Goodnight Medical has always been extremely helpful and easy to work with. I’ve been with two other medical supply companies for my CPAP equipment, and it’s been at the very least a hassle if not an all out fight to have them fill my orders for resupply correctly, or on time. I’ve had no issues with Goodnight Medical in the time I have been with you, and I am totally and completely satisfied with the help I’ve received!

Update* We were contacted by a VP at Good Night Medical concerned about my review. He worked with my wife to investigate why I was charged for an order I did not place. He has been very professional and transparent about resolving this issue and I appreciate the efforts made to make things right. I have adjusted my review but also left the original text below.Original Review: Do not do business with this company. They spam my text, email and phone with reminders to order at least monthly. Then after ignoring those messages, placed an order for resupply without my permission for nearly $600. They then have had shipping delays for weeks trying to send a basic return label and refuse to cancel my account before they receive the supplies from me. 0/10, would not recommend.

New to this entire process, very nervous about having to get a CPAP. The rep on the phone I just spoke to was a complete angel, answered all my many questions, was extremely good natured, and put up with all of my BS (which tends to be a lot). Very professional and explained everything in detail that I could understand. Bexzabe (the rep I spoke to) is best in class!!

GoodNight was blindsided by Royal Phillips. I terminated GoodNight in writing in July 2021. However, to date, no responsible GoodNight executive or manager has ever contacted me as was clearly requested in July. Today, 09/09/21, I received a supplies reorder request via phone call from Sarah Carrell; Sarah was professional and polite. I informed Sarah of the termination and how disappointed I was that no manager or executive ever contacted me. I rate Sarah Carrell 5 Stars, however, I rate GoodNight Corp at only 1 star (or less).

Matt brought up the Stars I would have completely given negative Stars if it werent for my interaction with this young man today. Im not a person who does ratings and I certainly hate to give a business a bad rap for a one-off experience. My experience here was not one off... And regardless of that and what my rating should be thanks to Matt just so all his bosses know... Yall are now getting a better rating. But I will say if it werent for this young man he saved the day with a horrible six month experience you would have had a zero. My only hope is any other customer who reads this call Matt. And in the meantime given that note dear bosses and managers you better get Matt some help. He is about to get swamped.Thank you so much,Matt StrattonGood Night Medical | NightPAP | MetroM

I usually dont write reviews, but if you can avoid them, run! Everything started off fine, though not convenient because they didnt have an automatic resupply process. I should have stayed with my old provider, but live and learn. In February 2020 I placed a supply order, as I had done every 3 months for years. This time they contacted my doctor, and it had been a little over a year since I had seen her, so they cancelled my order. I didnt find out until I called them about a month after they said it would ship to the response, Oh, we cancelled that order because you havent seen your doctor. There was no notice that it was cancelled, just never received the supplies. This was at the beginning of COVID, so I had a tele-visit with my doctor, and they processed my order.Fast forward 3 months, placed my next order. About a month later I called to get status and got, Oh, we cancelled that order because we dont have your compliance numbers. Again, no notice, I could have given the compliance information on a 2-minute call. Got that straightened out and a couple weeks received my supplies. Now, at the beginning of December I placed my order, which I finally received on 12/19/2020, but it had the wrong mask. I called on 12/21 and was told, I see where you were sent the wrong mask. Ill get you the right one out and a return label so you can ship the incorrect one back. I called yesterday because I hadnt received my supplies, and they explained they no longer carry my mask, so they sent a substitute. When I told her that they had me try this mask over a year ago and it didnt work for me, all I got was, Im sorry, they should have told you in December. Now Im stuck trying to find a provider thats not going to send me for a sleep study during COVID.This company NEVER communicates anything, unless its time for you to place an order. Then its 1-2 calls per day, texts, and emails until you get a chance to respond. Then you place your order, and they randomly cancel it anyway.

Placed my resupply order literally a month ago today, and after placing a follow up phone call and receiving numerous abiguous emails from them, I have yet to receive my order. In fact the tracking number they provided two weeks ago only today showed a status - the carrier is still awaiting receipt of the order from Good Night so they can start delivery!!! Ill be getting my supplies elsewhere from now on.*** Edited down even more to one star (only because zero is not an option!) Finally received my order today - 33 days later! AND not only did the packing slip show they never submitted the order until Dec 7th (21 days AFTER I placed it online), it was all shoved so tightly into a tiny 9x7x4 inch box that two of the box corners are blown out! No doubt at least a few of the nose pieces are deformed from being packed so tightly and probably other unseen damage. I RECOMMEND YOU NEVER BUY HERE, because I certainly wont!!

Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Disputed a charge as they said my insurance would cover the supplies then billed my card unauthorized. Then after multiple phone calls and lies, and I have a voicemail from them claiming the issue was corrected, only to again be have this taken from my account. When I saw the charge I told them I would send the supplies back but was told they wouldnt take them as it was over 15 days even thought they were unopened and still in the box. I will be reporting this to our states AG as they have recordings of the conversations and I have the voice mails left to prove they lied more than a handful of times. All you have to do is look up their billing history complaints and judge for yourself. This device works well but definitely ask your doctor about who is handling the selling of the system.

