I love this office! The employees are so nice and willing to answer questions. The eye doctor is by far the best! Very knowledgeable and cares about your health.

Very professional, clean, and friendly. I came in, without ever having had prescription lenses before, with a minor vision issue. Although my vision issue is so minute, the optometrist addressed my issue, and provided a solution. They also provided education on prevention and vision health maintenance. They walked me through the process in an easy-to-understand way, as I am new to the glasses community. They also worked with me on billing/payment options. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Today’s experience at Old Town Optique was the best I’ve ever had, for an eye exam. The entire staff treated me with courtesy and respect. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was seen for exams. I did not feel rushed during my appointment. Each procedure was clearly explained. Dr Rossello gave me time to process questions, and respond throughout the exam. He answered my questions with professionalism and kindness. My needs seemed important to each person I encountered. We really trust Dr Rosello. He is amazing with the whole family. My husband is a surgeon and his vision is very important and we have 100% confidence with him. he is also great with my child who has Down syndrome and is somewhat nonverbal. Old Town Optique took very good care of me today. They found the cause of my eye issue and recommended a great treatment plan to solve the problem. I had been to two other doctors before them, they should have been my first stop. I was received very well at the receptionist desk and was taken great care of until seen by the doctor, excellent place!

My first visit here & I thought they would be great since they were able to get me in on same day notice. The front desk person was very friendly and welcoming. The two techs & the dr were also great. After my exam I was waiting on the tech that helps with contacts so I decided I would look at the glasses. The whole entire time I was looking never once did someone come over and offer to help me with anything. Instead, 2 employees shared a chair & laughed and joked with a rep who was there showing new frames. Once I went back to try my new contacts, the guy was super friendly & helpful. He didnt have enough trials for me but told me that he would get them ordered ASAP & call me as soon as they come in so I could swing by & get them. I never heard another word. I previously worked for an ophthalmologist & optometrist so I know it usually only takes a few days to get those trials in. Over two weeks later & nothing. I call to ask for a copy of my glasses RX & explain why I have chosen to go elsewhere to get my glasses. Never once did I get an apology, or let me check on the reason it happened. She verified my email address to email over the RX and here we are a week later and SURPRISE..no RX has been sent.

Dr. Rosello has been my optometrist for many years. I have complete faith in him as he cares for my eyes and ensures that what needs to be done gets done. The staff is friendly and courteous, always helpful in person or on the phone.

Absolutely amazing! They are wonderful people and helped me really enjoy my first visit with them. They answered all my questions and helped me with my prescriptions! Highly highly recommend!

Their staff is great. They have excellent wait times. Atmosphere is friendly from the front but the back staff is short and won’t listen to you. They have a “I know better then you do” attitude when you said something isn’t quit right. When I asked for contacts he only tried a few, said those were my only options and left it. I don’t have that bad of eyes people. My options other places have always been plentiful. I wanted contacts so I said I would go with the best option for my eyesight. I am nearsighted. I can’t read things faraway with these contacts, everything is blurry and when I said something about this to the contact lady there, she said it’s normal and I’ll get us to them. It’s been almost 3 months now. I still see blurry out of them. Its almost better if I don’t wear them. I know how to wear contacts, I’ve worn contacts for almost 10 years now. They weren’t the right fit for my eyes.I don’t think they know what they are doing at this place. I won’t be back and I would not recommend this place. I honestly can’t believe I put up with it. Mistakes were made and won’t be repeated.

While waiting, a gentleman informed me that he changed his insurance just to be able to visit Old Town Optique. Took my son to this location for his eye vision test staff doctors and facility made you feel like you was at own home.. greeted us with a smile and then took us to the waiting room they had coffee cookies and other few things. They have great prices and the doctor is ill recommend the top things for a great price. Will visit again for check up

We went in to get a glasses and contacts prescription. During the initial visit she was having a lot of trouble seeing with the first pair of contacts they gave her and instead of continuing to try some more they just told her to wear those for a couple weeks until her next appointment. After we finally came back they made a small adjustment to one of her eyes and the difference was night and day.The eyegalss prescription was also incorrect and after 3 visits they still have not taken the time to sit down to re-check it. They instead elect to blame it on the material the lenses were made of. They even checked the prescription of the glasses themselves and it was exactly what they provided us. Weve used this glasses company many, many times before and each time it was absolutely perfect. There is no reason for them being so unwilling to sit down and re-check her eyes.Definitely not worth the money we spent.We had much better experiences at those discount offices than with this one. Better hope they get it right the first time because anything after that and youre SOL.
