The worst uneducated rude staff ever!! Save yourself a headache and aggravation by not going here!!!!

Ive been coming here for more then 2yrs and i have been treated with respect from the Dr.s and staffs first come first seen and they have affordable prices....

Worst staff ever!!!! I just come here because is the closest to my house. I asked the girl in the front if they were almost gonna call my daughter because they were taking forever, later I over heard them talking about me and laughing saying that I was impatient and that what the patient says does not count. Like what????

Dr. Khalil is a great doctor, he is patient and seems to really care for his patients. His staff on the other hand especially the 2 working the front desk are rude. Customer Service is everything and patients satisfaction is everything. Dr. Khalil I suggest that if you want to keep your patients coming then you need to let the girls that work at the front desk go, they are giving and make your office look bad. People do not have to deal with this when there are hundreds of doctor office around. I hate rude working people. So you only get 1 star because of your staff you decided to hire.

The receptionist swears shes the doctor do your job follow directions lol and they did some sneaky billing too. Not explaining what Im getting charged for. Trying to play it off, u should tell your customer upfront not try to hustle them out of 10 bucks. U can have em.

I went to the clinic in Gardena with dr. khalil and i was surprised you can walk in, they have affordable prices and the staff was helpful and understanding with my current situation.

I give less than zero star. The Doctors are ok. But the staff in the front desk at West Redondo, Gardena are awful. Especially the one that verify insurance /help Doctor to write authoriztion for referrals, shes terrible and so hostile . She talks to clients as if they are the cause of her problems. I dont always want to go there especially because of her. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVEN MY ENEMIES. Its a terrible place to go because of the front desk staffs.

Norma the woman on the front desk has the worst attitute i have encounter. she is so snappy, very dry in her tone of voice, rude, and treats people like animals that dont deserve service. As i was sitting in the wait room, i experience she was treating people. there was not one peron that she treated nicely. At some point an elder man came to the window and told her he was here to see the dictor she reply and what do you want me to do!, sign in! i was a victim too. I do not recomend Drs Nissan Kahen due to the horrible staff service.

The receptiones is rude. My appointment was at 9:00am and i saw the docter at 10:30am.

Very rude receptions, they so careless and rude I dont recomend this place just for how they are going to be treated, dr is good but only the male staff and one girl are humans others worst than animals.

Norma is the worst reception, lazy, doesnt help with questions. and has attitude. This is not a right fit job for a person like that. Hire new reception please!