I regret giving goodnight medical my phone number. I am robocalled daily (literally) to buy replacement supplies I don’t yet need. Telling the sales personnel to stop calling is useless. Blocking their number merely moves the call to my voicemail. I do buy new supplies when needed, but I’m hesitant to give this company my patronage. They clearly do not respect my wishes as a consumer.

Customer service is very weak. Hard to get someone to talk to, call backs were weeks later on previous questions. I recently had an issue with the cushions sent. I talked with someone in customer service and they said they would replace and I would have the new ones within 3 days, no charge. That was a week ago. Today when I called to check on it, I was able to speak with someone direct and he said the notes say that I couldnt order new cushions and there was no mention of the trouble I was having. He put me on hold to check on it and then disconnected me. Im going to have to find a new supplier and also let my doc who set me up with them know they are inadequate.

I’d like to give this company 5 stars based on the experience we had at the office with our respiratory therapy girl. She deserves the 5 stars. None of the multiple people I spoke to over several different calls across multiple states deserves one of those stars. My husband has had multiple strokes and lives with dementia. I try to help but each time I called in, no one could answer my questions so I was passed around from one person to the next always getting the runaround but never received answers.Jessica at our doctors office recommended we ask for Amare or try to see her. I wrote her name down after Jessica said she was the respiratorian to see. My husband has been fighting his machine and mask for months. I’ve called and spoke to two different respiratory people from two different states and someone named Joe when I tried to order more supplies, and no one did what Amare did within the first few minutes of our arrival. She will be the only person we communicate with from now on. She let us know my husbands machine had filters and they were missing. No one mentioned filters to either of us before we saw her.Since we started this mess no one instructed us to change his cushion monthly or wash his headgear weekly until we came in that day. Although she had other patients waiting for her right outside her office she took her time with my husband knowing his dementia makes it harder for him to understand the first few times. She took her time, she was very patient, and let my husband put his mask on and take it off by himself. When I was trying to rush him she slowed us all down and treated both of us like we were the only patients on her schedule. It meant more to us than she knew and had helped us tremendously. I was able to ask all the questions I’d written down and she answered each of them with ease and politeness. For the first time since starting with this company we didn’t feel like a bother. My husband felt better leaving with the mask he could take off and on himself and she was very encouraging to him.I can only speak positively about our experience with Amare and suggest anyone whose having similar problems to call and request her.She understood everything my husband tried articulating during our time there and she addressed all my billing and insurance concerns.I must say WE came in that day to return his coap and everything that came with it believing it wasn’t worth the hassle. Instead we both left with smiles and my husband kept his machine and supplys. Thank you for her from us.

A customer for 2 years. Got a letter in the mail 30 days ago saying they are no longer providing ventilator services or oxygen. Didnt think much about it considering my son does not use either. Then, when I try and order supplies, I am told they know the letter might have been confusing, but they will not be able to provide supplies for my son. Gave me another provider that also doesnt provide supplies to the home. Very disappointed in lack of communication to customers when downsizing services.

UPDATE: January 2021 - I wish I could have come back here and updated this review with something positive. But that is not possible with Good Night Medical. One year after initially getting my equipment I am just receiving the first bill for the monthly use. The bill contains one total amount, no explanation of charges, no explanation for credits received, no information of any kind so you can determine if you are being billed correctly. You can call and ask, you will simply receive excuses, talking in circles, and promises to receive more information. That will not happen. If you are waiting for them to get back to you with answers or information you will grow old waiting for a call. Receiving a bill one year after the service or equipment is provided makes for a very difficult situation when you are trying to ensure the billing is correct and the amounts are correct and the deductibles are applied correctly. If you ask to speak with a supervisor about your situation, the customer service reps will just tell you they are the supervisor. Their customer service makes the cable company look stellar. Their prices on supplies are so over inflated you can save a fortune by simply ordering your supplies online yourself. Whether you are dealing with the main office location or one of the remote locations you need to heed the reviews here and go a different route. A year later I had hoped to come back with something positive to say about the company and the customer service. I can only recommend that you look elsewhere. For the same prices you can get your initial equipment, supplies, and fitting from many pharmacies. I would recommend you go that route and stay away from the dedicated medical supply stores. After your initial purchase, when you need replacement masks, tubing, etc, just shop online for the best price. There are some online providers offering outstand prices for the exact same equipment.Customer service and billing is horrible. You can count on the fact that your billing will be incorrect, you will spend hours trying to get the billing corrected, and GNM will consistently blame your insurance provider for the issues. Your insurance provider will tell you that GNM utilized an incorrect billing code which caused the problems. The only way I can get answers to billing issues or find someone who can explain the billing issues is to request a supervisor to speak with. From the GNM customer service representatives you will consistently get answers that run in a circle and so they do not help your situation or explain anything. The prices with GNM are grossly inflated so that after any insurance contracted discount you will still pay full amounts for most products. If you have not met your insurance deductible for the year you can save large amounts of money by shopping the internet for your CPAP supplies and paying discounted prices out of pocket from other suppliers. If you are looking for a medical supplier and considering Good Night Medical, run away quickly before you are trapped in the billing quagmire and doublespeak you will get with GNM.

