Surgery at 9Am. Out the door same day at 2PM. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Very little pain initially and still now after 5 weeks. Staff and surgical team inspires confidence. Attention both prior to and after surgery has been terrific. Dr Politi is warm, attentive and seems to think of everything that will help ensure a positive experience.

Very proficient with knowledge, treatment options and discussion of my future care. We began with steroid injections for my kneecap arthritis. I am very happy a friend referred me to Dr Joel Politi. He was definitely worth waiting for. 😀

Dr.Politi has been my hip surgeon since 2004. I have always been treated fair and well. All my needs were met and if I needed anything at all I felt free to ask. The entire staff treats you very well. Dr. Politi is great in my book.

I am so thankful that Dr. Politi agreed to take my Total Revision case. I went to see three other well known surgeons regarding my issue and none of them were willing to perform my procedure. Dr. Politi listened to me and gave me clear instructions that he would do his best but I would need to put in the work (in Physical Therapy) afterwards. I am pleased to say that after 9 years of being in constant pain, inability to rest and walking with a cane and very limited quality of life...I am feeling GREAT! I surpassed the goal that was set for me and I am currently 5 degrees away from a perfect knee. I cried the day I was able to ride a bike again. I have not felt this good in ages. From 20 degrees range of motion to 115 degrees range of motion in 1 month!!! thank G-d for sending me to Dr. Politi and I am grateful to the staff of Orthopedic One for cheering me on and taking such excellent care of me before, during and after surgery. My experience at Orthopedic One, thus far, has proven to be very encouraging. From the front desk, and everyone I met, all the way to the physician were just so helpful, caring, and kind. Dr. Politi is an awesome surgeon. I cant say enough about him and the entire staff at Ortho One. Dr. Politi did my hip revision 8 weeks ago. I had an issue with a previous hip replacement done 10 years ago on April 15th, called his office on the 20th and was in surgery on May 4th. He is kind, listens, and communicates. I would never go to anyone else.

Sadly it’s making me leave at least one star for a review. Dr Politi did my first two hip replacements on my left side. Needless to say when I say first two you can guess that there’s a third. He let me suffer in pain for almost 5 years total. Had he actually just LISTENED to me the first surgery would’ve been probably fixed in six months. But he let me suffer for over two years on the first surgery then he did it again. let me suffer another two years!! me telling him the whole time all four years that I was in pain and I felt something was wrong with each surgery. After two years he enlarged the x-ray to find out the first time it was loose the entire time! All 2 + years!!! The second time after almost 24 months I finally went back in and threw a fit and he saw on the x-ray where the stem had created a pedestal for itself and that was the problem there. My problem is again he did not LISTEN to his patient. Third time he wanted to charge me and do it again at which point obviously I said no and went to Another more capable Dr that can actually LISTEN to his patients. All I’m saying is if you go to Dr Politi after reading this review you have been warned. Ps. I learned after that that apparently you cannot sue him after two years for the surgery itself. However pain and suffering is another issue. Please go to someone else. Who LISTENS to you!!!

Dr. Politi is a wonderful doctor. He did both of my husband’s knee replacements and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. He is well thought of by all we have talked to. He will be doing my knee when I’m ready. I would and have recommended him to everyone I know.

Dr. Politi did two knee replacements on my husband and one knee replacement on me. We have never been more pleased with a doctor. Dr. Politi is friendly, understanding, takes time with his patients, and is conservative in his assessments. We tried a few treatments before we decided to replace our knees. We felt so relaxed and at ease with the entire surgery experience due to Dr. Politis team, his experience, and his utter confidence. I had a different orthopedic surgeon the first 4 times. He said I had MERSA, which was his excuse for my right leg being 1.25 inches shorter yah my left leg. Dr. Politi saw me & knew exactly what the problem was. He did surgery on my hip &corrected the other orthopedic surgeonsmistake. Dr. Politi saved my marriage. My husband was having alot of trouble dealing with my handicap! Thank God for Dr. Joel R. Politi.. He did a tremendous job!. Thank you, thank you!

My husband had a total knee replacement 5 1/2 years ago in another city & just had his other knee replaced by Dr. Politi. HUGE improvement! My husband says if he had a 3rd knee, hed have Dr. Politi do it also. Dr. Politis suggestion that my husband visit the physical therapy center for pre-op exercises was so helpful; my husbands rehab has been quick and relatively painless. Wed recommend Dr. Politi to anyone contemplating replacement surgery.
