I went at 10am on a Friday. It was PACKED. I waited 2 hours for a drug screen. Waited about an hour and half outside. Another 15 minutes inside. Drug screen took about 5 minutes total. Staff was very professional and worked quickly to help the patients. They would move to different workstations depending on where how busy. They treated me very professionally compared to some other urine drug testing center. Staff was very calm and patient despite the clinic being absolutely packed.

Dr. Alan is the Best!I arrived shortly before they were closing and Although there was a small line, Dr. Alan was great at handling all the patients quickly. I am very grateful as my Commercial license Medical was due in a few days.

This place is extremely slow, if your coming here make sure you have nothing else to do the entire day and you get here early. The staff is very rude and cold. I hope I never have to come back to this place. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

A co-worker told me to go here for my DOT medical exam. He raved about the place. Now I understand why! I’ve been a commercial driver for over 25 years. Never have I been to a clinic where the entire staff is exceptional. The service, the environment and cleanliness of this place is great. Not like some clinic who will be nameless ( Immediate medical center) where the staff don’t care, don’t explain things and are very rude. This will be my go to place for all things medical and will rave and refer any and all drivers your way. Thanks!! you guys ROCK!!!🤘🏼

Very unorganized, long lines more than four hours to perform the urine test. I don’t know if this is because short staff or carelessly about the drivers that goes there

Visited Ross Health Care Clinic for the first time last week. I went to get my DOT physical. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful, and efficient --- from the receptionist to the Dr. Alan. The facility was clean and they have set up every room to accommodate all the social distancing requirements. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly. Parking was not a problem, wait time was minimal. All in all the experience was better than I expected and I am glad to recommend them.

Very unorganized line before enrolling yourself. They need someone organizing line or make sure it doesnt get out of hand in the front (outside) a lot off people cramp up the door, appointment would be best in my opinion

Terrible service employees were rude unprofesional and lacked any sence of knowledge for the type of service they render.

I was referred to Ross Healthcare Center by my potential employer. I went on 02/26/21 for the pre employment drug test. I had the most degrading, most humiliating experience there and began and ended with a very rude, unprofessional staff member named Liz. She was rude and abrasive from the start and for no legitimate reason. Because of her incompetency to follow a proper procedure by providing specific instructions, Liz DID NOT tell me I was supposed to fill in another cup and added to it claiming that I did not provide my body temperature. In addition to the horrible experience, Liz went into the bathroom with me to observe me to make sure that I wasnt going taint or tamper w/ my urine sample. She was called out of the restroom by her supervisor, Flor Fierro and Liz left the restroom 🚻 door open ajar, meanwhile there are people that could catch me sitting on the toilet. The majority were men in the office and passing by. The supervisor flicked my DL with her fingers across towards me and rudely said, Were done with you, we dont need you anymore. Ive never in my life encountered such a horrible experience that a bunch of incompetent, extremely unprofessional group of people and demonstrate poor behavior and clearly do not care enough about their jobs based on how they mistreat the public that usually dont perpetrate this type of nonsense.I immediately reported this facility to the city and BBB. I guess for those individuals that are desperate and are in dire need, this low grade center is as good as youre going to get.

Every time I come here I always have a good experience. I drive all the way from Victorville every time I need to renew my CDL medical card. Great staff. Got me in and out in 30 minutes even though it was packed. Thanks for the hat.

I had a bad experience here. A co worker had referred me to this clinic. So I show up at 4:40pm and there schedule reads out that they close at 5:30pm. Why close 50 minutes early? I have a busy schedule, working for the food bank . Today I had time to spare just to go and feel humiliated by their staff😞

Been coming to Ross for about 10 years now. Always a good visit, quick and painless. The staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you have. As long as i am driving, Ross will be the only clinic i go to.

Staff was being unprofessional first drug test in which Ive waited more than 3 hours just to walk away because it was crowded staff had an attitude and they seemed reluctant to answer a questions.

Ive been coming to Ross health care since 2007 and today was by far the best visit yet. Clinic was 100% sanitary and covid 19 compliant, social distancing practicing and frequent hand sanitizing. All staff was friendly, and very professional as always. What really made this visit great was having my medical paperwork sent directly to the DMV afterwards, where as before you would have to go wait at the DMV yourself. And the water mist fan outside was awesome too! Thank You Ross Health Care!