Initial set up was great. Took time to explain the in’s and outs. After about a week I had issues with the original mask I chose. I tried contacting them back to schedule an exchange. It took over two weeks for someone who get back to me and they only did because I emailed everyone I had an email for. So here I am over three months later still using the origina nose pillow. I signed up for the automatic replacement which comes every three months. Recommended time for the pillows is two weeks. Well i still ONLY have the original one I was given at the end of October. I just don’t understand this at all. I was told one was going to be shipped to me but that meant hat I was going to only receive 5 in the next delivery. WHAT!!!! A week later still nothing. Horrible horrible system. People are nice but no one follows through!! Would never recommend this company never.

Goodnight Medical. What a sham company. They are in bed with double-dealing doctors that collude to ship you items you didnt order or want. Hundreds of dollars of CPAP supplies arrived to my home. Upon calling them, they said the items were ordered through the doctors office. Funny, none of the parts sent even fit my machine. After returning them, they do not reverse charges. The dopey people working Goodnight Medical collections call frequently, but only to update the account, whatever that means. Avoid this fraudulent company. From the beginning, my experience with Good Night Medical has been a nighmare. On the Friday I received my cpap, the therapist said he would be available all weekend and gave me his number. I called 4 times for assistance and received NO response. When I ordered supplies, they sent the mask and not the pillows. They said the record had not been updated. When I went to the local office to exchange the supplies that had been mailed, they said they couldnt give me the pillows, as my record hadnt been updated.Six months later, my machine was not working. I took it to the office and was greeted by a receptionist with a sick child on her lap. No one else was in the office. She told me to leave the machine and she would call someone to look at it and get back to me before 2. No one called. I drove to the office and it was closed. I contacted the number listed and it connected me to a person in Ohio, who just kept saying that she was in Ohio and had no way to help me or to contact the local people. I had no machine all weekend. On Monday, the office was not open. I called and spoke to a supervisor in Ohio, who asked if I had gotten a claim check or had a serial number. I didnt have either. (My paperwork is kep with my machine which is locked in their office) She has promised to call me back. Surprise---no call yet. Am I just out $1500?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! From my research, the best company to use would be Central Ohio Specialty Care but they arent in my insurance plan :-(I use Good Night Medical for oxygen supplies for my 6 month old twins who were born at 25 weeks and came home from the NICU requiring respiratory support. The only positive thing I can say about my experience is that our assigned RT seems to genuinely be dedicated to us, and has delivered additional oxygen tanks and leads quickly after requesting them. However, last week we were at Childrens Hospital for an appointment. We hooked both babies up to brand new oxygen tanks and were in a hurry so we forget to take our own back-ups (which our RT has said multiple times that we dont need to, if we run low on oxygen while out to call them and they will assist). When we set ourselves up in the doctors office, one of the tanks was on empty! Our twins have different oxygen needs so we switched their tanks so the nearly empty tank would have less demand on it, but we called into the office at 9:03am explaining the situation and asking for someone to meet us while we were out.At 10:47 am, we received a call from our backup RT (our primary was on vacation) who said she was almost to Hebron and said she would try to send someone else to meet us. My wife fielded the call and was probably nicer than she should have been in hindsight (based on a later conversation I had with her, I think we needed to scream as if we were being murdered for her to realize this was an emergency). At 11:35 we had not heard anything confirming someone was on their way and our appointment was over. I called the office to let them know I was disappointed, frustrated, and on my way home so they could cancel the call. As I was getting on the highway, the RT called to ask where we were. I explained I had recently hung up with the office manager and we were on our way home. She then yelled at me because I wasnt waiting there any longer and told me that my wife said it was not an emergency and that she told her someone was on their way. Having been close enough to hear her on the phone, I knew these were lies, but explained that she should understand an empty oxygen tank for a baby who needs it IS an emergency, and we cant wait that long. After being yelled more (about how she called as soon as she received the dispatch and my wife was lying about their conversation) I told her not to worry about it anymore, I would be home before they could get to me and would cancel my service ASAP.After speaking with my insurance company, they advised me to try and stick with them because they wouldnt cover me if I moved to another company as they had already paid Good Night Medical.Someone did show up at our house later that day with additional oxygen tanks and apologized. He explained that the admin sent an email to the RT instead of calling her, and that the RT should have realized it was an emergency and responded more appropriately. But in this type of scenario, I dont believe in second chances. I can live with the fact that I had asked for lead belts multiple times over a 6 week period and was told they were ordering them without actually doing so (they called me 2 days ago to say they had just put the order in). Those arent life/death tools, but would help the skin from breaking down by replacing the copious amounts of tape that we have to use to not have the apnea monitors alarming every 15 minutes from the leads not having a great connection.
