Hands down the best service and they are gentle when they work on you.

Im not generally thrilled about dental visits, sometimes I panic. The staff and dentist at Dental Works make the time relaxing and comfortable.I make more routine visits because of my comfort level with them

Me and my partner both agree that this has been the best dentist we have had ever! They make you feel welcome and take good care of you and make you feel comfortable during your visit! I highly recommend them!

Hi,I had an appointment at Dental works at polaris today at 10:15 am. I had waited till 11:45 and told the receptionist it is frustrating to wait this long.There was this gentleman who raised his voice to not to take it up with the receptionist. And he threw a chair at me.The receptionist advised me to stay in the car else I will be notified to the authorities. I obliged and came out. This is not fair because I have a brown skin and not too have any emotions. I do have the picture of the person. I am a citizen too and in my oath I said I will fight for this country in any circumstances.There is a lot of people there as a witness and everyone was consoling me to be safe against that guy. The office people also supported him. Instead of throw him out, they threw me out. I did finally met the doctor and conveyed what happened, he advised to be safe.I feel now how others felt. Not sure how to feel.

DO NOT COME HERE.I had a crown fall off and I was told I could come in same day to have it fixed.They only did a consultation. Their oral surgeon is based out of Pennsylvania and is only in Columbus 1 day a month.They wont return your phone calls when they say theyre going to, theyll change your appointment time, pretend it was always the new time, make a fuss when you say you cant make that time, tell you to get there as close to the new time as possible, then make you wait *past* your original appointment time before finally seeing you.Theyll tell you theyre getting an estimate for the work you want done then wont call you for several weeks. When you call back theyll tell you they were just going to call you! What a coincidence! But they wont have your estimate. They say theyll call you back the next day but you wont hear from them for another week when you call them back and they finally have the estimate for you.They wont call you with pre-surgery instructions, youll have to call them and hope they answer or return your call, and sometimes the instructions wont even be accurate!Ive been there 4 times in the last 4-5 months and Ive had issues like this every. Single. Visit.They seem super nice and accommodating at first but it will fall apart fast. DO NOT USE THEM.

I was supposed to have a cap after my root canal but I kept having pain. I was promptly referred back to the endodontics. I was placed on antibioticsThough the tooth was not saved the plan was thoroughly explained to me.

The staff there are very friendly and informative. The manager has such a genuine sweet personality and explains things thoroughly. Dr Jian is so comforting, I have anxiety and she is so amazing with the way she takes care of me through the whole process. She talks to me through the procedure and puts me at ease. Ive been trying to reach their office for 2 weeks now. They are not answering calls and not responding to voice mails.

Retired to Columbus OH in 2019 and was delayed in finding a new dentist because of Covid. After reviewing many dental providers, I settled on DentalWorks in Polaris. After my first visit, I feel as if Ive hit a home run. Dr. Jian is very friendly and made me comfortable as did the rest of her staff. I walked out knowing exactly what my treatment plan was and how much it would cost. A very enjoyable group to work with!

I love Dr. Jian, but the billing process is a headache. It took me nearly a month to get the correct balance due for my ortho bill. Once I finally got a hold of someone they advised me of the correct amount and I paid it in full. For some reason I still receive a bill each month with a balance owed. I have no idea how to get this resolved.

Amazing staff and 10/10 patient care!!! I would recommend anyone visit this location. Dr. Jian cares about her patients more than any dentist I’ve been to before. Also convenient to have an orthodontist, oral surgeon, and general dentist working out of the same building a couple times a month! You definitely get the bang for your buck here.

The staff was very friendly, relaxing environment. If you are looking for a dentist, I definitely recommend you to try them out. You will be impressed.

They will not return my calls even after many voicemails! They keep sending me a past due payment notification but has not even submitted the payment to my insurance yet. They now say it is 90 days past due. They obviously do not know what a past due medical bill can do to your credit report. I tried reaching the corporate office, but they just route me back to Polaris which ignore my calls. I loved Jan, but unfortunately , I will not be back. Customer Service is Everything!

Ashley very friendly, very professional.Felt very comfortable with her cleaning my teeth. Not always a fund experience. Having someone scrap insiside your mouth with a sharp objet.

We get our dental treatments at DentalWorks in the Polaris location and they are outstanding. The technician are very professional providing dental treatments and there is a Doctor on site.DentalWorks are great on providing service on time. We always get check in on the given appointment time. I have total confidence in the treatment received at DentalWorks at the Polaris location.

