I was very happy with my doctor, she was very sweet. The staff was nice as well. I waited for about 30 mins in the waiting room which was fine. The only issue I am having is trying to get my test results. I missed a call from a girl in the office, she left a message about my results being ready and told me to call her back. No one answers the phone ever, doesnt matter what time of day. I left a message and hope to get a call back as I am worried about my results.

I went in for a pre employment drug test and was in and out fast! The staff there were very respectful and friendly!

I went in unbelievable pain the visit was quick and no hassle what so ever

Was told we would get covid test results same day or up to 24hrs. We are now looking at 48hrs? There is no one answering the phones, and you can not talk to anyone but their computer chat?!?!?!! This is highly frustrating especially when it is your childs results you are trying to get! And you have 4 other children in the home! Just trying to do what I can to keep me kids happy and healthy!!!

The staff here is the sweetest kindest funniest caregivers in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I hate being sick but they answered all my questions and concerns and listened to my needs regarding what I know works for me and what doesnt. If I could make you my primary care provider I would in a heartbeat.

Made an appointment for a covid test so I can return to work. I have now been waiting over an hour and still have 10 people ahead of me. That is not how an appointment works. If you can go to any urgent care other than this one I highly recommend you do. It will be worth your drive.Additionally, the text system is not clear and the staff is certainly not friendly and borderline unprofessional.

I have recommended this urgent care multiple times. Very short wait each time I went. Very professional. I felt like they treated me with respect, and also made me feel very comfortable. Joked with me to ease my nerves but also made me feel like they genuinely care.

I gave 4 stars simply because of the staff. Super friendly with great attitudes. BUT, waiting to take a drug test for over an hour is unacceptable.

Typical industrial type clinic. Have been here yearly for annual DOT physicals for the last few summers.My physicals are usually scheduled through truck company office, and I arrive soon after opening. On average, wait us about 30 minutes to be seen. Pleasant experience on the whole , except 3 years ago, had to remind them to take my BP (Kinda important to the DOT physical process, , ,,oops)Biggest complaint is to try to get anyone to answer the phone. Called 12 times yesterday. Immediately shunted to voice-mail. My company has been trying to get an answer to voice-mail enquiries for the last 2 days.Overall impression, Dr./medical staff seems competent enough. Office manager seems to be lacking.

Signed up online to get a covid test. Everything was online, it was great. Show up in the parking lot, text them like instructed. It says Im checked in. Ok... wait 10 min. I dont have really any idea how long to wait in the car, do I keep waiting in the car? So I go in. I go up to the front desk, wait. Then told oh, here you are , well contact you. I decide to wait in the waiting area. I didnt realize that after scheduling my appointment Ill be waiting another hour in the waiting room. Someone comes in with a sneezing coughing toddler without a mask on . Sweet. Theres also an older woman there waiting for her appointment. Staff says nothing about the sneezing, coughing child. Then after an hour, my turn. Im taken back, they take my weight and blood pressure, get a few questions and told doctor will be with you shortly . Turns out that meant another 45 minutes sitting in a small room. For a test that itself took less than 5 min. I had to miss work because the urgent care keeps scheduling people while they are obviously under staffed. All the staff were super nice. But it was clear after waiting for like 2 hours after my appointment time that whoever runs this place is either cutting corners by not hiring enough people or just doesnt care about well being of their staff, or their patients.

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT be sick at all and go here. Or see Dr. MORTA or whatever her name is. She will act like you want pain pills when all you need is an antibiotic. If I know my body best trust and believe I KNOW what works for me!! But she acted like I was asking for pain pills. So what I should do I go get my medical record from the e.r. and show her in her face that everytime I get sick like I am now spitting up green junk or blowing green junk that I get put on a z pack or antibiotic of some sort. Because you know records dont lie that this will turn into very bad walking pneumonia. I just dont understand how she think she would know my body. But hey maybe she got her medical degree from a bubble gum machine!!!!

Horrible!!! 2nd time I took a child here for a work physical/drug screening. 2 hour wait and after we were seated in the back with another individual, we waited for another 10 minutes and tried to track someone down to help us. Finally we saw the nurse who was supposed to help come out and as we asked her for help she said “I’m helping you. I’m on break talking to my boss about my schedule.” The other patient said we are just wondering we have been here for 2 hours. At this point the nurse told us “it’s 5:29 I have 1 minute left on break and I have been here for an hour, it is what it is” worst way to talk to a patient who was just inquiring what was happening. We will not be back to this location.

