Does anyone know the hours of operation? The website is down. I called the number, its a phone tree from hell that keeps taking me back to same options.

The location in Columbia is very nice and kept up, however the company overall is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I had to cancel my weight watchers subscription due to getting pregnant. They made me pay a $64.95 cancellation fee, but they told me over the phone that the full amount would be refunded to me in 5-7 business days. I called on the 5th business day to make sure the refund was going through properly as I had not seen the refund, and I had received an email suggesting I may not be getting a refund at all. When I called back, I was informed that I would have to wait yet ANOTHER 5-7 business days for my refund and there was absolutely no way for them to expedite the process. I will now be waiting 2+ weeks for my refund. Do not give this company your money! Headquarters does not care about you as a customer!
