She was my doctor for several years. I got Covid-19 and had long-covid for several months. She did not take my symptoms seriously and said it was probably stress. When I requested tests she said she would authorize them, but said they werent needed. I tried explaining in detail that my symptoms were a result of long-covid, but she did not listen and was very dismissive.I wrote a professional response to her explaining the sequelae of long-covid, and that all I needed was someone to listen to me and be proactive about treatment. She subsequently ended the patient-doctor relationship and told me to find help elsewhere. I was a patient for years and only ever came in for physicals. When I actually needed her help she wouldnt listen to me, dismissed my symptoms, then dropped me as a patient. I would not recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Feng for over a year now and I feel fortunate to have found her. She listens and she’s really knowledgeable. I feel like she’s the right amount of compassionate and the right amount of efficient. She’s helped me resolve several health concerns and I’m very appreciative of what she’s done for me.

Least engaged doctor I have ever been to see. I understand doctors are busy but when I brought up a concern at the end of the appointment she literally walked out the door as she gave me some dismissive answer to move me along. In the several interactions I’ve had with her I didn’t feel she was able to diagnose any of my issues and I got the feeling she honestly didn’t care much for my well-being. So much for my primary care physician being the quarterback for my health! I’m going elsewhere now.

Janice Feng is, without hyperbole, the single worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She is dismissive of patient concerns and has little advice to give outside of being critical of patients weight (a service that we can all get for free from our mothers, thanks).She bills for full offices visits just to sign work required biometrics forms (despite a patient already paying her office for the lab work itself) or to simply make referrals. Any criticism made of her is deflected with sorry - office protocol. I cannot express with enough urgency how critical it is that you avoid this horrid excuse for a caregiver - unless you enjoy just being a cash farm for a lazy, uncaring, overpaid doctor.Update: Dr. Feng dropped me via mail after I left this review. This is a doctor you really do not want to start a relationship with.

I felt very comfortable with her and she takes time with or without insurance when i had no insurance she made sure got my med and i have surgar so she was ablessing to have somenone that knew some resources to get the meds i needed without having the money and taking the time to do so thanks again rhoda

Both visits with Dr Feng was very insightful .She was very attentive and informative.

Completely dismissive just as others said. Brought up several issues and was told to rest more and take in more salt. Not until I brought up eye sight change did I finally get a CT of my head even though my headaches are coming from neck. Absolutely impatient and doesnt even do a physical exam of any areas I had an issue with

She completely disregarded our concerns regarding pain treatment and inability to work and refused to consider alternatives to her treatment plan, which involved no testing, no treatment, just sit and wait with no communicated prescribed time line. She seemed to think the 2wk bed bound problem would resolve on its own in 2 days, but didnt relay that a work release wouldnt be provided for the entire time missed, nor make one available until several hours after requested. She and her office are useless and the physicians assistant at the Urgent Care did more to demonstrate a better comprehesion of disease processes than she did.

Easy to work with. Doesnt hassle you or make you deal with a lot of extraneous tasks to get treatment. Helps you solve health problems.

Months of increasing rib pain affected my ability to do a physically demanding job. Was referred to Dr. Feng by Ohio Health network. She told me that sometimes things just hurt and you should continue to try to strengthen the surrounding muscles. She was impatient, dismissive and displayed a very poor bedside manner. Thank goodness I pursued a second opinion, turns out I had THREE DISLOCATED RIBS.

Love Dr. Feng! She listens to what I have to say even if it’s beyond what I’m there for. She try’s to find a solution to whatever problem I am having.

My first appointment with Dr. Feng was a very good experience for me. I like her a lot she seems down to earth and understanding. I find that she is easy to talk to and I am glad that I switch doctors. The doctor I had before I could not relate to and he often left me feeling judged and like my problem was irrelevant. She made me laugh while I was in the middle of crying. She didnt make me feel rushed or judged at all I felt like I could be honest with her. I think more doctors need to realize that people are just people were not perfect and if were scared to talk to you about our problems how can it be fixed? Thank you Dr. Feng for shedding some new light on my life.

She completely disregarded my symptoms and reason for visit. After my 2nd visit to her (within 3 weeks) and 1 trip to the ER, she prescribed another course of prednisone which I received at a trip to urgent care when they diagnosed me with bronchitis. She was not concerned when told I could only get minor relief when I took prescription medicine along with OTC meds. She provide no testing or exam.After explaining that I threw my back out while coughing and could barely walk, she said take a hot shower. In addition she said “just think of the abs you are building.” After being ill for 4 weeks, I was there for treatment and relief! She is useless and I had better treatment and examination with the Nurse Practitioner at CVS. After being sick going on 8 weeks, I now must make my 4th trip to request the z-pack I told her I needed at my last visit. Needless to say, I’m looking for a new doctor!

Disregarded symptoms and seemed impatient to get me out of the office. Absolutely do not recommend.

Dr. Feng was awesome, I plan on keeping her as my GP

Lacks empathy, didn’t physically examine the areas where I said I was having problems. Credited shoulder pain to “my shoulder pops sometimes too.” Was really rushed throughout the entire appointment and was distracted. Didn’t leave her stool once to look at anything.
