Very cool store! From the moment you walk in, you can feel a positive air of energy welcoming you! They have lots and lots of cool merchandise everywhere! We even saw a little National Park inside the store, complete with a real aquarium and some really cool realistic backgrounds its really a sight to behold! They have a nice memorial for some of the brave military heroes with detailed bios of their contributions, was a nice touch this Memorial Day 👌.The employees at the guns counter were super engaging and informative. Very polite and helpful. Definitely one of the best Cabelas Ive ever been to. Awesome experience! You guys get the top rating for service and more! 5 🌟!

The trip to Cabelas today was it good one but the place was packed. I do not like going into a place yet were there are so many people. I made a trip have a little bit of a drive and I only had one little thing to get and get out with. There were no lines and they were getting people through the checkout fairly quickly. The store had large amounts of product on the floor to the point that it was filling up the aisles even. The store appeared to me short staffed compared to pre covid times.

Love it here, could spend an entire day here , probably more. Good thing the wife likes this store too , that makes life a lot easier. Great selections , great prices. All the fun outdoor stuff a man needs - even pretty good beef jerky 👍. Could also spend a day looking at / playing with guns .

My family gave me a Cabelas gift certificate for my birthday. I didnt let it burn a hole in my pocket, Im off on a fishing trip next week. This was the perfect gift, Cabelas has anything and everything for the outdoorsman. Its a huge store and really has it all, I looked for a new fishing hat, a nice Under Armour pullover and a new bait bucket. Mission accomplished, I was able to find exactly what I went in for.This is my new favorite outdoors store, I dont think youll go wrong shopping this store!!

Cabelas is a great store to go to for any and all of your outdoor needs. the only downside to the store is that it is on the little pricey side. I mean $60 just for a carry bag I think is a little bit much theres nothing special about itbut on the upside we did get a good deal on a vacation from one of the vendors that was in there

Always fun to do shopping at Cabellas. went in to check their gun and ammo selection and also did some general shopping for other outdoors supplies I needed. This store is always well stocked and has very helpful staff. Was disappointed in getting hit up to purchase a time share vacation while in there though! That was a first.

There were electric carts for the handicapped, a major plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The selections were good. Lots of choices. Disappointed there werent more items on sale since it was Labor Day weekend. Only 3 checkouts open with a long line of customers waiting. All in all, it was pleasant.

Bought a rifle from Polaris store, I should have done better research, they did not let me know the ammo for the rifle I was buying was out of stock and had been for a long time. They don’t take returns but said they would buy it back for less than what I paid. I guess now I have an expensive paperweight.

Great outdoor store, they dont have as many guns as they used to, and they got rid of thier clearance room. Little pricey, but for the most part they sell quality products!

All the workers were friendly in every department . Especially the older gentleman that was greeting us at the door. He was letting me know about the enclosure with fish. I heard it but didn’t see it and he was trying to find something he knew the kids would be excited to see .They didn’t have everything I was looking for but the things they had made up for it. Also very educational animal wise.

Such a huge cool place. The fish in the tank is incredible. The staff were awesome.The reason I didnt give it 5 stars? Minimal handgun inventory, no more fishing clearance area....and I really just miss the deli that used to have wild meats like boar and elk.

Loved this place, very knowledgeable staff and beautiful inside from the bathrooms to the fishtank. My kids even enjoyed how this place was put together. Only flaw was they didnt have the Ruger 10/22 I was looking to grab (but no one does). So five stars from me.

45 min wait at the firearm counter. Only ONE Associate working it but he could not be found. Many others stocking the floor Merchandise. I understand how shorthanded most places are, but cover the areas even temporarily with other associates. If they show up.

Amazing place with the animal display. Our cashier was funny very outgoing. There was a couple of employees that was a little rude. But other than that was a nice shopping trip.

Cables was an awesome store to visit and check things out. An abundance of outdoor clothing and equipment to meet any need. Picked up a few things to take home with me to montana. Shop carefully. Youll be there for awhile.

Tagging along with a friend that wanted to update the licence for their kayak, the people at the front desk were quick to work with the paperwork involved and had been careful with their guidance. After this, we shopped for fishing line and bait—we wanted specific bait that didnt seem stocked—but asking for help in this part of the store, we found what we were looking for within a matter of minutes!In and out with ease, this is a great Cabelas. I recommend!

