Worse clinic ever! It’s always at least anHour wait to be seen. Staff and doctors are rude. Parking is horrible. Would not recommend at all. If i could give 0 stars i most definitely would. Do better ROADS!

Absolutely HORRIBLE patient service from the phone attempts. They constantly and rudely hang up ALL the time without resolving my issue. This has been a very long going issue.

Used to be great when it first opened, but now it’s gone downhill.. I love that Dr. Benedicta is always looking out for her patients. Does a great job at screening her patients and gives accurate diagnosis! On the downside, the new nurses and receptionists have been very unprofessional and always treat patients as if the treatment costs and all services were being provided by the receptionists and nurses themselves. They have a job because of their patients. It would make sense to treat them with respect and help them in the most customer service friendly manner. I tried to give some of them a chance since they were “new” but it’s not improving. I know how to contact the clinic owner. Just because it’s a non-profit organization does not mean staff get to mistreat patients or their clients. Another issue is receptionists not answering the phone! When I’m siting nearby the front desk I can clearly see that sometimes they’re not busy and the phones are either blinking or ringing and clients being put on hold.. what are these people getting paid for if they’re not doing their job. I know people who need jobs and are the most beautiful souls and know how to treat and respect people. If you work here, know that you need to reflect on this and analyze the way you treat your income source. I hope you all can improve.

Dr. Chung is burnt-out and needs to retire asap. Two of my fillings he did incorrectly and now need to be redone which is wasted time and insurance coverage. Only a short matter a time before this place closes. Its in a bad area. Saw a homeless person try to steal all the paper towels from bathroom.

Absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever visited. Do not come or bring your loved ones to this location. All the staff members are extremely rude and even roll their eyes at you, they are so unprofessional I had to leave after being there for well over 2 hours (didn’t even get to see the doctor)being made to feel so uncomfortable that I left in tears. What a horrific experience.... it’s really sad that this place is supposed to be taking care of people’s medical needs and they just don’t care about the person and just want to bill your insurance .whoever is in charge please do better , people should feel safe and comfortable in a medical office

Poor customer service. Trying to get an issue resolved. Receptionist keeps trying to transfer me to the Compton facility even though I was just transferred from there. Seems like no one working at ROADS Clinic wants to do their job. She promised to call me back with the info I needed just to get me off the phone, as I never heard back from her at all. Pro tip: your customer service will be better if you train your employees.

I finally dont dread going to the doctors or dentist! Everyone is helpful and friendly. :)

I have to wait at least 2 hours after my appointment EVERYTIME. The staff is unnecessarily rude, I have seen multiple bad encounters between the workers and patients. Once I came to get test results and after I wait over 2 hrs in the room for it I decided I was going to reschedule since I had work soon and the nurse came up to me in the front desk and said that the doctor was ready, once I was in the room she had a nasty attitude and told me you should expect to wait hours if youre going to come here like it was my fault for being reasonably upset. Another time I had to wait again 2 hours just to watch the doctor literally stand around the nurses station, just chilling, not doing anything knowing that he came late and has a handful of patients waiting for him. And the nurses at the nursing station are always gossiping and dont care that patients are not being helped in a timely manner. There was also the time that the doctor didnt approve for my medication and it took multiple calls from me and the pharmacist to finally fill it, he also told me that he approved the medication when he didnt, I ended up getting the medication later than i needed it.I tend to be understanding when it comes to Healthcare workers but my experience here is always negative, do not recommend.

It took me a month to get my xray . Waiting is a hell here . Only positive comment that i had a nice nurse practitioner as a care provider but overall i suggest look for another low cost clinic .

I got my Covid shot here and didnt have to wait more than an hour for the entire process. Staff was friendly.

Worst clinic ever. I went in last week to see the doctor about my pregnancy, she stated I needed antibiotics for an infection which was causing me stomach pains & she also was prescribing me prenatal vitamins. She said she was going to send in my prescriptions to my pharmacist last week, I’ve been calling everyday since Friday they still haven’t sent in my prescriptions. I need my medicine so the infection won’t affect my baby. They also had me sitting in the waiting room for two hours & I had an appointment.

My daughter and I had absolutely THE WORST experience here. As first time patients it was very discouraging and unacceptable. My daughter had an APPOINTMENT at 11:00am and we didn’t leave the office until 3pm. There were many errors made on staffs behalf when initially booking the appointment. They denied my child entrance into the building and made us WAIT IN THE CAR for over an HOUR, which is illegal! Extremely rude staff with unethical policies...I will be following up with a lawsuit. The nurses are very inexperienced and unprofessional.