I think the staff there are helpful and friendly. You can get a number of services there, including ear cleaning, but I see most of the people going there for CDL related things, such as DOT physical exams or random drug tests. The prices are competitive. There were a couple of massage chairs that you can pay to use or you cant sit on them. Though this time when i went, the massage chairs are not there. There are some drinks, ice cream that you can buy and a flat screen for entertainment so the wait time usually goes by pretty quick. The wait varies. Sometimes you only wait 5 minutes while other times you may have to wait 40 minutes. The staff also speak multiple languages.

If not your company ask you to come here, then don’t! They took me wait more an hour to sit here, and it was only 2 people front of me. You know, they just always have good conversations than doing a real job. Good luck if you have to be here

Ridiculous standing in a line that has no control obviously they dont care about clients or they be more efficient,

I wish in google maps it would also state that on Saturday the last patients are accepted at 1pm even though the place closes at 2pm. I drove an hour and a half just to be told they open on Monday at 8am, just an awesome waste of time and gas.

The Staff at Ross is VERY HELPFUL and they understand that people NEED to get back to work so they get you In and Out quickly and Very efficiently. Will NEVER go anywhere else again, this place is Great👍

I just finished my D.O.T physical with Ross Healthcare it was unbelievably easy and fast everyone was so nice and helpful. But I have to highlight Dr. Alan’s assistance it was as if he was my own personal physician. He went over and above he talked to me, listened to me, and acted like a real doctor that really cared; it felt like I was there with a friend. I am actually looking forward to my next physical and seeing Dr. Alan again. I will never go anywhere else for my D.O.T physical and will recommend Ross Healthcare on Atlantic and Sheila to everyone I know thank you Dr. Alan and Ross Healthcare.

Been a customer there for over 15 years even when they had the office on the other side of the street that burned down . Good people on there and service . And I still go there . Not like that crazy want it be DOT at lemus medical they suck out there !!

Alan he took his time and listen because I had I had blood pressure issues so I have to come every two years and get this checked on every year I think it is but waiting out front hearing the way that manager talks to people and staff I would I would normally walk out so I gave her one star Id recommend the place but the staff need to be retrained. They do what they have to, and not an extra ounce. Dont expect smiles or above and and beyond customer service. They are akin to the dmv. Smug attitudes from some staff.

I was very disappointed about the results of my DOT...not about me my health but the restriction that this person put me on, according to him I have to comeback in a year from now (01/06/18) because Im deabetic...but dont assume anything before you make your opinion...you see I been coming here for while already and before I was bigger and heavier and I was taking way more medicine than now and they always give me my DOT cert., for 2 years because I was very accurate with my medicines, now Ive lost more than 26 lbs and my PCP cut most of my medicine to just 1 which is metformin now I take 1000mg once a day and before used to take 2/1000mg plus more meds and now this person gave me my DOT cert for just 1 year!!! Are you kidding me! Very disappointed and I know pretty unfair to me and for what I saw there to some others too. Mr. Ross if you read this feel free to contact me I am on your system(Ignacio Rodriguez) give a call.

This is a good place but the wait time is extensive. Make an appointment unless you want to waste an hour.

Staff was very rude, unprofessional & not helpful in any way. I felt they tried to make my experience as bad as possible. One of the rude techs actually said I probably had kidney problems because I could not urinate, a second time, in 30 minutes. She was limiting the amount of water that I could drink, also. I hope no one else has to go here.

Jessica Martinez has the worst attitude ever! Asside from her being very disrespectful in the way to ask you for information, she also forgot to add my name to the list which resulted in me waiting for my turn and was literally waiting for hours. Completely ruined my whole day schedule! She is the worst aside from the rest of the staff being awesome!

Highly recommend Ross Health care. Fast and friendly service was in and out in just over 30 minutes. Will be coming back.

I lost the medical certificate I called to get a duplicate for which I called and they told me that if I wanted it it would be 20 dlls second I am enrolled in the alcohol and drug program for which they asked me for the email address and telephone to be notified by these means but they dont notify you and then they say its your fault and to get the service you have to write a letter making it clear that its your fault