Bass pro shop and cablelas always has the cheaps senkos that last the longs and can always find deals. Power bait frogs was $2.48 a pack.

Usually you are lucky if you can find anyone at a store to help you. We were greater by two workers. When asked if he could help me find anything, I told him I was looking for a dress shirt for my son. He walked me over to that section and even showed my the ones on sale. Said he would let me shop but would only be in the next section if I needed anything. Another worker overheard us talking about the shoot that we were in town for. He came over and told us they just got ammo in! I followed him to the counter and did purchase ammo for our competition. Another worker,Jared, was more than gracious in showing us items at the gun counter. He was very helpful. Good job Cabelas. This store at Polaris is a well oiled machine.

Cabelas is a great place. Especially for those who love the outdoors. Its one my husbands favorite spot. Lots of fishing, boating, hunting, and camping supplies. Plus much more. Little pricey, but good quality merchandise.

Speed of checkout was horrible. Waited 20 minutes to ring out and only had 3 registers open. Had over 30 customers waiting in line...poor service for a holiday weekend

Im told this is a small Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas, but its big enough to make my head spin. Too many lures, so little time! I cant catch a dang thing anyway...

No one will answer the phone so you cant ask a question before going to the store. Then you get there and they are charging a ridiculous amount of money for ammo if can find what you need. All these companies Re taking advantage of us, Im sick of it.

First time in this store and cant believe I wasnt there sooner, blew me away with their exceptionally large selection of all the outdoor goods I could ever need, and the sporting goods as well. The displays are pretty awesome as well. So go camping, hiking, hunting,skiing and getting gear for a baseball, softball or even street hockey this is your one stop shop.

Great store. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and get checked out without delay. The only thing that aggravates me is the credit card pusher up front and the vacation pushers right after them.

Has a nice selections, well stocked, but S L O W lines. 30 people in line, only 2 registeres, but they had people out trying to get you sign up for vcations.....

About tired of the inflated prices. Great selection but the prices are no longer worth traveling an hour to visit and shop. I will be taking my business to my local rural king and tractor supply facilities.

Ive been here twice recently and find that their stock of animation is better than most, because they have reasonable limits on how much you can buy in a day, but their guys at the counter tend to brush me off and hand me a pamphlet whenever I ask questions about the different weapons. Aumillers in Westerville offers a way better experience and interesting selection of modern and antique.

Went for swim shirts with SPF protection. Found both mens and womens in all sizes. Very pleased with the selection.

The staff was friendly and helpful. When they didnt have what I was look for an associate was able to help me figure out how to build it and the materials that would be needed which I appreciated.

Lot to choose from. Fair prices. Been there many times and always had friendly service. Not sure about their online ordering yet. Only used once. Ordered a knife that took six weeks to arrive; seems a little long.

Found what I needed and had staff ready to help

Went on a Sunday. Had a guy upfront checking for guns.. Spent about an hour. Had a couple of their helpers ask if I needed any assitance. We finally was ready to check out. When we went to the casheirs . There was about 20 to 30 people in line and they had only 2 cashiers. I turned to my wife and asked do we want to spend an hour in line to cash out? No... So we left everything In the cart and walked out. I said to the guy checking guns, sitting at the doors. You have all these people and no casheirs. He just said hell let the managers know my complaint.

It was my first visit and I loved the place. All the fishing gear I went for was in stock and i was able to get my fishing licence for the year also. Fitting room was open and seeing the water display was really icing on the cake.

Very disappointed that this store, unlike many other Cabelas, no longer has much needed amenities for RVers. They have locked the dump station and removed the handle and locked the drinking water faucet.

I bought myself a new kayak, and the gentleman (Bob) that helped me was very nice and informative. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because of the situation I had in the back when I loaded up the kayak. The guys in the loading area were very rude and not helpful at all. My 66 year old mother had to help me load it on the truck. I just felt that the money ($1500) I spent today could have earned a little respect and help. The kayak was also very dirty and the contents that came with it was all unorganized. Its like it was just thrown all in the kayak and tossed out the back door to me. So, Im sorry for interrupting the guys in the back for having to do their job...