I just saw the nurse name last night Nancy no im not from Columbus area I’m from Louisiana i love this lady even though my wait was extra long with my son laying outside the urgent care door vomitting. I cleaned it by the way . She is so compassionate, caring she gets 10 stars i saw others but this one is Bomb.Com sorry love her to life!!!

This is the only urgent care I go to. The place is always clean and I’m never there more than 30-45 min tops. And I have never had a doctor or nurse that was not so nice and sweet to me. And I have been going here for years and it’s always the same nurses and doctors and they remember you to which I love. I recommend this place to anyone I have never ever had a bad experience.

Staff was very kind . I schedule a 5:44 online, arrive at 5:30. Called into a room at 7:20. All for a covid test that would have taken no more than 3 minutes.BTW I schedule just for a covid testing. We are in an examination room, waiting to see a provider. I did not schedule for an Ill visit. Im hoping I dont get charge for an office visit.

The people here are nice and friendly. They are very efficient at their work. I never have to wait long to get to the back and am always taken care of. Thank you for all you do to care for others.

I took a COVID PCR Test for Travel at this location on August 29th 2021, I was told by the front line staff that I would get my results on the same day.After paying $230 USD and getting swab tested, I was then told by the physician that my test result would be emailed or texted to me after 24 hours. (False information)I made sure to verify and validate my contact information given to them correctly.I was due to travel the next day and it has now been well over 48 hours and I am yet to receive any result or contact from them.All efforts to contact them by phone has been unanswered by them even though I was due to travel the very next day.Terrible experience, would not recommend.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Today is Friday September 3rd, 2021 and even after emailing the Owner as advised below in their reply, I have still not received my COVID Testing result and will make it 120 Hours later. At this point a refund of my $230 USD is fair.

I am absolutely love this urgent care. I came to this urgent care clinic. It was my second time there both times I had nothing but the most amazing experience when I walked in I was welcome and greeted so kindly and the doctor she is so amazing I would absolutely refer all my friends and family to go here trust me I give the truth on how I feel about places my reviews are true. It is very spacious and very clean. Thanks to doctor Carpenter and the receptionist and the whole staff for your friendly and very fast visit I truly appreciate it.

This is for the hometown urgent care for worker drug tests. Wow. It has never in my life taken so long for a drug test. It took 20 minutes after I got there to call back one of the 10 people in the room. If you sign in, you cant leave even though itll take am hour and a half to get done. This is ABSURD. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. There was no room to social distance either. Omg. Ridiculous, and not the employee fault. There just wasnt enough people. HELLO MANAGEMENT: HIRE SOME PEOPLE.

It was very quick, they saw me, treated me and I was out of there and was able to get prescriptions within the same hour.

This place is terrible when u go in it’s not enough chairs to sit I stood for an hour. I ask the Receptionist if they had any chairs and she said no. I got a physical from a doctor name Nicholas who was a visiting doctor. He input the wrong info on my physical, I called them back to have them fix it. And they still have not fixed it. I’ve been calling for a week now, no one answer the phone and when they do they try to rush you off the phone and not help you. This place is very unprofessional I wouldn’t go here every again.

This place usually had long lines, but today they were turning people away because they are so short staffed, the sign in their door said that they couldnt even open. I just needed a drug screen for pre-employment, but I couldnt get it done.

Been here for four hours waiting to be seen. They need to implement a better system to notify people. I’ve been told they’ll call me but the receptionist never even confirmed my number. Though the receptionist is nice but not sure why they only have one instead of two. So I am outside unsure if she will actually call. Also, way too many people in the waiting room considering Covid is still a thing. People mostly have masks on but there shouldn’t be so many people that there are people sitting on the floor and standing room only.And now it’s been 4 and a half hours though I’m told there’s only 2 people in front of me. Which is what I was told an hour ago. I’d really like to ice my ankle but cannot and am in quite a bit of pain from it. So expect to wait 5-6 hours before being seen. Wish I’d gone elsewhere but this was closest and it hurts to drive. I signed in at 11:00 AM. It’s now 2:47 PM and I have yet to be seen. I don’t know how this is even allowed. They should have stopped seeing people hours ago or let people know they were in for a 3 hours+ long wait when signing in. I would have driven to another location or a different urgent care if I’d known. But now my ankle hurts too much to do that.It’s now 3:04 PM and I still have yet to be seen.It’s now 3:18 PM and I have not been seen. Again, signed in at 11:00 AM.It’s 3:30 and I have not been seen. I am here for workers comp. I have already notified my employer and will definitely be reminding them of the wait here. I am here at their suggestion.It’s 3:40 and I still haven’t been seen. I feel dizzy and tired and faint. Which I did not feel before I got here.Then they claimed to have called me of which I have NO phone calls from them AT ALL. What lying little wenches. Or maybe they are too incompetent to figure out how to dial numbers that are not 614 area code. Utterly ridiculous. Insane.My intake nurse or medical assistant was super sweet despite my not so sunny disposition so will probably give two stars just for her. But the wait was crazy, I have no incoming or missed calls from here at all or any in that time period because I answered all my calls expecting them. Even so, if they’d gotten in touch that would have shaved off maybe 30 minutes.The dust build up in these rooms is nuts though. Like I’m honestly in disbelief.It’s 4:39 PM and I’m waiting on an X-Ray. I need to use the bathroom but they’re bathroom was gross so I didn’t go when I needed at around 2PM and have been holding it and now I’m waiting on an X-Ray. No estimated time was given. I waited five hours to see the dr for all of ten-ish minutes so not sure if she’s engaging in mad intercourse with other patients for persons to be waiting five hours to see her. And who knows how long this X-Ray will take. I’m about to just leave. So frustrated. Don’t come here if you want to be treated like a human.It’s 4:50 PM and still waiting on X-Ray. Again, I’ve been here since 11:00 AM. The disrespect to people’s time here is unbelievable.

