Stay as far away from this office as possible. They do not care about your health or well being. All they want is your money. They want you to meet your deductible so you’ll come in after every sneeze. (I have only dealt with Dr. Gotschall so I am only directly speaking about him from experience) If you get put on any medication expect to have to come in for a monthly check up to be able to stay on it. I got a yearly physical here which my insurance covers. But the billing department refuses to put in the code that will allow my insurance to cover it. Oh, and when they ask you if you have any questions... just say no. I asked him if I would benefit on a certain medication and I got charged a whole other doctors visit. Who would’ve thought 2 minutes of his day would cost me another $200. I asked around and turns out this has happened to multiple people. There are plenty of great doctors in this town. I would highly suggest staying away from this one.

I am a disabled Veteran and my medical service was cut off by the office manager. She seems to have an attitude about changing the channel on the TV, when I called her out on it she cut my medical service off. I am back at the VA and will not go back. My doctor will get 5 stars, the office personal get 1 star

Dr Pekny is the best family doctor we have ever been to! He takes as much time as patients need to fully understand concerns and explain care plans. Dr Pekny makes patients feel like family and like each appointment is a priority. I cant imagine going anywhere else. The community is blessed to have Columbus Medical Center and the doctors that serve there!

If I could give them a zero I would. Avoid this place, the doctors are clueless. I regret ever deciding to make this my main physician, gratefully that is a problem I can fix. Avoid avoid avoid. All they care about is the money. Dr. Discoe is the worst of them. I asked to talk to the facility manager, but she was busy that day and they told me she would contact me, which she never did.Ive already found another provider. If youre looking, try out Columbus Family Practice.

Avoid setting appointments they overcharge I was there for only ten minutes did not receive no medication or advice was charged over $100 even with insurance. Was shocked about the amount they charge. I waited for the doctor for about an hour and a half and he only told me to stop smoking that’s it ! Absolute nonsense avoid this place at any costs they will overcharge you on the deductible i 100% guarantee you. They took hours just to come into the room and tell me stop smoking then bye, was completely shocked avoid making appointments here and please take this advice if you wanna save yourself $ go visit another care provider I’m sure they will charge you less and will be more attentive and on time.
