The receptionist never calls to tell you your glasses are ready. Like hello, I really need my glasses to see. Plus shes passive aggressive. Never coming back here even though I bought 3 glasses from them

The receptionist Esmeralda is awesome . Ive been coming here for years for myself and my son. She is very helpful and always follows through when you have questions or concerns. She has great customer service and you cant go wrong with the prices and all the options they have for frames.

Awesome Doctor that was very knowledgeable, was helpful in addressing all my concerns. I was also seen in a timely manner.

I enjoy the staff & the optometrist is always professional and informing.

Dr. Is great he is knowledgeable he has a great attitude and take the time to help you highly recommended the contas and glasses they are a good price I recommend g getting your eyes checked here as well because the Dr. Takes his time to help you find the correct prescription. This place is very clean and sanitary.

Ive been going here for over 10 years. Ive always had great service, however the last couple of years Ive had bad customer service & Esmeralda/Receptionist Assistant never returns phone calls or follows up on future appts.

Does anybody has the new number for them.

Cheap before now I rather go elsewhere.
