I was not satisfied at all because I was told to look on their Instagram page to see different designs and I picked one but unfortunately it wasnt nothing of what I asked for plus it hasnt even been a week of getting my nails done and all I got was a fill and my nail has cracked so again it wasnt all that fleek for me .. but Im still on the fact they felt they did my design like the photo on their Instagram.. maybe Im just tripping

Did my nails on Saturday and nail came right off on Wednesdays , had to wait 1 1/2 hour for them to supposedly fix this besides the nail coming off other nails were already lifting up now it’s Friday and my other nail came off and they supposedly fix it !!! Paying $65 for some nails that aren’t even going to last !! They just want to take your money ! #3 is the one that did my nails don’t go to her !!I don’t even want to bother to go again to fix this !! This is what I get for just going to get it done where ever !!! I will not recommend this place at all !!

Went for the first time today. the place was kind of packed- not really space for social distancing but the location was clean and the did have shields up. the wait wasn’t too bad. pricing is more on the high end but the quality of work is worth the $$. Benny worked on me today. He did good work but seemed a little rush but there was a wait so i understand. Will definitely be returning to and recommending this location.

They do amazing work! Hard to find a nail place that can do designs really well and they definitely do it all here!

So I came in on a Thursday to get a full set done and regular nail polish with a simple design. On Sunday I went to open a door in my thumb nail snapped off. I called the nail shop and telling them it has only been days regarding it should have not came off so quick. I do appreciate them fixing it without arguing.

If youre looking to get some nice nails in a place thats not too shabby but not too fancy, then this is the place. Parking is not so abundant, but the employees are nice & The prices are fair.

I have visited this nail shop multiple times and have no issue paying the extra when the work is good. My issue is customer service. I usually go to Steven because he does great work but my last visit made me question why I continue to spend my money there. I drove completely out of my way to get a fill with Steven. When I arrived I was told it would be about 30 minutes by the young lady at the front. I chose to wait. After a little time I was told to sit in Stevens chair. Let me point out he saw me sit in his chair. He went in the back and started trying to fix a dryer in the back. I was left in the chair for 40 minutes! Without being acknowledged. I asked the young lady in the front how much longer would it take? She yelled to the back to Steven to ask and he nonchalantly shrugged and did not answer. She then walked to the back to speak with him and return saying could I come back another day. This is after an hour of waiting. She then said she could make me an appointment to be sure I was seen. I appreciated her effort my problem was with Steven. It was very obvious he had no regard for the inconvenience and had an attitude of let her wait I dont care if she leaves. He didnt even have the courtesy to come out and say I am doing something it will be a while. So for me that was enough to stop going there. Why keep going somewhere when your business or support isnt valued. I have referred multiple people to this establishment but it stops here. When you dont value or appreciate your clientele you wont retain anyone. Steven needs to learn that yes you are good but how you treat people is more important.

I love Kevin hes a sweet guy and does a great job with my nails. I got them done royal blue with a design on 2 nails. He used different stones to make a design that flowed nicely with the shape of my nail. I got many compliments. Also this is the place where Ive gotten the cheapest fill with gel only $25 and I have really long nails.

Unless you’re with Kevin, WORST experience EVER.I went in to get my nails done with Lorena I believe. She began to take off my nails the wrong way, she was aimlessly clipping at them while hurting my own nails. Then she got an attitude cause I told her one of my nails was shorter than the others. She was so rough during the entire service. At the end after my nails were dry she didn’t even bother putting cuticle oil on them or anything.Take some customer service classes girl

I went to this nail salon and thought it was a good place to do my nails since it’s always packed. As soon as I walk inside I was told to take a seat, it took like 10 minutes to be seated. I specifically told the nail lady that I wanted small nails and she was really trying to convince me to get them long. I told her I wanted regular nails, she showed me a hand sample and told me to choose the one I like, I choose the simplest one, I was never asked what color I wanted she went ahead and did an ombré type of nail, I just wanted her to finish so I can get out. The nails are poorly made, my nails were lifting in a week. Waste of time waste of money

I’ve been coming here since 2018, Alex does really good. They are friendly, and clean.