I like that this place offers in lab work, multiple doctors, maintains cleanliness inside and outside! I would really appreciate it if when I am calling these calls are answered in a friendlier tone and not greeted with, “Roads Community Care Clinic please hold” a single I haven’t even responded. As of lately I’m catching the voicemail! During the middle of the week during standard business hours.The dental department here is constantly rescheduling dates and seemingly backed up for a month in advanced only allowing patients to come in for ONE treatment at a time. I’m highly unsatisfied with these new practices and it needs to be corrected for people just trying to get to a doctor.

Dont get the COVID-19 vaccine at this place!!! Theyre very unorganized. They give you an appointment only to wait an additional 1 hour in the sun and in the line where everyone else dont have an appointment. Makes no sense.

This place is terrible! It’s a low cost clinic in Compton and they treat you that way! I don’t think anyone there likes their job and I do not feel comfortable with them taking care of my medical needs. The people who answer the phones are rude, and the nurse practitioners do not care about you! How can you trust a medical professional with your life... if they show you that they do not care about you or your medical needs. I’ve expressed concerns and management does nothing. I’ve filled out the complaint form and I didn’t even get a call from someone to address the issue. I’m sure patients feel as if they do not have other options, but you do!

Real nice and helpful when they want your business to charge medical or medicare . Once you are there they give you attitude and are to busy to take care of your concerns or questions, you wait hours to be seen with an appointment. Hope someone shuts down this money grubbing place

Nice staff, t.v. area, kids area, plenty of chairs. Parking is available but limited (shares parking with a small drugstore). The negative is only 1 bathroom ( unisex ). I havent waited long but Ive only been for routine dental exams & cleaning. They do offer a ride service that transports you to and from the appointment if needed.

I recently went to the clinic this past Saturday to get a form filled out by the doctor for my baby to be able to go back to daycare. Nancy the receptionist told me the doctor doesnt fill out the form a nurse does, to which I asked her if I can speak with a nurse. She said there is no nurse available at the moment working. I asked her if my baby can be seen as a walk in to which she said at the moment we arent doing walk ins to which I told her Ive always come as a walk in on Saturdays and never had issues to which she said we dont have availability at the moment. There was only like 3 patients in the lobby area. I asked to speak with a supervisor, her face expression changed immediately. She told me to wait as there was a patient ahead of me waiting to speak with her. I got to the clinic at 11:15am and was not seen by a supervisor until 12:30pm. I asked the other receptionist if the supervisor was available she replied she is currently on a phone call. I waited 20 minutes and asked again to which Nancy replied she hasnt come out to speak with you? I said no then she said ok let me call her, she called and said Hi Karmen I have a patient who wants to speak with you making me feel like the supervisor was never told that I was waiting. Karmen came out, I asked if we can talk in private we spoke in an office and what not told her my issue and she said Im sorry for the inconvenience we do offer walk ins Im not sure why she would decline it to you but Ill make sure your baby is seen. She proceeded to tell the other receptionist to put my baby in the list. We were waiting in the lobby for my baby to be called for vitals and nothing. I saw like maybe 5 or more new patients go in for vitals as soon as they got there and my baby was not called whatsoever. I asked front desk why my baby hasnt been called and this is what they said. 1st he is next, 2nd he should be next, 3rd oh wow he hasnt been called for vitals let me check. 4th the NURSE (there was a nurse available) said it showed in her system that he has been called for vitals and has been placed in room 3. We had never been called and all this time waiting in the lobby. I spoke to another patient who also had her child with her as a WALK IN had no issues nor rejections and was seen right away. I felt so discriminated at that moment. We were finally called for vitals. The lady who did the vitals was not that pleasant at first but then she changed her tone, the doctor that helped us was very nice and informative to any questions I had. I did not leave the clinic until 2:20pm. This has been the most terrible service ever and I have been with other clinics where they are super packed on Saturdays and still dont deny walk ins. Overall Nancy has terrible customer service. Karmen was really helpful. The doctors note I received for my baby to go back to day care was not accepted so I called the clinic yesterday to see if they can give me some other type of note that gave more details of the visit. To which she said yes we can give you like a summary of the visit I told her thats fine if I can pick up today to which she said yes. I got out of work and got to the clinic around 5:30pm and was helped by a guy and asked for the letter to which he was really confused, so I described to him as what I was asking for to which he replied saying all the receptionist are gone by this hour so I dont think I can be of much help since Im just covering for the time being. I asked for a nurse he said there was no one available 🤨 but kept on going to the back area and then came out with the paper I was asking for.Staff members need training on how to deal with people honestly. Its not hard be empathetic.

Compton is lucky to have Roads Foundation.I had an appointment with Beda, and she was fabulous. Helped me with a letter. I was happy this pkace exists.

