I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 4 years and they were the perfect people for my first visit back! They were kind, and quick but thorough. When I needed to get my first cavity filled, not only did they book me within two days, they gave me the play-by-play I needed even though I’m a full-grown woman 😂 Overall, such a great experience, I’m so happy I found them!

This was my first visit to Riverview Dental, and I was very anxious to get in there. I am new to the area, but didnt expect to have to wait out the stay-at-home mandate before getting in to a new dentist. The folks at Riverview really have their act together. It has been a long, long time since I have had such a positive experience with a new dental office. Sara was my hygienist, and I honestly will look forward to seeing her again. She was very professional, very thorough, and very understanding. I have had more than my share of dental issues throughout my lifetime, but they did not try to push any new services on me --- or try to upsell me on anything. I was most appreciative of that since I do not have any extra dental insurance. They also have a very secure protocol for anyone concerned about the virus. This is truly a family-operated practice, and I believe that gives them a very family-oriented perspective. Its only been one visit, but I give them the very highest recommendation possible.

Always takes great care of us. I no longer fear going to the dentist. All the staff is always willing to answer questions and they take time to help with any need.

This was my first visit to Riverview Dental and came away with a positive experience. Right off the start I was greeted with a big smile and Jessica was awesome, very helpful in explaining next steps and setting up my appt with Endodontics right away. Only reason I am giving four stars as I was a bit disappointed to see a young substitute doc. I will update further after next visits.

I have to say getting my teeth cleaned does not give me anxiety anymore. The technicians are so gentle. I actually almost fell asleep during my last cleaning. And Dr slack is the best. Everyone is so nice.

Extremely Friendly and the wait was about 10 minutes and they brought me back. Clean and organized. Taking x rays was so simple! The cleaning was very officiant even days later my teeth still feel great!! The Doctor was nice and explained things very easily to me, and even at check out, very nice and so helpful. After having bad experiences with my previous dentist I did some research and found Riverview Dental. I had gone years without a checkup because of how painful and costly my other dental visits were. There was no judgment at Riverview and they were very understanding. They were fantastic with my daughter that was nervous about her first dental experience too. They explain everything step by step so you understand and arent totally lost in medical terminology. I have not been happier with a dental experience. I highly recommend them! Outstanding dentist and staff! After moving to Columbus from northern VA in July of last year, we were concerned about finding a practice like the one we had in VA for the prior 25 years, but we found it in Dr. Slack and his team. Dr. Slack articulated everything he was doing during the appointment (which made me feel comfortable), and all of his staff were top notch professionals. Their first appointment charge was only $65 (which I didnt know when I called to make the appointment), which saved me a couple hundred dollars. Always good to see health care professionals, or any businesses, save their customers money which unfortunately results in less income to them. Id highly recommend Dr. Slack to anyone seeking a dentist in the Columbus area...or, heck, any area...I drove 400 miles to be his patient. :-)

Hands down the best medical experience I had since I came to the US. The girls at the front desk were very amicable and welcoming. They took the time to check on me when I was few minutes late to the appointment. Oh and did i mention that one of the lady can speak French.? I am from a French speaking country and I had a great time talking to the billing lady. The hygienist that saw me is very professional and Dr craig is very humble person!
