Was told my insurance would completely cover my visits by the front desk, but was informed two months later (after several more visits) that I would be billed out of pocket for services. I know owe $1400 out of pocket due to their mistake. Why have a front desk person to answer questions if they’re just going to give incorrect information? Completely unprofessional and offered no help for their mistake. Don’t trust these people.