I was able to make an appointment online and they saw my infant daughter right away! They were fast and safe and did it all with a smile! Would recommend 1000%.

Horrible experience, 2 and half hour wait time for a pre employment drug screen, then when called to the back waited another 20 minutes, I asked a nurse what was going on and when would I be seen, she replied she was on her break for 1 more minute and made the comment it is what it is, very rude to be speaking to patients this way. I will not ever go back here again.

Appointment times mean nothing to these people. You will still be here for a few hours after your scheduled appointment.

I did live on the westside, and thats how I found this Awesome Urgent Care. I have since moved to Canal Winchester and still drive there, which is a 20 plus drive.. but the care and Awesome staff keep me coming back. I had a dislocated thumb last year 2 healed fractures in my hip and they have taken care of me every single time within 20- 60 minutes in and out!!! I tell everyone I know this is the place to go!

My son got tested for COVID July 17 and was told we would get a text with results, well it is now Monday July 19 and no response. This is very unprofessional as people are waiting to know. I have called several times no call back or response.

Doctor didn’t listen to anything I had to say, gave me a medicine that was absolutely not right for the issue I am having and spoke rudely about me at the nurses’ station with another staff member while I was waiting for her to actually test me for Covid because she basically refused to test me for anything else, and then had an attitude when I called her on it. Was told to go see “a real doctor”, and while I understand I should have one I don’t, but shouldn’t expect to get brushed off. I get that these are tough times but if you want a person to actually listen to what you have going on and try to help you I wouldn’t recommend this place. Really unfortunate.

Very slow and can not give you a wait time. Was there for 2 hr and still didnt get seen. Had to leave because I had to go to work.

The wait was a little long but there was about 10 people in front of me and thats understandable. Both the doctor and nurses were very healthful !! They listen to everything I had to say instead of pushing me out the door like some doctors do.Very thankful for them.

My visit to Hometown was excellent. I was called back to see the doctor in less than 15 minutes. Had x-rays done on site and the whole team was very efficient and friendly and helpful.Would use this Urgent Care again in the future.Recommend it highly.

The male nurse here is super friendly. Sorry I forget his name but I took my daughter here yesterday 9/22, for a weird rash and he was so nice and patient with her. She LOVES going to see the doctor and he let her check out his equipment and gave her a great experience. The female doctors that came in to diagnose my daughter were also very friendly and patient. I really appreciated that because she is speech delayed and has a hard time communicating. Everyone at this location is very pleasant and professional. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes and there arent ever a lot of people here.

Had to visit due to a kitchen injury. Everyone was friendly, I was seen by a Dr within minutes and the care was excellent. Highly recommended!

Had a gut issue following a long antibiotic treatment. Waited a week cause I HATE dealing with the medical- industrial complex. Finally folded and went in here for treatment. Well, I was delighted at the outcome. I was seen and back home with an rx in less time than Id usually be in just the waiting room at any other doctor! This place is a bright spot in an otherwise very bleak healthcare landscape. Yes, I recommend it.

Please people be careful going to these urgent cares these doctors are doctor at that urgent care I went to I thought she was in training I was scared for my life if you need to go to the emergency room go to the emergency room where you will get treated with care thank you. Also got a Cov test done there on December the 26th.. I called the number over 20 times left messages never got a call back.. But I went in on January the 25th for my finger and ask abt the test they gave me my result then.. But spoke with health department and they said they should have called me or mailed them.but suppose to be done in 3 days. Not true..