I was very impressed with my first experience @ DentalWorks Polaris. The office has a clean contemporary look and feel, and their staff is amazing! I really appreciated the attention to detail and they even provided me with a pillow for added comfort during the whitening service. The Zoom Whitening Service was painless and the results surpassed my expectations. Overall excellent service and they gave me a $50 Zoom rebate and gift bag. Thank you Dental Works Polaris!

Always friendly and easy location for me! They provide enough flexibility to meet my crazy schedule. Seems like I have seen some of the same people for years, which I love. You get to see faces you know and puts you at ease.

I was disappointed. No care bag. And $10 to pay for your PPE is not fair. The customer gets nothing.Your reasoning for this makes no sense. I don’t think it’s right to charge people. It would be different if you supplied the customer with a PPE care bag.The dental hygienist was great! I would give her a 5.

I have always had a very good experience at DentalWorks Polaris. I have had my teeth cleaned very efficiently and a crown done and I am very very happy with their services.

Dr. Jan is the best and extremely sweet. The rest of the staff is awesome as well! They do what they can to make sure my visits are easy, quick, and as comfortable as possible.

Appointment scheduled for over a month get there and my permanent crown wasnt there. I understand cov-19 has backed things up but if the crown wasnt there by Friday end of business I should have been notifie .

My wife had 3 wisdom tooth removed last Saturday 08/29 and was sent home with no after care instructions. She has severe swelling and is worried that she might have a dry socket.She says they just pulled and said 👋...all she got was 3 prescription slips.She drank out of straw after the extraction which based on a interest is a big NO-NO.Left them a text but no response yet.

She has been so adamant about remembering to floss her teeth. I dont know what you guys told her, but keep up the good work!!!

An assembly line feel as the Dr. treats several patients at a time spending minimal time with each. The biggest issue is the billing process. You pay your balance after each visit, but then they mail you bills over and over again. So I’ve called and they apologies only to send me another bill. And this cycle goes on several times, after each visit.

I really like my hygienist and the dentist, Dr. Jan. They are friendly and professional. They make recommendations without being pushy. They are not judgmental. My teeth are always cleaned well. The front desk staff is also friendly and very courteous.

My experience at Debtal Works Polaris was great as usual. Todays visit was especially great. The technician who did my X-rays was very gentle as she understood I have a lot of bone in my bottom gums. She was also very pleasant and kind. The hygienist was amazing as well! Not only did she do a great job cleaning my teeth but she educated me on brushing techniques that will help me to maintain optimal dental health. Though I saw a different dentist than usual he was also great! Kind and caring. Lastly but certainly not least the reception staff was amazing. The young lady at the front desk went over my treatment plan options and showed me how to maximize my benefits!! In a world where many are no longer kind or caring its refreshing to know that Dental Works Polaris is going beyond the status quo by not only providing great care but maintaining a wonderful staff of caring individuals!!!!!

My dental check up went very well today. The entire staff at the Sears Polaris location are the best. They took care of me from the time I came in to the time I left. I have neglected my teeth for years because of fear going to the dentist until I couldnt ignore the pain any longer. I went to Dental Works Polaris to get out of the horrible pain I was in. I was so nervous but Dr. Lee made me feel comfortable, she was gentle, caring, and gave me the confidence to make my smile pretty again. Pleasant staff worked with my 2 year old for her first visit! They were great! All of them! I got my teeth cleaned too and x-rays. Looking forward to going back in 6 months

Too many x-rays really uncomfortable also. Went in for a cleaning and ended up just staring at a bunch of pictures of my teeth. The dentist didnt really listen to what I was saying. At the end the handed me a print out of thing I needed done and said have a good day. No next visit nothing i got nothing accomplished while there there is just too many people doing to many things they werent even busy but said they had no time to clean my teeth never seen anything like this place wont be going back 👎👎👎

The new facility looks great. The two hygienists and the dentist who helped me were kind and helpful. Thankfully the staff there have always been helpful ever since I started going there.

Dr Jian is so sweet, gentle, and caring. She makes the process so much easier for me. I have anxiety about going to the dentist and she has really helped to ease it. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place.

Dr. Jian and her staff are absolutely amazing! She has great attention to detail and helped me feel beautiful at a time in my life when I really needed it! She makes me feel like family while Im there and really cares about how Im feeling and the detail in her work. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family and have referred many friends to her! My son is 16 months and I cant wait for him to meet her and the staff for the first time!

Great place to visit the staff very friendly since I call to made an appointment the day before I dont have an emergency call almost the end of the thay Heather C answer very friendly and give an appointment for next day. While cane to the dental office everyone was very nice I was assistass by Melissa before see the dentist the timing and all the information they provide me was amazing. My first time in the office but definitely I will made them my regular dentist for me and my family they are awesome great job!

