Such kind and caring and well organized Howard County, Maryland, health teams as I experienced for each COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccination this month of February 2021 was a genuine pleasure and surprise. I am now happily relieved of the burden of fear that I was carrying. I am 75, handicapped by a weak and painful arthritic right leg. I was vaccinated without having to exit my car. Thank you!

Fails to answer basic questions about eligiblity for the COVID-19 vaccine. As someone teaching at UMD but living in Howard County, I STILL dont know whether or not I qualify for the vaccine in HoCo. When I called to ask, they just sent me to voicemail when they didnt know! 😡😡😡PG County has been MUCH better and responding, and the people answering the phone actually know what theyre doing.

I called 2days ago left massage on voicemail still didn’t get phone call back.

Incredibly compassionate and patient staff. This is the place to go if youre having trouble navigating low income health care. They actually want to help, and they will sit down with you and make sure you feel comfortable that your questions have been answered and you have the coverage that you need.

Have been calling them for 2 days, even left voicemails but no call back and they not even picking up.

Went there twice to get building permit approval since house is on septic and well. The office is very very slow. First time, took 15 minutes for someone to check the sign up list. I was the only person on the list. Second time, after helping someone, the guy disappeared to the back and never came back. I waited for him for 20 minutes and had to leave. Had already waited 45 minutes by then. Do they have no one else??????This is no way to serve the public. Its a shame and stains the good name of Howard County.
