I used to love coming here but after today definitely not going back. The lady that did my eyebrows was so rude and unprofessional. She got mad because I did not tip her after she demanded tip from me.I only had enough cash to pay for the service I neededShe made a face and said yeah whatever get out like who in the hell treats their customers like that.Please do not go here take your business elsewhere to avoid a bad experience like me.

The owner did my eyebrows and when it was time to check it out I tolled her one was thicker than the other one she started getting mad because I was correcting her like thats why Im paying to make them okay. So its time to pay I pay her the price shes gets upset because I dont tip her and for her the first customer has to tip I tolled her you didnt even do my eyebrows okay one is thicker than the other one I just didnt tell her to fix it because she was getting mad already that I kept correcting her so I left it like that. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND ALL I LET MY EYEVROWS FULLY GROW TO SHAPE THEM REALLY GOOD. BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS COMING HERE NEVERRR AGAINNN.

The lady that attended me did not have a face mask on and she was rude 😠It’s no longer $4.99 but 7 and I wasn’t prepared cause I took just $5 with me and the sign still says $4.99. My eyebrows aren’t the best but they came out alright looking. Overall I definitely don’t recommend going there!

I went here 10 minutes before they close this lady said she will attend me and then when she finishes my eyebrows she gets mad and tell me that i made her late for closing and she said no tip so I just gave her a dollar after she charged me 8$ like why would she agree to attend me in the first place if she knew she wouldnt finish in time. That was a bad service to be honest.

This place has cockroaches!!! While waiting to get my eyebrows done you just see them walking across the floor. You move a chair slightly and they all start coming out.Service is not great but you get what you pay for. There is only one woman who does a decent job from there good luck.

I love coming here pretty good pricess 5 bucks for thread eyebrows I go to chair #2 this time my lady wasnt there she was on vacation some other lady did them she took a big piece from my right eye brow 😫 I didnt see it until I got to my car, but if I go back I will letbu guys know the name of my lady shes super sweet and she leaves my eye brows pretty dam good! Still 4 stars its not bad just this time!

Went today and my mom did her eyebrows they didn’t do them well they miss spots but over all good service i guess😒

Barely speak English and the seats for the waiting spot look like they have been abandoned for 3 years then found and then sold to these people for three bucks. I didn’t even bother sitting down. 🤢🤒 and also, one fo the ladies that work here is very impatient and mean

I took my 12 year old daughter to clean up her eyebrows. Lady at station 2 had no patience with my daughter. It was her 1st time threading so it was already a painful experience. I rather go to Bollywood in Montebello. Their staff is so professional and nice.

They do very good job sometime other time not so good. They can improve alot. Yes they speak very broken English.

At first this place was okay with the original employees. Recently I went and the service was slow and the new employee also left one of my eyebrow thicker and longer than the other. Not cool. Definetly dont go here before special occasions.

I always go with the lady with the middle chair. Shes the only one who listens. I tip her $10 even tho it costs only $5 for the threading. Shes worth it!

Really bad service, messed up my eyebrows and when I asked the lady to fix them she got annoyed and clearly started talking bad about me and just ended up leaving them worse! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
