The workers here are extremely rude are not polite and have the attitude that they dont want you here will never come back again. One worker with reddish hair gives the worst attitude of all the workers here is knocked on the door to the bathroom gave me the most disrespectful face and said its occupied. Do not come here. I do not recommend to come here.

Most ridiculous waste of time place Ive ever been to I waited an hour for them to call me they never called me I ended up leaving after having an appointment what is the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait hours to be seen might as will be a walk-in clinic.. guess I have to look for another clinic to go to

All the Receptionist have bad attitudes and are not very friendly I had to go off on them a few times! If you don’t like your job then get a new one! The tv is always on in Spanish & there is extremely long wait time doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not!! Poor service

I only come here because of my mom but oh my it’s horrid. the dentist is so rude and unprofessional she threatened to throw my phone if i didn’t put it away and you have to wait for an awfully long time. had an appointment at 12 and didn’t get attended until 2:40

All you complaining about the service should save a few thousand dollars to go to a non free clinic

Good place a little small but the doctors and the employees are very good friendly and in my opinion very professional and friendly.

I already have a few years of attending this clinic but it turns out that I attended my appointment in September and the doctor passed her the prescriptions for my medicine for the pharmacy to emerge and I am two weeks ago without medicine which is very dangerous for me I have not wanted to attend because I do not have an appointment or because I am late and they are going to close, I do not know what to do

It is clinic crap, the receptionists are unsuitable, bad manners
