I made an appointment for required vaccinations and grooming... when I arrived for my dogs scheduled appointment , I was told she was scheduled for just a bath and that the groomer was booked for the next two weeks, the girl who explained this offered no apology for the confusion. Then to ad insult to injury, my name and address were completely incorrect on the invoice they handed me and my phone number was incorrect as well... thank goodness I had listed my daughter as an emergency contact. We will not be using 2nd ave veterinary again, not a good first impression

Dr. Teeples is what I call a really good, old-fashioned, country style of vet who seems to be able to communicate directly with the animals she treats...much like the movie Dr. Doolittle; however, she was swamped when I took Buddy in and I wound up seeing Dr. Lena Horne whom I would describe in much the same way. I would call both Veterinarians Premier Vets in the Columus area. The same goes for Dr. Rene LeFranc who saved Buddy at age 2 from cancer.
