I recently got hearing aids through Bell tone.I had an unbelievable experience.First of all from the time I made my first appointment I had to cancel other appointments probably like 10 times because of my job and my availability. They worked with me up and down they never had one problem with my scheduling and we’re extremely nice.I actually looked into this with other companies before this and was turned off because of the way they did the testing and the high pressure they put on me sour I decided to look elsewhere and that’s when I found Beltone.With Beltone it was totally different they did an amazing job with the testing. It was never any pressure to purchase the system or any type of scare tactics. They explained every aspect of everything I need to know and did a great job with that presentation.When I came to pick up the hearing aids I met with my rep and she went over every aspect and gave me every option for set up. She also explained to me that I can come back at any time for modifications or changes at no charge. I feel like I got a much better product and also service. And it was a much better deal also through my insurance company they worked hand-in-hand with insurance to get me the right product at the right price I can’t be more satisfied I would recommend this to anybody.

Lori was terrific. Very informative and patient. Made the whole experience great! I would recommend everyone to her and the whole Beltone office.

Lori Marcel was excellent, she reviewed my test results and explained what it all meant. She was very thorough, I felt comfortable and was in good hands.

Lori is amazing.. Shes personable, polite, and courteous. She communicates information that is complex yet makes it easy to understand.I will be using Lori at her store in Commack for all.my and my wifes hearing needs and if you knew me then that would says it all. I have lived in this community for over 60 years and have friends with hearing needs like me that are going to hear about Lori and Beltone.
