They moved. NEW address in the photo.I decided to help my dads neighbor, an old woman bring to this address for access evaluation. The security of the building said, its not here, access has moved to a new address. He said they moved about 4 months ago. I wounder why they have the old address over the internet. Very irresponsible! I took this photo from the information on the door showing the new address. People there are nice. They are missing proper central organization.

I had the worst call to access first they got the address wrong a bunch of times but I am fine with that but I said I had to wake up early and used the word morning time and said am correction many times was told am and than confirmed only to find they had put pm in the system. Beyond angry 30 min phone call and 1day wasted.

I am with my mother who is 85 - 1/2 years of age. We are seeking transportation for wheelchair bound people. She can no longer walk so If she is eligible then I can take her on outings during the day. Its like going to Disneyland for her, a happy smile on her face.

I had to go there to get Access because I needed it for both counties, Los Angeles and San Bernardino, so I had to go to two different Evaluation Centers, due to my doctor appointments in two different counties. The wait is a long one, but they are nothing but courteous, helpful, workers that can answer any questions you may have. And unfortunately, due to the fact there are a lot people that need Access, be prepared to wait for a couple of hours. So bring a book, charged up phone ☺️ and change $ for the vending machines. Unless youre a lucky one and go on a day when its not too busy 😊

Pack a lunch. Bring your charger. It will be a long wait.

Excellent service received from this organization. From the moment I was picked up for my appointment until I was dropped off back home. Although it was time consuming, in which I was notified previously that it would be a visit of approximately 2 to 3 hours. It didnt seem to feel that long. After completing my assessment and given all proper instructions in less than 30 minutes we were all heading back to our homes. Overall lengthy but very well organized. Good service given.

I had to go there for a renewal of my access card. They were on time to pick me up and took me to their commerce facility.It was packed, but there is plenty of seating. Then for our comfort there are rest rooms and vending machines for drink and snacks. I was treated with respect and in a professional manner. Of course there is always the exception to the rules. I mean I did run into one lady there who no doubt didnt like her job. I just wanted to ask a question. Other than that all was well and they ran this program with fine tuning. Great spot.

Takes about six and 1/2 hours from the time they pick you up until they bring you home just for them to evaluate you to determine eligibility. Even with an appointment you wait along time before someone calls your name. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Then you wait six weeks to find out if you are approved.

Plenty of room for all the people going there for evaluation or reevaluation. Its clean. There are vending machines. Cubicles with sliding doors for privacy. Workers are courteous and patient. Overall a good experience.

The only downside was my ride to my appt was at 11am. The Access van arrived at 745am and there was also three other rides and stops.But the Staff was great, friendly and helpful. They were very efficient for me and the Facility was Packed to capacity.

I really appreciate what access is doing from my family member. they really have the time to focus on the client and their concerns. I wish that the other state-run agencies were similar to this. This facility is also set up really nice and well planned.

For how busy the place was it was handled very well.. they told me to be prepared to spend 4 hours it only took 2 , everything went smoothly

Its n useful place to the people whom cant make it by bus or walking they offer help in transportation in a good fees they are professional and helpful

Very courteous staff. The one bone I would have to pick is that there is only one handicap stall in the womens bathroom and for all of the customers that come in there with various mobility issues you would think there would be more than one stall large enough for a wheelchair. This was very disappointing. Also there ought to be another method for letting people know that they are ready to be seen by an evaluator or that their access ride is available other than the cattle call method.

Fast appointment for renewal I was out within less than an hour

It is robotic in its inter action like chattel slavery... But, it is a good service.just not a place where you feel a personal & caring touch! It is a matter of factly environment!Other than that I dont have anything else to say about it, its how they choose to run it! So be it!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was there for a few hours while waiting to be seen for an evaluation. My seat was comfortable.

I am disabled not a thing has changed with me. I have had Access services since my stroke. But this time I was denied Access Paratransit LA. Now I have to take the bus/rail system. The bus/rail systems are more reliable than Access was.😳

The Access evaluation center staff are always helping me with my access services and the staff answers all of my questions that I have.

This is quite an experience for meaccess came to pick me up at my house to take me to my appointment inside was very air conditioned the employees were very nice and expedient inpatientthis place is a place where if you have issues writing getting to the bus stop or walking to the train and we have hair back knee problemsif if youre 72 a wheelchair while traveling access will come and pick you up and take you to where you have to go and theyll also pick you back up and bring you back home but you have to call them to get information to get evaluated to be their IDs and they sting you can use as a TAP card on the train or on the bus is really great..

Access picked me up at my apartment and brought me to the Evaluation Center. This new location is much nicer than the former Downtown location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly, courtesy, polite, and drive you there and back to your residence.

This was my first time at this location I went there to drop something off. Location in Commerce City this place is a lot roomer than the last place. The Employees are nice & welcome there Customers. The wait time is a bit long though but I believe it is because there are so many people who need to be waited on. Over all they get 94 percent they would have gotten 💯🎈🎉 percent if one of there employees had more knowledge on how to approach a customer who is BLIND! HE did not know how to (Lead & not Follow the person who NEEDS HIS ASSISTANCE!!!! Make U have a Blessed Weekend 🤗 Hilary!

They test you and Im not steady on my feet and someone walked beside me through the test. They were efficient and no wasted time. Check ked to make sure I had all the info I needed.

Saying that I liked this place is the same as saying that I liked the dentist visit. However, there were at least 200 people give or take and the ACCESS staff processed everyone quickly and professionally.

The worst transportation service there is.I applied to access for my son who is 2 years old and is on a wheelchair and has breathing problems. This transportation needs to be booked 24 hours in advance however they show up 2 hours after the booking time you scheduled for. Theyve done this to us multiple times.Its really not worth it. Dont waste your time with Access.

This place helps to determine whether or not a person with a disability can qualify for their paratransit service.

I had to go there for an interview for an Access card. When I went there I was amazed at how efficient they were. I was in & out in a little over 2 h hours. They picked me up & also got me home. My card arrived in the mail in just about 10 days.

Access this is wonderful if you have a access bus card the card allows you to get on the bus for free

Everything was fine until 3 hour wait to go.

The new access building is perfect its a large quick even on a Wednesday it was very efficient and not very time-consuming people are Pleasant to work with and theyve got a way better sis and much quicker

The drivers drive like Daredevils? The process to apply as a disabled person like me was 4 weeks to wait to get an appointment. Then you call for a schedule which is another week. Then the day of Evaluation you wait 4 to 5 hours for a 30 MINUTE INTERVIEW? PLUS 2 HOURS TRAVEL TIME. Then they tell you 21 days you get your results? SERIOUSLY? AY CARAMBA!

Workers are good but not the best, barely enough seats at the waiting area, restrooms not clean, they have vending machines but its probably better to bring your own snacks. Overall not a big improvement from their previous location downtown.

Glad for the pick up at home and a return trip back home. Too bad there werent food vending machines there, especially coffee.

The bathroom had long line. Also, one of the bathroom was broken. Then, took about 4 hours to finish evaluation. People were very nice and kind but there were so many people.

Clean huge place, nice enough employees. I just wish you would allow customers to use that back door because a lot of them have ambulatory issues.

Slow. Be prepared to take a really long time to get to, and from and to wait for your ride home. We waited well over an hour for our ride home. Terrible.
