Receptionist was extremely rude. My eyes were swelling shut and I was loosing vision out of my left eye. I had done all the paperwork online and she apparently couldnt find it. So she told me to redo it and that I wouldnt be seen right away since I didnt have paperwork. Well I guess there isnt urgency in urgent carw anymore....There was about 6 people behind me and she kept asking me to repeat my private information such as address and social security number. I didnt feel comfortable doing that. I was then asked rudely if I had some place more important to be. I said no I just dont want to shout private information. She then tossed my cards at me and told me to go somewhere else.

I came into Columbus Urgent Care on Saturday morning with chest pain that I thought was heartburn. It was not. They quickly did an EKG and saw abnormal activity. They called local EMS that were also outstanding and fast. They got me to Columbus Community ER so fast I could not believe it. Great care team their too and by Saturday afternoon I had a successful stent put in that alleviated the problem.Thank you!

I called them at 7:52 on the way there to give them a heads up as to what was happening my daughter cut her foot and I really didn’t want to go to the hospital the woman whom answered the phone told me if I wasn’t there by 7:55 they were locking their doors even though they say they are open until 8 she said if we don’t lock the doors at 7:55 they don’t get out of there. I was in the parking lot and 7:56 they refused to help me so I had to go to the hospital. Very rude and disappointing. Don’t say your open until 8 if you don’t actually stay open until 8 I still had time.

I have been there several times for myself and kids. Great place, always been treated nice. A lot better option than sitting in an ER for hours when all you need is something simple.

Had a really good experience at the Urgent Care. I texted the number and they called me for a pre-screening. I waited in my car until the nurse came out and asked about my symptoms. I saw the doctor soon after that, and he was professional and friendly. I was impressed with their service and how soon I was able to be on my way.

We went in for my 2 year old. Clean facility and very nice staff. Dr Jen was wonderful and answered all our questions. It wasnt busy so we were seen pretty quickly. Would recommend and go here again if needed!

Wonderful experience. They spoke to me intelligently and diagnosed me properly. My problem was taken care of and a very short amount of time. Great people and great professionalism.

Waste of my time! I waited for like 10 mins just to have the doctor come in and tell me she didn’t know what was wrong and gave me steroids. Waste of money!!

Can’t even get into see a doctor. I don’t live with my parents but needed to see a doctor as soon as possible but a parent needs to be there for paperwork when I will be 18 in less than 3 days. So thank you urgent care for denying me to see a doctor. This place sucks!

Was treated so badly they refused to see me in did not knw they can choose patients. Otherwise is it because I got there at 7:44 and they close at 8 she said since they are privately owned they can refuse service to anyone was treated like crap. I have insurance and they still kick me out told me to come to the ER 😠😠

I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!! I came in with shortness of breath and with a random fluttering in my chest. Not even 5 minutes into my visit the Dr. Was extremly rude and made a comment of why would i bother coming in now if ive been experiencing these symptoms for over 3 months now and then said i was probably just congested and it was just a cold. However i had no congestion what so ever, so the Dr. Recommended me going to the ER since they had no proper equipment to find out what was truly wrong. Then afterwards said he wanted to do a Flu test and after i asked why because it made no sense to me? He got extremely angry and raised his voice stating even tho i do admit you have no flu symptoms, theyve been many ppl coming in with the flu and you could have it too ..... simply horrible Dr.i felt like i was basically told walk it off given a cough drop and a pat in the back. Perfect place if you want to be just simply sent to the ER and told the obvious that youre sick. And feel completely hopeless.

Here visiting family, so dont have a regular Doc. Dropped in without appt for our toddler. Was seen, diagnosed and out in 20 min. Had a similar experience 2 yrs ago.

No problems with service just found it kind of ridiculous that an office visit to urgent care would cost more than going to my cardiologist and having an ekg done on my heart.
