My experience at the Eye Center of Columbus was excellent!!I had absolutely no bad issues!All truly positive!Dr. Limbaugh and the staff were excellent to me!Everything worked like a fine oiled machine,I got Cataracs replaced in both eyes in the month of September.I feel truly blessed with my new vision.I’m still going through the normal adjustment time. But I’m very happy!My vision is far better than it was before.The clarity and the colors are unbelievable!Truly a miracle process!How blessed we are to have the ability to do such things today and with excellent doctors like Dr. Limbaugh, She is the best!!I highly recommend the Eye Center a Columbus!!!

You have an appointment for 9:15 for a post.opp procedure. They take you right in to check you eye and take the patch off after cataract surgery. Then you go back to the waiting room to wait to see the doctor. The wait was 2 hours. Ridiculous. All kinds of excuses as to why the long wait. They told me I could reschedule and come back. Why would I do that and go through the same wait?

Wait time was horrible. Was 3 hours before I got back to preoperative area.The btwn seeing a doctor for h/p, preop, eye surgery & postop was 4 more hours.Ive never had such a Very long wait, lobby was cold & noisy. For me waiting 7 hours is miserable because Im in a electric wheel chair. Previous eye surgery at another surgery center was 2 hrs.start to finish. Also previous centertook in account my chronic health issues and this place didnt. My experience hereWas horrible and very painfulI just wish the staff would have listened to me and worked with me

The doctors are great. But, the wait times are unbelievable. I have been bringing my mother for years. You will need to pack a lunch and bring water. If there is medication that you need to take in a timely fashion, bring it. If you have a portable hobby, bring it. Also a battery charger is recommended for your phone. Expect to be in the waiting area for a minimum of 2 hours before seeing anyone. After that, you maybe sent back to the waiting area for another hour or 2. Plan to take the whole day off of work.

Pack a lunch. It will be at least 2 hours before you get upstairs to surgery. Call ahead so you know what to expect. Pure cattle drive.

Dr. Jack Dingle performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and my vision is now amazing! The waits were a bit long, but well worth the vision I have now. The nurses were extremely polite and helpful, both in the office and those preparing folks for surgery. The surgery itself was painless and my recovery was fast. I cannot imagine having a better experience!

Staff is great, docs are top notch but the wait after you get here is ridiculous. 12:30 appt, it’s now 2:31 & still haven’t seen the doc. I don’t understand, you make appointments for a reason. They don’t even let you know anything as to why you have to wait so long that your legs get numb

What an amazing facility! Dozens of eye surgeons, laser and surgical suites, pharmacy, hearing, cardiology, family practice, eyeglasses and Dales Deli. Meeting space is also available and lets not forget the Central Ohio Lions Eye Bank, They appreciate your organ donation.If you are here, you could not be in better hands.

Last year had Cataract removed a week ago had another removed from other eye my surgeon was very experienced and professional she has humour too because of her and her team I can see very well again thanks to all the staff there too they were very nice and caring I would recommend the center sure a bit of a wait but worth it.

Wonderful staff. There can be long waits, but what do you expect when you are scheduled for a surgery. This location is very nice. They have tons of seating, things to look at, and a deli inside in case you get hungry.

Worse place they make you wait too long more them couple hour

I totally disagree with you Kevin, The waits are long indeed but they do the best for your eye care. I am only 14 and 1/2 and I have retina problems, and there is no better place to be. For me and at least, Yes people opinions matter and yours does but honestly this would be the place to go! Of course there is no where to eat its a eye center not a five star restaurant, they provide you with your needed care and your on your way. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If there was one thing i would have to change it would be the wait. As a Fourteen year old sitting around isnt fun for me, or anyone in that case. If the wait time was changed this would be the place to go if anyone I knew had eye problems. I Love This Place!! Thank you for saving my vision guys!

Unacceptable waits in the surgery center. They ask you to come 90minutes ahead of scheduled surgery time. Add the fact that the surgeon is not on time and you get to sit in a crowded, noisy and uncomfortable waiting room: people making calls, conference calls discussing business matters even(!), obnoxious daily TV game show in the background, limited drinks and coffee, and uncomfortable chairs. Awesome.

HORRRRRIBLE we were first ones there and yet somehow is still took 3 hours when we were told it be quick other families were going back and coming out but yet we were the first appointment of the day an people who showed up later are leaving quicker never again will I be coming here again

It’s no cliché to tell you that the Eye Center runs like a finally tuned machine. The super friendly staff are so efficient and well organized and treat every patient like a VIP

Terrible waits, staff kinda friendly. No place to eat in building. Id rather have surgery done elsewhere.1 1/2 wait to be admitted.
