I love this place they are the best. I take both of my kids here. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Doctor Ski and Doctor French have been so good to my kids from birth til now. This the best Clinc ever.. ❤️❤️

I hate Columbus doesnt have more pediatric options!! Great doctors and staff but the wait time is INSANE. Our appt was at 8 am and it is almost 930 and we are still waiting in the back and we are only here for a well visit...#sigh. This pretty much happensEVERYTIME we come, thats why I cancel so many of our appoinemts.. No one has checked in on us and its freezing in this wait room! Dont make plans before you come here and if you have a child who doesnt like to sit still for long periods of time, Id recommend a virtual appt or see if you can wait in your car!

Dr. Ski has saved the lives of two of my grandchildren. He is now the doctor of my great grandson. There is no better doctor.

Dr. French is wonderful and we go here because of lack of options but some of the front staff could use some retraining it was hell getting insurance information to them even with the card right in front of them. Hold times are rediculous sometimes and they could be a little more friendly. You cant make sick appointments unless its the day of apparently so that sucks as well when it comes to working parents who know their schedule and cant schedule anything around it

Love the Doctors there. I’ve had very great services and interactions with the everyone there.My love and care for the doctors there have started since my son has been in the world. He’s 16 now. I love the way they seem to make him want to achieve more, be more, and he’s greater than what he is now. They ALWAYS ask HIS opinion of his meds and not just how school is going but how his life in general is going. They treat him like he’s not JUST A PATIENT.

By far the BEST service i have got since my 1st baby boy was born. God knew exactly what he was doing when he laid it on me to go ahead and change pediatricians. I know, and feel nothing but good vibes going forward for my baby boy health. Very Happy Mommy!!! Thank you Dr. SKI

I have been using this health center for my son during the past three years or so. I have always enjoyed the pleasant and professional behavior of all members including the administrative staff and the physicians here. They are doing a wonderful job. Well worth driving half an hour from Starkville!

Childrens Health Center is the best in the country. Dr. Ski and his staff go above and beyond in caring for your child. They are always concerned and very thorough with our sons health care needs. We couldnt ask for a better doctor or staff for our little boy.

Ok, first and foremost, round of applause for Dr. Ski. His expertise, professionalism, & common courtesy and patience with my child and as well with my husband and I was phenomenal. We are new parents and he reassured we were doing a good job and calmed our fears. I was SUPER frustrated with the unprofessionalism I received from the front desk, but once we got in the back everything went much smoother. Honestly Id give 5stars if I never have to interact with the ppl at the front desk again. The nurses and doctor were superb, that front desk... NEEDS WORK. They need more training on common courtesy, professionalism, & much more. If I call 2hrs before my Appointment to confirm information, which it was confirmed, but I get there and its like I never talked to any1, trust, youll be frustrated too. I had a sick, screaming 9 month old in my hands and I was given 10+ pages of paperwork to complete that had already been completely filled out and submitted 2weeks prior and I submitted it 2x. The whole conversation/interaction was too much honestly. I saw private information already listed on these forms I had to fill out....AGAIN... So my question was what happened to my info? I scanned in insurance, & ids for myself as well as my husband 2weeks ago. Why is there only half of the information listed? What happened to my husbands social that was listed? Wheres the address that was listed? Where are our licenses that were scanned in? Apparently they never had this info but I called before I came for my son Appointment and i was reassured 3x that the info was there! It magically disappeared 2hrs later? Really? And instead of apologizing for the confusion they caused, the front desk workers proceeded to roll their eyes as I continued questioning WHERE MY INFO DISAPPEARED TO! UNPROFESSIONAL with a Capital U!!! Yal looking at me like Im crazy and like Im not being understanding, but yet none of them could explain how my info just deleted itself basically🤷‍♀️🤣. Maybe they should communicate with each other better because that lack of professionalism and courtesy will only bring down this establishment. Thank u Lord for those nurses in back and the doctors. They really made it better for us but that front needs some retraining IMMEDIATELY! FYI... Next time you feel the need to roll your eyes when a patient is asking questions that u apparently just dont comprehend, its acceptable to excuse yourself to roll em in private hun. #DO BETTER or find a job where u wont have to interact with people when their questioning you about their sensitive information being lost!😘🤷‍♀️ other than that, thank u Dr. Ski... you get an A+ from us!

They are extremely too slow...when you make your appt..be sure to set aside at least 2 hours if more. Doctors are good I believe but the wait time alone had me second guessing taking my kids here anymore.

I like the Childrens Health Center pretty decent place to go and my children have been going there for some time but lately since the change of the staff members they have become a tad bit lazy and they will not answer the phone if you really need to get your child into the doctor thats the only thing that I complain about

The best doctor thanks to him we detected early about my son having seizures he sent him to Jackson and we have been seizure free every since!! God gave us the right people!! God bless your staff

We had an appointment for my son at 2pm with Dr. Jacob Skiwski. We arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. We were taken back for vitals and questionnaire at approx 2:15, then immediately to an exam room. We proceeded to wait until 3pm, prior to asking how much longer of a wait it will be. We were told that they did not know, as Dr. Skiwski had left for an eye appointment during his lunch and wasn’t even there. At no time were we informed of the situation and offered to see someone else, or reschedule until I asked about the wait time. This is the most unprofessional behavior that I have experienced at a medical facility. More so on the doctor than the staff. Furthermore, it clearly reflects that Dr. Skiwski does not care about a patient’s time at all to respect meeting his appointments. As a medical professional myself, I believe if someone is neglectful at the most basic task of their job (showing up), then they cannot be trusted to deliver high quality care.

We used to love Dr. Ski before we moved away back in 2012. Im not sure what happened to this clinic while we were gone for 4 years, but it is a completely different atmosphere. The waits are horrendous (3+ hours) despite having an appointment, they are understaffed, overbooked, and they longer care about their patients. Also, something is terribly wrong with their billing department. They will send you to collections despite insurance having paid and without even sending you a bill or notifying you in any way. I am highly disappointed and will be transferring my childrens records elsewhere ASAP.

Professional and caring staff; you are not just another number at CHC!

Drs are nice and give good care, but the waiting room is SO LOUD and the nurses were curt and wouldnt comply with what we were asking. :(