Clean and modern. Great doctors, newest equipment and excellent preventative care. All of the doctors are great. My doctor, Dr. Bene is the best. She specializes in female care and really cares about the health of her patients, instead of pushing prescription drugs like most facilities.I can go to any facility for care, but my entire family receives care at Rhodes. They are truly a blessing and it’s great to be able to receive excellent healthcare in my community.

Doctors are amazing! But the wait time sucks. They check you in and take your vitals within the first 10 minutes but to put you back in a room your looking at about ,2-3 hours wait time.

This is an absolutely terrible clinic, I have several diary notes of completely inappropriate unprofessional things I have encountered in the times Ive gone. Karmin is rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, argumentative and quite honestly, in the wrong profession for dealing with vulnerable people. Ive had tests done that were not asked for, been turned away for trying to fix a prescription issue that was the doctors fault, been lied it, left waiting for hours the list goes on. I am currently searching for somewhere higher up to file a complaint with. The service is absolutely shocking. Unless youre dirty, rude and have no money you dont get proper care .

WORST CLINIC I EVER BEEN TO ! The wait is terrible I have waited to see there doctors 3 hours max each time for a visit. Staffs and doctors are nice but they take forever to see a patient just for simple results back. If your pregnant I do not recommend this clinic or for any other recommendations. This place is a joke! Dr.Benni is the best but the staff is a joke. The wait is horrific, they dont care if youre been waiting for hours they will skip you and forget that youre even waiting. They girl whos suppose too send you to see a specialist or schedule youre ultrasound appointment doesnt take the time to put in your paperwork or sends you too the wrong specialist.

Terrible absolutely terrible! They are treating me for conditions I dont even have. Putting me on medication that dont even suit my needs. Try to tell me they cant prescribe medications there.. although I try to take the medications because they dont give me what I need, I am having horrible side effects. I try to report this to no avail. Dont go here if you have a condition need to be treated because if they choose, they will NOT TREAT YOU this is definitely a malpractice place. Crossing so many abuse lines its not even funny. Still trying to get help.. instead they try to make you a criminal and a drug seeker. Thats what they made me feel like and I had 30 years proof of my condition... They put you on psychMeds and I keep telling them thats not what I suffer from...I had to abruptly stop..BETA GAMBOA is supposedly the supervisor and she is RUDE AS EVER.. Im a senior citizen, fully handicapped and tells me to go to drug rehab program. Lol.. NO DRUGS IN THIS LADIES SYSTEM AND I DONT EVEN LOOK LIKE ONE.. WHAT THE HECK? The quality of care I got was good, but the wait times were ridiculously long. Every time I told them that I had to be at work they would always tell me there were four people ahead of me, and it seems to me that I should have been a priority, and I wasnt. Thank God I was never late.

Ive been coming here for 5 years during the transition to the Clinic in Compton for 3 years. It originated as a Mental Behavioral Program in Lakewood/Bellflower where I was given a life coach who would oversee my needs for Chronic Depression. I would see a Psychiatrist on a regular basis to monitor and regulate my medications. This program also provided a family practioner, an outside Eye Doctor and Dentist.Later we moved to the Clinic that was designed by the founders of ROADS, to supply more hands on care in one facility. The clinic was also designed to make medical care available to all in Compton and surrounding cities no matter their financial situation. They added Pediatrics, X-ray, Pre-natel care and immunizations. Plans are being made to widen the scope for programs and other medical needs like Diabetes, Weight Management, Sex Education and Dermatology. However, anyone in need of these services are available now from the highly qualified doctors already working for the Clinic.I highly recommend ROADS for all your medical and emotional needs. The staff are like family, working together to make your experience here less stressing in order for you to take care of yourself and to have a healthier and productive future.

The receptionists only mention that 30 Dolores you pay in total for the consultation and two exams, But they never tell you that it is Another 30 dollars to give you The results, I recommended several people because the Cost was very accessible But it is only the Hook to embark you , the nefarious Doctor nothing professional did not say or explain anything to my Husband, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!!

Lousy service is the second time I take my husbands appointment and when they arrive at the place they tell him that I did not do it, he lost his work day again, then I dialed again today to make the appointment and asked to be sent confirmation they did not Then I went back to the brand to have it sent to me and they still havent done it.

Bad service to my miña I took her out of school because she had a fever they did not want to attend her because she did not have an appointment and another that the doctor could not because she would go out to her lunch that if I wanted to segregate on Monday I wanted her to wait Friday, Saturday and Sunday If I wanted an appointment for Monday, very bad service and for you to change clinics very attentive, but if you have an appointment up to two hours for them to pass you.