I like running in to see what they have. Sometimes I find good deals and pick up stocking stuffers early, yes I am that person since there are so many in my family. Picked up the $5 tee shirts. Such a shame about the ammo crisis, that is always a winner in the stockings!

This store is massive! And so organized! I love the different options they have for fishing and hunting items. I am also super appreciative that they have an area with an aquarium. It gave something for my preschooler to sit and watch while my husband shopped!

Great selection of products for anything dealing with outdoor adventures-camping, hunting, fishing. You name it, they have a selection to choose from with competitive prices. Right now they have summer Canela T-shirts for $5.

We have been going to cabelas for years and never really had a bad experience until now. So a few weeks ago we purchased a pie iron with a gift card that we received from Christmas. Unfortunately it broke when we used it for the first time. We drove an hour and a half to return it to your store just to be waited on by a very VERY rude young woman named Vanessa. I get that your store is busy and short staffed but that does not give your cashiers to be rude to paying customers. Whether she was having a bad day or not is still no excuse. I deal with rude people daily and want to be rude right back but I dont because you have to represent the company you work for. So maybe you should consider a different profession if you cant hand customer service. Do no treat people like they are annoying you and that the are a inconvenience to your day. So there for we will drive the 2 1/2 hours to the cabelas in wheeling if this is how your cashiers think it is acceptable to treat customers. I ended up walking around for 20 mins to cool off before talking with the manager who was very nice. And I thank him for that.

Really low stock on fishing stuff right now, came in for a rod/reel combo and almost everything except the really cheap combos and the really expensive ones were sold out. I think its an industry problem but normally I love it here

Cabelas is one of those stores almost any one can enjoy. There is something for everyone. For an out doors person its the dream come true store. Almost every thing imaginable is in the store. Boots and shoes, waders, sandles, fishing reels and isles of lures.Hunting gear guns, bows and isles and isles of you name it. To huge selection of sunglasses and kayaks. Great store with super folks who can get you fixed up for your next adventure.

They never has any thing in stock, but they can order it for u, out of any large camo, last month they were out of cuddeback cameras, but they can order and u get it a week an a half later, going start using Amazon,

I love this store but it’s a shame what they are doing when it comes to Ammo. These dealers stand in line 1 hour before opening and they basically buy 5 boxes of every caliber. They spend thousands of dollars but then turn around and go to sell them at gun shows double and sometimes Triple the price they paid. Some of them even have the audacity to park outside and sell to customers who were hit fortunate enough to get any ammo. All the managers know them in first name basis. Be fair cabelas. You will sell out your products due to the demand but strictly selling to a group of dealers is unfair and morally corrupt especially for those like myself who has been a loyal customer for years

I ordered a Sundolphin Pond Prowler 10 2 man plastic boat online.When I got it home, we got the bubble wrap and shrink wrap off of it and found it damage on the top left rear corner of the boat.I called the store to speak to a manager.I was connected with Nicole. After emailing each other throughout the week to reach an agreement, Nicole, her supervisor Matt and myself reached an agreement for a discount on the price of the boat. The discount refunded to me was put on an instore gift card, which was completely acceptable to me.I would like to say thank you to Nicole and Matt for the outstanding customer service. Long time customer of this store, but today was it for me. Went seeking a little knowledge on a new rifle purchase and was fortunate enough to hear the snide commentary when I walked away. Not the first time I felt as if I was putting the sales staff out by asking questions. So long Cabelas, lots of other places out there that are more than happy to educate buyers.

One of our favorite places to shop! Staff is always very helpful, stock is in, depending on what one is shopping for. Ammo is hard to come by in certain areas but thats to be expected. All in all a great place.

Cabelas is a true kid in a candy store place. Ive purchased a lot of camping gear and munitions from there. Most of their prices are decent and they have an easy process to buy a firearm. There is a little cafeteria there as well, but Ive never eaten there.CCW friendly

First time to the columbus cabelas. This is the smallest cabelas i have ever seen,friendly workers. We wanted to see new boats but this location does not have show room area
