Dr. Ryoo is super nice and through, she sees you in person and is honest. I have been a patient of hers for years too.

The Dr, Ryoo will tell you they can’t do anything about head or throat even tho that’s what they were supposed to specialize in she wouldn’t even let you finish a sentence before she cuts you off and rush you through literally was in the room for less than 4min just don’t waste your time at this place find an actual care location this place is a scam and only want your money its very sad! I wish 0 stars were available

I felt calm as soon as I entered the facility which is a plus given the fact that it is a medical facility. The atmosphere is relaxing and the doctor who treated me was patient; interested in ensuring that all my questions were answered and my medical concerns addressed. I would recommend this doctor to individuals looking for an experienced ENT Specialist.

Dr Shah is thorough and very understanding. He diagnosed, scheduled, and performed surgery for my daughter in great time. She has been able to breathe properly since! Her regular doctor couldnt figure it out in 10 years and just kept pushing allergy medicine. Dr Shah is also my doctor and did a fantastic job. The wait to schedule was short and the time in the waiting room was even shorter. The staff are always in a great mood and have a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you and keep up the great work!

This is one doctors appointment I dont mind going to the staff is so friendly And doctor Ryoo is so knowledgeable and she makes you feel relaxed through out your visit.

I was pleased with my recent visit to Ohio ENT and Dr. Ashish Shah. Dr. Shah is very thorough, easy to talk to and takes time to answer all of my questions. I would rate the visit 5 stars, but the waiting time to see Dr. Shah was 1/2 hour past my scheduled appointment time. I recommend Ohio ENT to anyone. Even though the waiting time for this particular visit was annoying , the care received was excellent.

Dr. Shah is A one doctor. I didnt feel safe with the lady that took me back to the room. She felt the need to take her Mask down in order to talk. That is not necessary. I work with the public and I do not have to take my mask down In order for my customers to understand me and she doesnt either. If she doesnt no that she shouldnt be working there. I was ask when I came in the lobby to change my MASK because the one I had had a filter in it but I had on two mask. All the employees should stick to the rules. I have a new grandbaby and being in a closed room with someone that is NOT six feet away and talking with her mask down is very concerning to.me. if I can find another office that Dr. Shah works out of. I will travel to go there and not back on Broad Street.Then the Dr tells the lady sitting behind the computer to make me an appointment for a Cat scan and she tells him so and so doesnt like doing those and he told her she will do it. How unprofessional is that. Whoever this person she is talking about she is paid to do a job. When the Dr tells her to do whatever just do it. The front desk people are very friendly but that back office Crew. Im not impressed. I have NOT gotten a call back about my cat scan. I will probably have to call them back.

I will NEVER go there again. The first time I went I saw Doctor Ryoo. I told her I felt like there was something stuck in my throat, she said no its just your sinus drainage. I knew something was wrong I went to my primary physician; found out I had nodules on my left thyroid and I needed surgery to get it removed. I decided to give them another chance; I went back to the Grove City office saw a doctor there he was very rude, he acted like i was making stuff up, he didnt believe anything I was saying. I was very upset I didnt go back to that location. I decided to try another dr one more time. I went to go see doctor shah on East Broad he was very condescending and rushed through the appointment. Dr shah acted like he didnt want me there. I started crying I was very upset I told them once I get my ct scan done and my sleep apenea test done..i will get my medical records and go somewhere else that is not ohio ent.....never ever ever ever will i go to any ohio ent location

Our Family has been with Dr. Rancitelli for about 17 years! That in itself should speak volumes. I recommend him every chance that I get! Dr. Rancitelli is always knowledgeable, honest and really takes the time to listen to my concerns as a Mom. Dr. Rancitelli has always involved the kids as being the Patient but also on a personal level! The level of care he gives is unmatchable, always genuine and progressive as well. Staff is great and friendly, but disappointed that I have to wait over half an hour past my scheduled appointment time to even be called back, then have to wait even longer to be seen, just for a post-surgery follow up.

Very very slow. If you can find another place to go, I would. Your time is not important here! Waiting in a chair for over an hour for a doctor is too long.

I love Ohio ENT, especially Dr Ryoo. My toddler needed tubes and everything from the consult to surgery to aftercare was handled so well. I would highly recommend this practice!

My throat was constantly sore and my tonsils were inflamed. I went and saw Dr Tobin for surgery. His bedside manner is wonderful. He does a great job of explaining everything and making sure you’re doing ok. They even made accommodations around my busy schedule to get my surgery scheduled in a timely manner!

Had a deviated septum and sinus issue which prevented an oral surgeon from closing an opening to my sinus.Dr Evan Tobin fixed both of these issue with an outpatient surgery. Could not be happier with the results. I even breathe better through my nose.. Dr. Tobin is very knowledgeable and can describe treatments in clear and understandable terms. He took whatever time was necessary to answer my questions. Simple an outstanding physician.

I am Dr. Ryoos patient who did a wonderful job discovering and removing a growth in my nose. She even adjusted it straight while on the job so that my sinus will function better. They have a wonderful facilities for surgery and the staff is most friendly (even coffee fro free). Love it!

Not worth it for the time on the phone to schedule and the attitude of the staff when returning calls. I had a referral and received absolutely zero attention for a time sensitive (and prolonged) ear, jaw and neck issue. Person assisting me talked over my words, (kept interrupting) did not take any note of symptoms, and seemed to want to only get off the phone. The COTA bus drivers are nicer, Chipotle staff is nicer, strangers are nicer. I was on hold for over five minutes just to leave a message.

Made an appointment showed up 15 minutes early. They failed to put my appointment in the system for doctor Cherie Kyoo told me they would fit me in until I told then I didnt have my insurance card. Rather then looking up the numbers they tried to have me reschedule until I had an insurance card. Poor service.

I enjoyed myself, they were very polite and respectful. Quick with service i left feeling better.

People are very nice and polite, however, we waited for almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time to get called back to a room. Not a real big deal unless you have somewhere else to be, which we did.
