My father has lived in this home for the past 6 months and I’m so grateful we found this place. There are only 5 residents and 2 caregivers. The house is clean, bright and inviting. The caregivers are kind and it’s obvious they care for their clients. My father is happy there and feels safe. He loves watching the deer that come to the backyard almost daily.

We contracted with Health Care Concierge to help take care of my mother at Dublin Retirement Village after she came back fro the rehab center due to a pelvic fracture. Her care was to include morning help with dressing and bathing, help getting to dinner, and help with getting ready for bed. there were also periodic checks throughout the day in her apartment. Within a week the assistance to dinner stopped and she went down by herself. I called on June 11th and let them know we would not need any additional assistance after the 13th.Services ended that day, and my mother said she never saw them again. When I questioned the billing for the last two days, Rhonda Wolfe responded that there were notes that they checked on her while she was at activities and she probably didnt know they were there. So no morning room check, no assistance to dinner, no assistance at night, no room checks but someone saw her at an activity so they can charge for the day.When you are not performing the duties that were contracted for there should not be charges or at least reduce them to the actual service provided. To defend your charges with she didnt see us but we were around is ridiculous.

Excited i have an interview at this place cant wait to meet everyone there.