Took my 8 year old daughter to get a pedicure and they through gel on her toes and charged my $15. I didnt know because they were doing my toes across the place, until we got home and I looked at her toes and realized she had dirt under her toe nails. Which is why I paid for a pedicure because her little feet were dirty from playing outside.

I just got my nails done for the first time with steven & I absolutely loved them.

They are good at nails but over charge. I was charged $30 over my total and was refused a refund. Helen is rude and with horrible customer service.

Seriously who needs a menu for a pedicure? Paid 30 dollars for simple short nails. Which i asked for medium length nails in cappuccino color yet they insisted gel.

The guy that did my nail did a great job my first time my nails was $52 before the tip I got a full set and some glitter gel style, its like their signature thing.. I went in for a full and the lady charged me $72 🤔 really ?? I wont go back lol they do a good job though

Went in for the first time today and i just love my nails, thank you so much Lynn(a week ago).... I must rectify my statement... The nails are lovely, beautiful, but by the second day one of my nails broke, the day after a different nail broke. Now another nail broke smh. And when the first nail broke I went to go get it repaired.....$10 to get it fix, hell I did it, then the others broke...... This is how they get their money, they do beautiful nails, but very weak so you can come back and charge you about the same price of a full set... Please do not come here if you care about the quality of their work and care for your nails. This places is horrible. They only care to rush through their work to get as many customers as possible, but dont pay attention to customer service. One of the nail technicians took me in and basically ruined my nails. She tried adding powder nails when i didnt ask for them, but she didnt understand me. Even if i had asked for them her quality was bad and rushed. I told her to take them off, and she sanded my nails so harsh that i could feel them thinning and hurting. I basically told her to just remove everything and left. This is not a good place so please dont come here. This was by far the worst manicure and nail experience and i dont want anyone to go through this.

Horrible. There are sooo many stations, it feels like a sweat shop. My pedicure lasted less than ten mins. My the acrylic from my fill came off two days later. Yes my nails LOOKED nice when I left but the quality was the worst. They fixed one of my nails. It completely fell off two days later. The lady filed it till it was crooked then tried to glob somePowder on it to fix it. Honestly this is the worst nail shop I have ever been to.

First off, I went in and they told me to leave around Thursday 7:18PM, they let me sit there and wait to just tell me they werent going to have time for nails?? I left and went back the next day. Me and my sister got our nails done, she got them done (half way done) by some older lady with glasses in there. I got them done by some skinny young guy with a huge comb over.Short story:I said I want the Medium Set Coffin, pink nail polish NO GEL. He put my nails on crooked theyre literally all slanted to one direction. He cut me really deep and didnt both telling me instead he tried hitting on me while I was in pain. I asked for peroxide and he and other staff ignored me. He cut me with his own nail clearly doesnt know how to do nails and cant see. He literally stabbed his thumb nail in me so hard twice I had two really deep cuts. He put nail polish and charged me $35? I complained about paying $35 for a regular basic set that was not done properly and to top it off I was cut really deep. The guy said he put gel on me!! He lied to my face saying he charged me $10 for gel!! I told him I clearly said ME AND MY SISTER NO GEL He smiled at me and said I didnt knowClearly scam, cheap, unsanitaryThey dont even disinfect their utensils properly if you dont request it!!!! Then they start mumbling stuff because they get bothered when you ask them for normal procedures!! My sisters nails were deformed, they were so bad we just told them to stop.. still charged her full price of $25 for undone nails! This was a complete joke and disaster.

Terrible terrible place ! It’s been three times that I get there like around 3:30 ish on Sunday and they never want to take me in. They always ask how may I help you. I tell them I need a fill or full set and they always say sorry we’re closed.

Don’t recommend going here it was my first time going and waited for almost an hour for a mani and pedi they had me waiting in the pedi chair for 30 mins while guest who just arrived were being put first. And while she went to go do my pedi she didn’t even do a “typical pedi” she only filed my nails and cut my cuticles and called it good then my mani she cut my nails so crooked and didn’t even get the edges. It’s horrible and it was fast service not to mention it’s very disgusting. Literally go anywhere but here.

The people that work there are so so rude, and that place has roaches. Bad customer service on so many levels.
