Had a super sweet stylist. Hair and makeup done very nicely and she asked frequently about more or less which really helped. Clean and I made my event timely afterward. Kudos to The Blow-dry Cafe.

My stylist was very nice and professional, but most importantly, did a great job. My hair still looks amazing the next day!The salon is clean with plenty of parking.

It was very fast and the curls didnt stay more than hour. Also I was charged for the eyeliner that was drawn very crooked and squiggly. Had to ask the lady to just leave it so I can finish it at the hotel.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions usually the day before something important. Today was no different in that respect. Which I did communicate. I asked for something with tighter curls. After she did the wash part she started drying my hair. I have very thick curl hair. Which I mentioned many times. She said she had it. Turns out not so much. She held the drier so close to my hair it steamed and burned my scalp. I winced many many times. I told her it did. I’m not saying she didn’t ask if I liked it but I just wanted it over with so I left. I got home hoping the curls in the back where tighter than they looked when I was there... but yeah they are not... what she did I could’ve done myself. My problem is I can’t get tighter curls very well myself. Looks like I’ll have to try again myself tomorrow. So annoyed and my head hurts physically hurts all over!

Went in for a blow-out. I have thick hair and it’s easy to get a little volume. Came out with hair as flat as a pancake and ends going every which way. Had to wash and style my hair all over again when I got home. Hi

$100 for an updo and eye makeup. I must just have high expectations but would have done a better job myself for free with the makeup. Don’t see the point unless you literally have no idea how to curl your own hair, apply minimum make up or don’t own a curler. Didn’t do a bad job but highly over priced for the service provided.

Savannah did a GREAT job with my blowout! My hair is very course, thick and curly, and she got it extremely slick and straight. Cute salon and professional staff. Will definitely be a returning client!

I had my make-up and hair done by Miranda and she did an exceptional job! I told her I wanted drama, sultry and she delivered big time! My eyes were absolutely stunning and my hair was fabulous! The hair and make-up lasted all throughout my photo shoot and the rest of the day. I got so many compliments on my look. I felt truly special all day thanks to Mirandas excellent styling!

I recently went to the Blowdry Cafe to have my hair done for our family photos. Hannah was absolutely wonderful and my hair turned out so nice. I asked for some body and curl and she exceeded my expectations. I had explained that my hair does not hold curl well and she added some additional products to help keep it in place. 12 hours later, my hair still looks like I just got it done. I was so pleased when I left! Not only did I have an enjoyable and relaxing experience, I felt so confident and pretty when I left! Thank you for such an incredible experience!

I came to this salon once and had a pleasant experience. They did a nice job on my hair. The owner Ashley who scheduled me over the phone had a nasty attitude when scheduling but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Fast forward a few months later and I scheduled an appointment I needed to cancel last minute due to illness. I called and spoke with a nice woman who said no problem. I asked if there was a cancellation fee or policy. She said we just keep your credit card info in case of a no show. I have no issue paying for cancellation fees and totally wanted to pay if that was the case! A few days later I noticed a charge on my card for a cancellation fee. When I called to inquire, the person who answered the phone said they had no idea about the policy and would have the owner call me back. The owner Ashley called me back and was rude, condescending and told me #1 She knew I was not sick the day I cancelled and #2 Claimed that my story of what happened basically never even happened. She told me to “take it up with my bank”. Come to find out this is a shared experience and her reputation is pretty well known. I would not recommend this business and am shocked at a business owner behaving in such a way towards customers. Shameful and unprofessional.

Just had one of the best Blow out/Flat irons of my life from Torrie today! I am African-American and have very long, curly hair. She conditioned my hair and detangled it gently. When she finished, my hair was very flat, lots of movement, with the perfect amount of product. On a hot, humid day, the weather did not touch my hair. Thanks Torrie! Ill be back!

This salon is beyond wonderful. They were very accommodating to open the salon an hour early so that I would be able to have my hair done prior to my grandmothers funeral. The salon is beautifully decorated, and incredibly clean. My stylist was phenomenal, and so kind, not to mention incredibly talented. My hair came out flawlessly, and stayed so for the entire day. I highly recommend this salon, and the price is incredibly affordable.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere was professional yet comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and hospitable. My hair was perfect and my mood was lifted when I left. Kayela was my stylist and Im coming back anytime I just need to decompress.

Out of all the salons Ive had a blowout (even in other cities), this one is by far the best. I felt pampered the minute I walked through the door. Everytime I have a blowout, they explain and give me tips on how to do my hair at home! The music is fun, the staff is friendly and I love how my hair holds.

They all do an awesome job!!! I love this place. I have a lot of hair and its naturally pretty curly. They can get it poker straight an looking smooth in 1 hour! And they always have cheap specials!

Great experience, hair looks great! I would not suggest paying to get eyelashes done. They look cheep, I could have gotten better ones at target.

Blow outs are NOT for me. Long stick straight hair. 30 min after I left salon all was undone.

I have used blowdry cafe for both myself and for my children. I always leave there loving the way my hair looks and feels. My kids love to get fun braids and updos for special occasions. The staff there is always super friendly and never let you leave unhappy!!

A very calm environment with excellent stylists who did not make me feel rushed. Affordable and clean shop. First time experience and will be returning soon!

I do NOT recommend this place, the owner was very unprofessional and rude, my hair dresser was amazing though, the other stylist kept staring at my child and made her feel very uncomfortable, if you are a person of color do not go here, spend your money elsewhere, would give it a negative if I could.... Terrible experience

Have been to the salon twice already! First time was for a blow out & then again for a braid. The stylists were amazing & so accommodating. They have services for men & women. I highly recommend this salon to anybody who wants a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Blowdry staff is awesome, always so friendly. Its a great experience and lasts a long time. Last winter I had a blowout last 3 days (and even through a snowboarding trip)! I highly recommend experiencing this affordably luxury!

The salon itself is great, and everyone is super polite. My only criticism would be is that Im not sure that they fully understand and know how to work with all hair types. The experience was nice but personally I will not be returning

Blow dry cafe is the best & the only place Ill go to in Columbus to get a blow out! I have come here in the past for just that but when I was looking for a salon to have my hair done for my wedding I had to choose them! I was booked with Janae for trial and she did exactly what I had described to her! When the wedding day came and all was finished I couldnt have been more happy with how my hair looked! Janae is personable and a perfectionist...not to mention all of the ladies that work there are super friendly! I highly recommend!

Brought my two girls ages 7&9 in for updos for a wedding they were in. They received the skinny lattes... Ambiance, service, and updos they received were all five stars!!! Love this cafe! Highly recommend!!!