Went in to be seen for a possible fracture, I probably sat in the waiting room no longer than 5 to 10 minutes. NP was very prompt, came in checked me out set me over to X-ray, and came back within a few minutes with my results. I probably spent a totally of 30-45 minutes from arrival to departure. Very fast & friendly care ❤️

You can get in quickly by registering online for a covid test. But trying to get test results for covid isnt up to par. No one ever answers the phone at this location and the covid # they provide no picks up that phone either. Nor do you get a return call after even though they say leave a message. Its been 7 days and I havent heard a thing. Would not recommend this particular location. Although the ppl who work there are nice

Saw me without an appointment and the staff watched my kids for me while I got an x-ray, I didnt expect such kindness and care from and urgent care.

Staff was great, but getting the test results were EXTREMELY difficult. I had to call a different location to result of my daughter COVID test. The assistant stated that the results came in on Monday 11/9/2020 and that they tried to call on the 10th which did not happen. No accountability for those who make phone calls, but if it was a co-pay, Im sure the definitely would have called. Frustrating!

Got a Covid test on 12/7 around 11am, and was told it would take 3-5 business days to get results. I’ve still have not received my test results, and my 10 day quarantine is up tomorrow. I’ve called the Covid line multiple times and left messages, to no return call. Tried calling the main office line, but it wouldn’t go through. My husband also got a Covid test the same day from this location, and has not received his test results either. Makes you wonder if they lost our tests.**Update** I reached out to the email below a couple times and never received a response.

My son was seen for a covid test 7 days ago at 9 am and we were assured that the test would go out that morning. We have yet to get the results. Ive called the covid results number 5xs with no call back & Ive called the direct line to the Clime rd location multiple times with the line either being cut off or being directed to a voicemail with no return call.

Came here with my boyfriend after he fell down the stairs and broke his foot. They were very friendly and quick. They had him checked in, looked at, x rayed, in a boot, referred to a specialist, and out the door in under an hour!

First of all let me start by saying the receptionist is so polite and professional. My daughter came in with possible strep throat and they called us back fairly quickly. The medical assistant was nice and professional as well. The handsome Dr. came in and did his assessment, very nice professional and what I liked was that he explained to us so that we understood what was going on... even my 10 yr old understood his medical verbiage!!! Good news... not strep and we did this all in a hour!!!!

I waited an entire hour for just a drug test!I stood up in front of the window due to them not practicing social distancing nor cleaning the chairs down.The two ladies sat and did nothing behind the desk.They ordered food while I still waited to take a simple drug test for my employer.Not cool at all!This is at the Clime Rd. location.Also the actual drug testing office was locked.But they have a million signs saying to go down 3 door to drug test.I’m confused.

I had a few minutes wait. The facility was clean and neat. The girls were very pleasant. The doctor was knowledgeable and helped me with my health issue. I would definitely go back.

My provider,Nancy Carpenter PA C, made me feel confident in her knowledge and skills. She one of the first few providers that does more than treat by interview She actually did a physical assessment before and after TX. Thats rare these days. I dont know the names of the receptionist or nurse but they displayed the kindness and professionalism we all deserve. A great experience. The lady at the window was quick to get my paperwork and insurance processed. Wait time was maybe 15 minutes. The nurse that took my stats had a great sense of humor and was very patient with me while I explained why I was there. When Dr. Nolan came in, I was instantly at ease as he explained what the problem was and what he needed to do. Having had no so great experiences in the past, he was more then patient with me. No muss no fuss! In and out in less then an hour. The facility was clean, the people were nice, and the bedside treatment was right on par.

We were only there 20 minutes and they were able to tell us what the hospital emergency room was not able to tell us. All is good now thanks to the doctor at the urgent care. The staff made us feel welcome and important. We could tell they really cared.

Called several times this morning... You have to listen to a recording then the phone rings a few times and a recording comes on the phone saying goodbye. I have covid19 but I need seen for something else.

I got home from being out of town so sick with upper and lower respitory condition my family doctor could not see me for 3 days. Went to Hometown Urgent Care, waiting room was full was seen within a half hour everyone was so professional and efficient. Dr. Carpenter was great. Would recommend this facility to all my family and friends

Too slow

Was a little busy when I arrived but I got back into a room and seen by Dr.Devol fairly quickly! She was amazing at diagnosing my illness and did a great job educating me on the medications she prescribed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in need of an urgent care location!!