I had a great experience with the dentist but trying to pay is awful!I got a bill. Went to the payment website listed on the bill. Put in my info. It says it cant find my account and gives a phone # to call. When I call, it refers me to my local office. I called a handful of times, left a message, and no response. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CHASE YOU TO PAY A BILL. I will not be trying anymore.EDIT: Just tried calling the Patient Quality Assurance phone # you suggest to others in response to their reviews - and you have to leave a message there, too. Where is everyone??

Dr. Jain is amazing!!!! I enjoy going to the dentist. This visit was off to the same experience until the end. Trying to schedule a follow up to filling cavities was not a good. I am in a tight deadlube because of surgery. I even called two days earlier to schedule an appointment to fill a lose cavity. Which i was told it was not in my chart and i would have to wait. So i did, assuming it would be no problem. I was even told could do that night. Ha! I was lied to. This visit was the very first time i walked away furious and not wanting to go back.

Staff was so friendly and caring! My visit took some time but they just satarted in a new building and i was a new patient so its totally understandable! Highly recommend, will visit again!

Dr. Jian and her staff are amazing. I am always so nervous going to the dentist but the staff at DentalWorks are always gentle and help put me at ease. Ive had plenty of work done and have always been pleased with the outcome. My entire family are patients here and the experience is always positive, even our children come here and dont need to see a pediatric dentist because they feel comfortable here. Loretta in the front office is always pleasant and helpful whenever I need assistance with insurance or for changing appointments. All the ladies that assist in the rooms are super friendly and I cant say enough wonderful things about Ly. She is the best. If you need a dentist, this is the place to go.

My hygienist was Ashley, she was so sweet and nice! She cleaned my teeth so well! The doctor was Dr. Jian was very nice as well and gentle.

Even though the staff seemed nice and the office was clean and sterile, the business is in shambles. NOTHING about this office (outside of its aesthetics) is professional. My very first appointment here was scheduled at 1 pm for a teeth cleaning. I show up, they do all the preliminary functions and tell me I need a deep cleaning BUT, theyve run out of time and I need to schedule my cleaning for a different time. Luckily this time, we were able to schedule my actual cleaning on the same day. I was told someone would be in touch for my follow up visits and my wisdom teeth consultation and I heard NOTHING. I had to call back WEEKS later AFTER I received a bill of service AFTER i had already paid the day of my appointment. I called to know what the bill was for, the person on the line told me they would have to contact my insurance and call me back. A week and a half passes with no callback, or email. So again, I reach out inquiring about a bill and my follow up appointments. I make sure to tell the person who answered that I have had no contact since my first visit. We schedule my wisdom teeth consultation and follow up teeth cleaning on July 12at 7:30 and July 15th at 12:30, respectively. A few days before the 12th I get a text saying my appointment now at 6:10pm. I double check my information and confirm that my appointment is at 7:30. I check the website and the office doesnt even open until 9am. So I missed that appointment, but it was no big deal, I can reschedule. I go in today for my teeth cleaning at 12:30 and Im told my appointment is at 6:10pm. WHO SCHEDULES A TEETH CLEANING AT SIX IN THE EVENING?!?! I left. Iafter taking multiple days off from work to get my teeth cleaned, I am literally no closer to my goal, but I am out 16 hours of PTO time. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES.

Great staff and dentists, friendly, efficient, and they wont rush you out the door, but instead, will take their time, and make sure your teeth are well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Today (2/26/19)I had probably the worst expirence I’ve ever had with a dentist/ doctor in my life I was argued with about weather I had a crown on my tooth number 9 , I was yelled at “WELL THE X-RAY DOESNT LIE” and then she ran out of the room in anger , I was supremely confident that I didn’t have a crown there and only had one on tooth number 23 so I then went to my old dentist that previously was the first dentist to touch those teeth and put fillings on 9 , I had him do an X-ray directly after I left dental works and he confirmed it was the same filling he had in fact put on me 6years ago meaning Dr. Jian was in fact wrong so I’m switching back to my previous dentist (Dental Group at Polaris) I highly recommend them they are very personable

I have been coming to this dental office for a couple of years. They are always friendly and the dentist cares about your dental health.

They were prompt and courteous in their initial visit with me. My only complaint is that the dentist has a pretty thick Chinese accent and is difficult to understand.

Truely a great practice. Teeth cleaning staff are excellent. The doctor/dentist makes carefull decisions on whether a cavity fill is warranted or whether she waits and rechecks on the next 6 month visit
